Great disabled parking right outside the terminal. No problem getting the ticket validated.

Worked well....and after flight/luggage delay, young man at information very helpful.

Car park full when we arrived. No spaces left but barrier let us in. Had to phone airport to find out what to do and to get out of car park. Not acceptable. Have to use this airport car parking again as there is nowhere else to park at Dalcross. Booking with FHR was very straightforward but the problem is with the airport parking.

Main long stay car park was full, but a quick call to Inverness Airport Customer Services resolved the issue. Good value and easy to use.

Parking booking was simple and quick. Parking at airport was full though and had to park in overflow carpark Pleased with service

Good service

Easy to find and not far from the terminal.

Hassle free booking, reservations and return, however a wee bit of a walk away from the terminal - OK in decent weather, but in a howling wind and rain storm - not so pleasant. FHR can't control the weather, but this is what we are used to in the North of Scotland - so not a problem. Will use again.

Quick and easy

The whole booking, paying, signage and parking were all very easy, simple to follow and clear.

When I went to park in the Long Stay carpark it had a sign up saying it was full. Thankfully after driving around for 10 minutes I was able to squeeze into a place. I think Inverness Airport needs to keep track of how many cars are parking and how many people have pre-booked to avoid this happening again.

The long walk (must be 1/2 mile) in the wind & rain & snow is not much fun from the airport to car park. But you really don't have a choice. Makes my choice to use Aberdeen Airport over Inverness easier.
