What is the drop-off procedure?

You will be met by a chauffeur wearing a Black suit. He will identify you with your full details.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected.

What security measures does the car park have?

The car park where your car will be stored has Security fencing-Barbed wire with CCTV, security lighting, with 24-hour security. Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

You will not be able to wait on the departures level therefore you must arrive at the agreed meeting time. If you anticipate arriving earlier, please call the number provided. If your arrival time changes please notify us on the number supplied or FHR as soon as possible. Please note this service is only available if pickup and return times are between 04:00 and 00:00

This would have been 5 stars but unfortunately when I called 20 mins before arriving at the Airport, there was no record at all of my booking!!!!!! That said once that was sorted out somebody was there waiting our arrival, and on the way back again no issues, even though our flight was delayed, the car was there as soon as I got out of the Airport. If you could sort out the front end part of the service, the drop off/pick up part of it is excellent. Overall I would still recommend this service to friends.

We chose to use Drive Fly Meet and Greet based on the service we'd received before. Once again we found it to be excellent. Despite the fact that this was a much busier time of year there was no waiting around. The drivers on duty were courteous and helpful. The price was excellent and we would use this company again.

A very efficient service was provided on both our arrival at and on our return to the airport. The staff were very polite and clear in their instructions. I will certainly use this service in the future and also recommend this service to friends.

HAD TO PHONE TWICE ON WAY TO AIRPORT TO ARRANGE DROP OFF OF CAR. ALL BAY NUMBERS WE WERE GIVEN TO PARK IN WERE FULL.NO ONE AT DROP OFF ZONE WHEN WE ARRIVED - WAITED APPROX. 5 MINUTES. EXCHANGE OF DETAILS /KEYS ETC VERY SMOOTH AND QUICK. ON RETURN TO UK WE PHONED AS SOON AS WE COLLECTED OUR LUGGAGE BUT UNFORTUNATELY THE WRONG CAR WAS BROUGHT TO US. WHEN I ASKED THE DRIVER OF SAID CAR HE CLAIMED IT WAS FOR SOMEONE ELSE BUT WORSE THAN THIS WHEN ANOTHER REPRESENTATIVE TELEPHONED THE OFFICE HE WAS TOLD THAT WE HADN'T PHONED-THIS WAS AN OUTRIGHT LIE AND IS UNACCEPTABLE . MISTAKES HAPPEN - LIES SHOUDN'T. P.S. THE REPRESENTATIVE WHO PHONED THE OFFICE WAS VERY APOLOGETIC AND DID HIS BEST TO LOOK AFTER US.

Directions for Drivefly Meet & Greet

IMPORTANT: You will be called 20-30 minutes prior to your arrival time to confirm your drop off. If you do NOT receive a call, please call the number on your confirmation 7, the number on your confirmation 6 or the number on your confirmation 79 when you are 15-20 mins away from terminal so we can arrange a driver for you (3.30am-midnight).

Terminal 1 - Sat-Nav postcode: TW6 1AP
On Arrival: Follow signs for Terminal 1 departure drop off - Go up ramp keeping in the left lane to go up to departures drop off area. At the end of the lane on the floor, on the left, its marked Permit Holders. Park there and you will be met by a chauffeur in a black Drivefly jacket.
((During school and bank holidays ONLY the following peak periods procedures apply. - As you come out from the tunnel, follow the signs for Terminal 1 Short Stay Car park 1. - Take a ticket from the Terminal 1/Carpark 1 barrier and take your vehicle to the GROUND LEVEL, and park your vehicle in ROW D.))

On Return: Once you have collected your luggage and are clearing Customs, please call number given. Exit the arrival Hall and cross the road to Short Stay Car park, take lift to Ground floor Car park 1. Your vehicle will be by the Black and White signs for Off Air Meet & Greet in zone D behind the BAA Valet parking hut. * We pay for the first 15 minutes of parking, you will be responsible for any further exit fees.

Terminal 3- Sat-Nav postcode: TW6 3QG
On Arrival: Follow signs for Terminal 3 Valet drop off - keep in Lane 5 (furthest lane away from Terminal Building) - On the left you will see a sign on the ground marked Permit Holders. Park there and you will be met by a chauffeur in a black Drivefly jacket.
((During school and bank holidays ONLY the following peak periods procedures apply - As you come out of the tunnel, follow signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Car park. Take a ticket from barrier and go to Level 3 and park in ROW A))

On Return: Once you have collected your luggage and are clearing Customs, please call the number given. Take the lift (Just before exit, on right) to Level 3 Short Stay Car Park, ROW A. Your vehicle will be returned where the Black and White signs say Off Air Meet & Greet in zone A (furthest point on right as you enter Short Stay Car park). * We pay for the first 15 minutes of parking, you will be responsible for any further exit fees.

Terminal 4 - Sat-Nav postcode: TW6 3XA
On Arrival: Follow signs for Terminal 4 Departure Passenger Drop Off, keep left as you go up ramp, go into Lane 3 (furthest lane from the Terminal). On the left at the end of the lane, the ground is marked Permit Holders. Park there and you will be met by a chauffeur in a black Drivefly jacket.
On Return: Once you have collected your luggage and are clearing Customs, please call the number given. Exit arrival hall and cross the road to the Short Stay Car Park on the Ground floor. Go to other side of car park by pay machine, next to pedestrian crossing. Your vehicle will be returned where Black and White signs say ''Off Air Meet & Greet'' at furthest point of car park away from Terminal building on right. * We pay for the first 15 minutes of parking, you will be responsible for any further exit fees.

Terminal 5 - Sat-Nav postcode: TW6 2GA
On Arrival: Follow signs for Short stay Car Park on right of ramp exiting Terminal 5 roundabout. You will see a sign on the left lane marked LEVEL 4 - Stay in THIS lane until you reach barriers. Take a ticket and go to Zones R-S. Park in designated area signed "Off Airport Meet & Greet" and you will be met by a chauffeur in a black Drivefly jacket
On Return: Once you have collected your luggage and are clearing Customs, please call the number given. Make your way to the place you dropped the vehicle off; Level 4 short stay car park, and the vehicle will be parked in Row R OR S. *We pay for the first 15 minutes of parking, you will be responsible for any further exit fee

Questions

I have made a booking however I may be returning home a day earlier than the date booked. Is this a problem? When would the latest I would need to advise you of this by? Please let us know as soon as possible as they will need to arrange to have your car ready for collection when you call to say you've landed. Unfortunately there is no refund available for unused or part stays
A strange one you will think but are there trolleys at the car park and how easy is it to walk into the terminal. We are going to America for three weeks and have a lot of luggage!! Thanks With the Drive Fly Meet and Greet Service you will be met at the airport terminal by the driver who takes your car to the car park. There will be the normal Heathrow Airport trollies available
