Arrival Procedure
Our driver will be at the meeting point at your designated meeting time, and will wait for 15 minutes after the meeting time unless you have phoned us, in which case the driver can be paged and will wait longer.
Departure Procedure
On departure you will be given a numbered car receipt, which will contain precise handover instructions for your return. Claims cannot be considered after your vehicle has been returned to you. Full terms and conditions are available on request.

BCP drivers are fully insured to drive your car. Your car is stored at Qpark which holds the AA Gold Secure Award with 24hr security checks by guards and dogs, full security barriers and CCTV

You must arrive at the agreed meeting time. If your arrival time changes please notify FHR or Carminder using the numbers on your confirmation details as soon as possible.

Directions for Airparks Gold Meet and Greet
Arrival: The chauffeur will be at the airport 15 mins before your designated arrival time and will wait 15 mins after that time. If you are running early or late please call: the number on your confirmation1 as soon as possible and we will endeavour to get a chauffeur to you on your arrival. If you have not given us the terminal information when booking, please call the number on your confirmation1 at least 24hrs before arrival to reconfirm.

Term.1: On arrival at the airport, please follow the signs for Terminal 1 departures. Following the ramp up into the Multi Storey car park. Unload your luggage and passengers at Level 5 (departures entrance floor) and proceed up to Level 13 the roof top of the Multi Storey car park where our chauffeur (who will be wearing a blue jacket with a fluorescent orange “High Visibility” waistcoat) will meet you by the entrance to the lifts.
Term. 2: On arrival at the airport, please follow the signs for Terminal 2 departures. Unload your luggage and passengers at departure level in the drop off area (just passed the second set of departure doors on the left). Proceed to the end of the departures lane and turn right into the Multi Storey Car park, taking the ramp down to the lower area (Level C), turn right at the bottom of the ramp and our chauffeur (who will be wearing a blue jacket with a fluorescent orange “High Visibility” waistcoat) will meet you there.
Term.3: On arrival at the airport, please follow the signs for Terminal 3 departures. On the approach to the terminal, at the 1st mini roundabout, take the 3rd exit to the right, into the Multi Storey Car Park and proceed up to Level 5 the roof top of the car park. At the top of the ramp to Level 5, turn left and drive along to the very end, where your chauffeur (wearing a blue jacket with a fluorescent orange waistcoat) will meet you.
If for any reason you cannot locate your chauffeur please call the number on your confirmation1.
The receipt you are given on arrival will have a copy of the return instructions printed on it.
