Reviews

Ok, driver made little effort to help with bags or talk. ... An efficient service though.

Excellent service.

I have used Purple Parking before and have always been happy with their service. This time I was REALLY impressed. One of my tyres has a slow leak and I was fully expecting to have to inflate the tyre when I collected the car. When I attached the tyre inflater, I was surprised to see that the tyre was up to pressure. They had made sure that the tyres were inflated when I picked it up. Service like this will keep me using Purple Parking whenever I need long term parking at Heathrow. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We received very good service from purple parking. They arrived before we had got to the bus stop. When we arrived back it was very cold and raining, they dropped us off right beside our car. Very efficient service.

all good but 15 minute wait for taxi. i appreciate it was upto 20 minutes as stated but it would seem they were not busy and traffic to and from their depot was horrific so they might have sent vehicles out a little more frequent to take this into account

pleased with parking van waiting when we got back, after a 27 hour flight at 5 30 am we went to van it was pouring rain asked driver if I could get in van he said I could not get on until I found my tickets therefore I got soaked while rummaging in my bag. I thought when I phoned and gave ref no that was all that was required. a little understanding would not have gone amiss otherwise all was well

Do you take adult bycyles on the transfer coaches? I've seen on other airport parking companies that the Purple Parking Long Stay coaches will not accommodate cycles. Also we will want to park our Vauxhall Combi 2 seater van, will this be possible? I've seen our car parks state no vans etc.Thanks. Purple Parking Long Stay do not accept Bicycles on the coach. They have advised the best thing for you to do would be a meet and greet. They would accept a 2 seater combi van. Purple Parking Long Stay do not accept Bicycles on the coach.
