Absolutely terrible. Avoid at all costs. Like a serious version of Fawlty Towers. Staff are indifferent room is shabby and poorly furnished, TV remote was for a different TV and the shower was pathetic. Hardly slept a wink on that excuse of a bed. Avoid!

The hotel room was small, basic and dated. We asked for an early morning call and didnt get it.On our return we waiting 30 mins outside Manchester Airport for the car!!!!

everything went smoothly. Very good value for hotel and parking. Hotel was basic but that was expected for the price. Had to carefully watch parking times in NCP car park at the hotel as only free between 1800 and 0800 in the morning so a bit stressful making sure we had left on time. Car was collected and returned at the airport by a very cheerful courier. A good service received.

For the price we paid this was certainly value for money as part of a 'stay & park' package. Room and bathroom were clean and there was plenty of tea, coffee and milk on the refreshment tray. Hotel in a good location for nearby restaurants. Only problem we had was finding it despite the detailed directions because it is down a short access road just off the main road and no hotel signage

We booked as part of hotel/parking as we had stayed at Britannia Hotels in Manchester before. The information given at the booking stage informed us that there would be a £10 carvery in the evening (we assumed this would be similar to the (Stockport Britannia),this would be great as we had a 5hour journey from Scotland, however on arrival we were informed the restaurant did not even open in the evenings. This was a big let down and we will not be using this hotel again. We had to go out to find somewhere to eat, which was not anticipated. The parking was by others and it was fine

The Meet and Greet Parking service was excellent and we would use this service again finding the staff to be curteous, the instructions clear and the service convenient. We would never stay in Britannia Ashley again, the professional approach of the staff was the only positive thing about it. We have fed back our written comments directly to the hotel.

Staff were helpful Room needed a big face lift, had seen better days, very poor TV link, no wifi link from hotel! Meet and greet at Manchester Airport was first class

Very poor quality hotel that has seen better days along time ago, the rooms were very cold and full of drafts around the single glazed Windows that did not shut correctly, the heating went off in the night so could not compensate for the temperature in the room. stop here as a last resort only.

5 stars for meet & greet as couldn't fault any part of the service.the drivers were exceptionally courteous, helpful and on time. 3 stars for hotel as it looks quite grubby & very run down. Staff were helpful & pleasant. Adequate for one night but wouldn't want to stay there again.
