I say pay more and use mid-stay car park which is a lot closer. although the pink car park is on airport it is quite far and we had to wait a long time for the bus. The car park layout isn't very clear and is difficult to find spaces (which are on stones and have chipped my paint work!)

I use the car park reasonably regularly and have not yet had any reason to be dissatisfied.

there always seems to few coqaches going to the long term car park and yet most people park in that one over a 25min wait at 3am!

Website confusing - booking confirmation showed gross price rather than net [of discount] price. Infrequent transfer bus.

Exit is VERY poorly marked - can hardly see it in the dark, so it is posible to drive over the kerb if the disabled spaces are unoccupied

We waited for 30 minutes yesterday for the bus. The man behind us rang and was told there were 2 full buses on their way. NOTHING came. We rang and were told someone would come back to us. NOBODY DID> After 35 minutes a staff bus pulled up and took people FROM THE BACK of the queue!!! The lady said she was doing it to help out. We were at the front of the long queue and JUST maanged to get on. NO BUSES PASSED US AND ALL WE SAW WAS A HALF EMPTY BUS IN THE CAR PARK COLLECTING PEOPLE.IT ENDED UP THAT WE GOT TO OUR CAR 55 MINUTES AFTER WE JOINED THE QUEUE. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

Easy to find, felt very safe, not sure if I would have felt as safe if I had arrived or left in the dark.
