All very smooth entry and departure Could there be trolley bays to save the return walk to airport -also our elderly friends had the walk to Travelodge and return People in front of us could not find their car park ticket so we all had to reverse from barrier -a reminder somewhere near airport exit maybe

No problems with booking or parking at the airport. Have used the service before so this was what we expected. Nice not to have to wait for a bus to get to the terminal. Only surprise was on exit when the machine was showing a £4 charge. This was quickly rectified by an operator on site. We were not delayed and got to the car park quickly. Thinking back I think the booking form requested the flight arrival time and not when we expected to vacate the car park. This would account for it. Anyway. Quickly resolved and we will see you next time.

Car park full on arrival, had to do 6 laps of entire car park to find a place. Then had to park on a main alley, not a parking bay. No personnel on duty to ask. In terminal found out that the empty short stay would have been possible but this was not accessible or sign posted. Very frustrating when you are against the clock. Ticket not accepted on departure incurring another delay. FHR service very good.
