Arrival Procedure

Please call number on your voucher ten minutes before you arrive at the airport. Drive to the Rapid Drop Off Short Stay car park. Take the 3rd entrance and park by the shelter.

Departure Procedure

Your car will be waiting for you as you exit the terminal building

Security Measures

Cars are parked in a fully secured car park with CCTV and 24 hour patrols. The car park holds the secured car parks award.

Additional Information

You will not be able to wait on the departures level therefore you must arrive at the agreed meeting time (occasionally subject to slight change by Meteor, who will advise if necessary). If your arrival time changes please notify the car park using the numbers on your confirmation details as soon as possible.

Directions for Meteor Meet & Greet Parking Services (Term. 1)

The drivers wear a black uniform with Meteor meet and greet parking in red/white as the logo.
Outbound -Please call the number on your confirmation ten minutes before you arrive at the airport. Drive to the Rapid Drop Off Short Stay car park. Take the 3rd entrance and park by the shelter.
Inbound - After collecting your luggage and clearing customs, call the number on your confirmation. Return to the Rapid Drop Off by the shelters at the entrance to collect your car. Call the number on your confirmation from outside the UK.

***PLEASE NOTE*** You will not be able to wait at this point, so you must arrive at the agreed meeting time (occasionally subject to slight change by Meteor, who will advise if necessary). No mobile homes, lorries, caravans, trailers or high-sided vehicles accepted.

Please check the airport terminal your flight departs from with your travel company - a £15 supplement will be charged to your card if you fail to advise any amendments to your return journey which affect the collection of your vehicle.****** The Chauffeur will give the return instructions and you will be required to leave your keys with the attendant ***
