Very easy and smooth, the only recommendation I would like to see it was very frosty and car was covered in ice and we had a baby with us I would have liked the car at least warm. However as I said it is only a recommendation

Very good service from dropping the car off to picking it up again. There is, however, a very confusing message printed on the back of the ticket I was issued telling me to use the phone in the baggage reclaim area and call 555. When I did this, I was connected to the Border Agency at the airport. They said it happene a lot but couldn’t help me. I explained this to the attendant at pick up who said it was an ‘old system’. Could you remove this from the ticket to avoid confusion? This does not spoil a very good pick up/drop off system though Thank you

Great service. Once I found the right place to drop car off. Came a long way and didn't know the airport. Very straight forward and a very easy pick up again. Would recommend.

Easy, Quick and straight forward. Could not ask for more travelling with two young kids, especially when our return flight arrived at 23:40. Will be using next time I travel from Newcastle.

It is very convenient as it is so near to the entrance to the terminal. Easy to unload luggage and hand over the keys to the attendant, who was very pleasant on both the outward and return journey. Well worth the extra cost!
