Additional Information
You will not be able to wait on the departures level therefore you must arrive at the agreed meeting time. If your arrival time changes please notify FHR or the car park using the numbers on your confirmation details as soon as possible.

Directions for Purple Parking - Chauffeur Meet & Greet
PLEASE TAKE THIS CONFIRMATION WITH YOU - On Arrival at airport:
Terminal 1: Drive up ramp to departures in the left lane, follow road round to left down on to the lower section, the chauffeur will meet you in this area.
Terminal 2: Drive to furthest lane away from the departure building
Terminal 3: Drive to second or third lane outside the departure building
Terminal 4: Drive to second or third lane outside the departure building
Terminal 5: Drive halfway along the car lane outside Departures which is the furthest lane from the Terminal.
The chauffeur will be waiting at your requested terminal wearing a black jacket & cap with a Purple Parking ID tag. They will give you the return details for collection of your car. Your vehicle is then parked in their secured compound.

IF YOUR ARRIVAL TIME CHANGES PLEASE ADVISE FHR OR THE CAR PARK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE -YOUR CHAUFFEUR WILL WAIT UP TO 15 MINUTES PAST THE REQUESTED MEET TIME, BUT WILL WILL WAIT LONGER IF YOU PHONE THE CAR PARK ON the number on your confirmation9 TO TELL THEM YOU HAVE BEEN DELAYED. THERE WILL BE A £17.50 CHARGE FOR AN AMENDMENT WITHIN 1 HOUR OF THE AGREED MEET TIME.
