First time booking with FHR but it will certainly not be the last!! Excellent experience and hotel was such a find. Such a unique building with such styling Staff were friendly and helpful and room was great. We were only away for a weekend but the saving on parking was really good. Will certainty use this site again and have already recommended it to friends and colleagues>

Hotel was excellent, easy to park car and they ordered a taxi for the morning. Taxi booked for 5am arrived about 10 minutes late and charged £3.90, on way back from airport fare was more expensive due to a £1.50 barrier charge.

Clean, tidy nice friendly and helpful staff. One night stay and parked for 2 weeks no issues at all.

Really good location, being the original 1920's Art Deco terminal building. Good value airport parking hotel. My 8 year old daughter left behind a teddy in her bed and I called later in the day to ask if it had been found, I was advised it had not, we had tears that night, but when we returned it had been found and also washed with a lovely note attached. One extremely delighted daughter. One thing to note. Got a parking ticket demand when I returned home demanding £60 discounted from £100 for prompt payment. One call back to the hotel was required who apologised and said they would sort it.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Staff lovely- particularly in the bar. Food was great, room beautiful and the "aircraft graveyard" was a real hit with the children.

Stayed here the night before our flight from Liverpool, it's just a few minutes from the airport. Really comfortable beds and pillow choice, tasteful decor and power shower to die for. First class reception and customer service. Did not eat here as their is a diner just outside which my daughter wanted to try, which was really good. There is also the option to use leisure facilities in the centre next door. Would recommend this hotel it's stylish, immaculately clean and well positioned to eat out or for shopping as their is a huge retail park just across the road.

Well placed for Liverpool Airport, the building is a beautiful Art Deco example. Rooms are good, and it is cheap enough to take a cab to the airport. We stayed Sunday night, and the hotel is deserted, with restaurant closed. Fortunately there's a diner a minute or so's walk away. Barely half the cable channels worked, and staff forgot to tell us we needed a ticket to exit the carpark on our return, so this could have been better. Overall it is excellent value.

We have used this hotel before when flying from Liverpool but now they do not offer the transfers to airport. Had to use taxi service which proved very expensive as the driver had no change for £10.!!!!
