Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

You will be called 20-30 minutes prior to your arrival time to confirm your drop off time. If you do NOT receive a call, please call us on the above number when you are 15 -20 minutes away from the terminal.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Please call the number on your confirmation once you have collected all your luggages in the baggage hall. In case of any delays please let us know. Our chauffer will deliver your vehicle to the agreed pick up point at the airport.

What security measures does the car park have?

Secure car park close to airport. It is manned with 24-hour security, regular patrols and a high perimeter fence.

A little confusing on arrival in terms of finding the person who was supposed to be meeting us in the car park as nobody made themselves known to us, we had to try to find them (and when we did they didn't exactly greet us!). On the way back however it was much better, the car was there and person waiting next to it. Valet parking area is very handy for the entrance/exit.

So easy and efficient, delayed flight back which took me into the next day but not charged any extra. Would certainly use again, in fact I never book with anyone else. The emails I get offer discount and it never fails to offer!

Other companies i have used eg at ema have the car waiting 4 u so u need to call ahead ...15 minutes to get to the car ( my kids needed the toilet en route) get luggage in.. kids in..may not be enough.. the family next to us had a bit of a barney with an employee (as they also had kids+ elderly wheel chair user) when told they would have to pay more if they did not hurry up. Would use again now i know how this company works....but at ema the car gets photos allround to b4 you leave it here no such thing exists and its possible you may miss some damage in the hasstle to leave..

1st time I have booked, and I can say 100%, we arrived 1/2hour late for our check in due to road works on the M6( travelling from b’ham), but no worries the guys there where fantastic,we left the car with them with no worries or concerns; just perfect.,on our return we arrived 1hr early due to air traffic control over France,but once again the car was ready and waiting for us,the guys just said no worries, As this was our 1st time with you I can not fault your service; I would recommend 100%, and will always use your company when we travel again, for anyone reading this review for the first time, trust me you will not be disappointed A+++++++++,

The guys I deal with are always friendly, and swiftly dropping my keys and leaving is usually great. My car is usually quick to arrive, on return, though this time I waited longer than was comfortable, in unpleasant weather; this may have been because it was around morning rush hour. One thing...I’m still wondering where my car goes for around trip of 18 miles; I hope it enjoys it!!

When we arrived t took a while for someone to come across to us and I asked someone to see us, but he was busy and said he’ll be with us shortly. There was quite a bit of waiting around after we had unpacked the car and got our 2 year old out of the car. Other than that everything else was fine 😊

Departure Procedure
Please telephone: the number on your confirmation 3 / the number on your confirmation 0

IMPORTANT: please call us on the above number when you are 15-20 minutes away from the terminal.

On arriving at the airport, follow signs for Short Stay Carpark 2 or 3.
You need to enter the "Valet Parking" Carpark, which is just before Car park 3 and in-between Car park 2/3.
Take a ticket from the barrier before entering the "Valet Parking" car park and hand this to your driver.
Once you have entered the Valet Parking car park, proceed to park in bays 25,26,27,39,40,41,42

Here you will be greeted by one of our chauffeurs at the prearranged meeting point, who will have all your booking details and will be wearing a black jacket with our Drivefly company logo on it.

Return Procedure
Please call Drivefly on the number on your confirmation 3 / the number on your confirmation 0 once you have collected all your luggage. In case of any delays please let us know.

The Drivefly chauffeur will deliver your vehicle to the agreed pick up point at the airport at the same point where you dropped your vehicle.

If you're going to arrive outside the time arranged, please give the car park as much notice as possible.

Please be aware that due to time restrictions in the car park you must be at the collection point within 10 minutes of your call, or you may incur additional charges payable at the exit barrier. If you are returning earlier than the date or time you have provided, we must know 24 hours in advance to avoid any delay. From time to time the meeting point may change at short notice. You will be informed when you call if this will affect you.

Other important information
Vehicle Restrictions: Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Drivefly prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made. Minibuses / vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted for Meet & Greet services.
Illegal Vehicles: It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Drivefly will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund.
Early Returns: If you are returning ahead of schedule, please telephone Drivefly ASAP. They must have 24 hrs notice (or as much notice as possible) so that they can make sure the vehicle is ready and you are not kept waiting on your return. Refunds cannot be given for part used book
