Reviews

Good reliable service only downside is when phoned to be picked up I was told it would only be a 5 minute wait. Sadly it was 30 minutes. The other couple we were with phoned before bags were collected which was stated on the ticket and in the van. That were told to ring back when they had the luggage and were outside. When they did were told 10 minutes this is when I rang.

We usually find the car park ok but on this occasion we had to wait an hour to be picked up. I acknowledge that the traffic was bad but we managed to get onto the M4 within 30mins and that was including queuing from the purple car park. I am not very confident that a driver was sent immediately. Another gentleman had been waiting longer than us. Unfortunately it was extremely hot and we had been travelling for twenty four hours. It makes me think that we will probably park nearer the terminal next time due to where you are situated.

Everything on time and we didn't have to wait at the airport on our return.

No wait for bus ( well at least could sit on board ) either end of journey and help with luggage. It was great to be dropped off right next to the car.

Competitive low price, amicable staff, well thought through checking in process. Just had to wait a short while for returning bus, but other than that will use this company again.

Do you take adult bycyles on the transfer coaches? I've seen on other airport parking companies that the Purple Parking Long Stay coaches will not accommodate cycles. Also we will want to park our Vauxhall Combi 2 seater van, will this be possible? I've seen our car parks state no vans etc.Thanks. Purple Parking Long Stay do not accept Bicycles on the coach. They have advised the best thing for you to do would be a meet and greet. They would accept a 2 seater combi van. Purple Parking Long Stay do not accept Bicycles on the coach.
