Reviews

Service was just ok. The drivers didn't help to load my luggage, which I thought was not helpful at all. Also, on the return the wait for the minibus was over half an hour, which was very inconveniencing.

Everything ran smoothly with our booking. Service is always very good so would recommend people to use this service.

I have used Purrple Parking on many occasions, and they have always been extremely efficient. In particular, we have never had to wait long to be picked up from the terminal on our return. The staff are always pleasant and friendly, and the service provided is unbeatable at the price.

No problems - efficient pick drop and pick up. Would use again

Whilst the price was good for airport parking, I feel your transport service and/or drivers should be quicker or let the customer know clearly how long it will be to get to the terminal That part of your service lets you down a lot

Smooth transfer to Heathrow at start of our holiday, but less good experience than previously on our return. Had to wait at LHR stop for 20 minutes (during which time two Purple Business Parking vans came and went - unable to take us) before the regular PP van appeared.

This is a very well organised process. We booked on line and on reaching the check in at the parking area our number plate was recognised, we were greeted by name and sent to a parking area. We placed our luggage on the mini van and handed our keys to the driver. On return we phoned ahead and a van was waiting on exiting the terminal. When we reached Purple Parking our keys were returned and we simply drove out through the security gates. What could be simpler (or cheaper)

Good well organised parking and good directions to site. Easy transfer to airport. Return journey difficult because of road works at Heathrow

Service was good but someone had used my car to eat a burger meal inside and then left the bag of rubbish outside the driver door. Inside of car smelled of stale burger. Not impressed at all. Disappointed in you.

How frequently do buses run from parking to LHR T1?'Regularly' doesn't really help anyone to plan how early to arrive. The car park request that you arrive 30 minutes before your recommended check in time. The car park have more than 1 bus which runs to and from the airport up until midnight. Do you take adult bycyles on the transfer coaches? I've seen on other airport parking companies that the Purple Parking Long Stay coaches will not accommodate cycles. Also we will want to park our Vauxhall Combi 2 seater van, will this be possible? I've seen our car parks state no vans etc.Thanks. Purple Parking Long Stay do not accept Bicycles on the coach. They have advised the best thing for you to do would be a meet and greet. They would accept a 2 seater combi van. Purple Parking Long Stay do not accept Bicycles on the coach.
