What is the drop-off procedure?On your arrival at the car park drive up to the entry barrier. Your vehicle registration will be read and a ticket will be produced automatically printing your car registration on the ticket. If you are not provided with a ticket press for help.
What is the pick-up procedure?At the exit barrier, insert your ticket given when you entered the car park. If the barrier does not rise then please press the assistance button. A car park assistant will ask you for your booking details and the barrier will be raised.

What else do I need to know?Disabled facilities: The car park has 64 disabled parking spaces: eight by each of the eight bus stops. So all you need to do is park in one of these and then call the bus to come and get you. The bus is wheelchair-accessible. The car park does not allow motorhomes, lorries, caravans or trailers, even if you book more than one space.

The website for booking was easy to navigate and the booking process very smooth. There were no issues when I arrived at the car park and everything worked very well -automatic vehicle registration number recognition in particualr is a nice touch - overall excellent service

The airport entrance is clearly marked off the A57, on the left hand side of the road if travelling from BelfastThe Long Stay Car Park is adjacent to the Terminal Building. From the airport entrance, simply follow the signs to the Long Stay Car Park, which operates an Automatic Number Plate Recognition entry system for all pre-booked customers.
The car park has automatic number plate recognition, so just drive up to the barrier and wait for the machine to read your number plate. It will then print a ticket with your registration number on. Then just drive in and park. If after 10 seconds the machine still hasn't given you a ticket, press the help button to speak to a member of staff. Don't press the ticket button at any point. If you can't or prefer not to walk to the airport, just go to any of the bus stops and press the intercom button to call the bus.
ON YOUR RETURN
If you need the bus to come and pick you up, just call the car park using one of the intercoms at the terminal. There's one on the pay machine (where customers who've not booked have to pay) and one by the bus stop outside the terminal. When you get back to the car park, just drive to the barrier and put your ticket in the slot. If the barrier doesn't lift, press the help button to speak to a member of staff.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION if you change your vehicle or use a different vehicle than the registration number you used to make your booking with, you MUST advise your new registration prior to your arrival at the Car Park. Any additional time over the pre-booking dates will be charged at the Gate Prices and payable upon departure at the car park. Pre-booked customers not using the correct Car Park will be charged at the Gates Prices of the Car Park used.
