Reviews

very efficient making the experience very easy

Was easy to find and had no problems, except for a receipt, demanding further payment as we extended a week extra and made this payment separately. This was sorted quickly and we got our car keys and on our way home.

Well organised and plenty of buses so there was no waiting time. Easy to book car in when arriving and no hassle. Only minor issue was the location off the M4 - traffic was bad but the company were very efficient so wasn't much of a delay

Excellent service, phoned to pick us up when we arrived at the baggage collection and the transfer bus was waiting for us and then the bus took us straight to our car. Excellent.

I think the directions could be clearer-I ended up turning into the International Market and had to do turn around onto a one way going the wrong way-and I wasn't alone : another 2 cars did the same behind me, and as the traffic on that particular day was horrendous, going back down to the roundabout to get back onto the road I needed added a lot of time, which had I not had so much to spare would have caused a huge amount of stress. Other than that the service was absolutely fine, and I would certainly use them again.

As usual, an efficient and reliable service. I do like the fact that you use a covered trailer for luggage: it's so much easier than struggling on to a bus with one's luggage and attempting to ram it into a compartment that's already over-flowing with suitcases.

Very handy and good value. Leave plenty of time in case of traffic btwn Purple Parking and Heathrow. Very polite staff, from booking to arrival, especially the return driver yesterday. Would definitely use again.

Poor service. Had to wait in a long queue for nearly 30 minutes for our mini bus to arrive to take us to the airport. So much for allowing half an hour for the transfer. In total it took 1 hr from arrival at the car park. Coming home, the bus stop they sent us to had only a tiny overhang on the shelter so it meant we had to wait in the pouring rain for the bus to arrive - 20 minutes later. Have used Purple before but would think twice about using them again.

Do you take adult bycyles on the transfer coaches? I've seen on other airport parking companies that the Purple Parking Long Stay coaches will not accommodate cycles. Also we will want to park our Vauxhall Combi 2 seater van, will this be possible? I've seen our car parks state no vans etc.Thanks. Purple Parking Long Stay do not accept Bicycles on the coach. They have advised the best thing for you to do would be a meet and greet. They would accept a 2 seater combi van. Purple Parking Long Stay do not accept Bicycles on the coach.
