The three stars are for the easy trouble free car drop off on 4th June. The reason the other two stars are not awarded was the vehicle collection last night, 11th June at 8.30pm. There were many disgruntled customers there when we went to the collection point. They had been waiting for 30 minutes plus, to collect their cars. I also had the same experience. We were told the cars were off site and would be returned as soon as possible. The beauty of Meet and Greet is that your plane lands you collect your bags you go the collection point get your keys and drive off. If this doesn't happen why pay the premium? Last night it didn't happen. Our previous experience is good. Yesterday it wasn't, the hanging around as the evening drew on made people angry. We will consider whether it is worth it next time we travel from Manchester in September.

Very convenient but more expensive than other options. On arrival at the barrier the staff could not find our booking and had to check booking ref. name, car reg. and then asked which airport we were flying to. Eventually it was found and the barrier was raised. On entering the office the staff were fast and efficient in taking our car keys and giving us the card for when we returned. On our return it was quick and easy to get our keys and find our car.

Not the first time we have used M&G at Manchester & yet again we received 1st Class service. Given that we suffered a serious (18hr) delay to our return & hence exceeded our booked Car Park departure time, we were particularly impressed that we did not incur any additional parking charges - in fact the reception staff were aware of our dilemma & sympathetic - they deserve thanks & praise accordingly.

I apologise in advance for asking a probably stupid question, but... If upon our return, our car will be in the arrivals car park, does that mean we'll need to pay to get out again? Thank you You do not need to pay to exit from the arrivals hall
which carpark is the closest to the bus terminal The above meet and greet at T1 is by the terminal building so you will not need to get a bus
Is it possible to drop car off at T1 and pick up from T3? yes if you make the member of staff aware when you drop the car off they will make a note on your paperwork so it is ready for collection on your return
