Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?Make sure you call the car park 15-20 minutes before you arrive on the number on your confirmation. Enter option 1. When you arrive at Birmingham International Airport, stay in the right-hand lane and follow it all the way to "Valet Parking" customers only.
What is the pick-up procedure?Just call Maple Manor Parking on the number on your confirmation option 1 when you have collected your bags, As you exit the terminal building, follow the signs to "Valet Parking". (where you dropped the car off).
What security measures does the car park have?The site where your car will be stored has CCTV, a high fence, entry and exit barriers, floodlighting and regular patrols. Staff are CRB checked and Comprehensively insured to drive on the highway.Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award
What else do I need to know?It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner/customer driving to ensure that the vehicle is roadworthy and holds a valid MOT certificate. Vehicles that are not road legal or safe to drive will be refused. You will be given the option to drive your vehicle to our car park for storage and you will have to make your own way to us on return to collect it. No refunds will be given for illegal vehicles not collected. If you have a Blue Badge, you can be met in the disabled parking bays next to the terminal. You'll need to ask for this when you call to say you are 20 minutes from arriving.

Directions for Maple Manor Meet & Greet
Please call us on the number on your confirmation 9 (select option 1) 15-20 minutes prior to your arrival at Birmingham Airport.
Please have ready your 'Booking Name' and 'Booking Reference' when you call and we will dispatch our driver to meet you.
Follow the directions below to the meeting point at the terminal.
Please allow sufficient time for our driver to complete our check-in procedure and conduct the necessary photographic vehicle inspection on your arrival. This usually takes 3-4 minutes. Failure to leave adequate time for our driver to complete this may relinquish any claim for damage not recorded as a result. If you are running late this can be completed by our driver after you have left but before he or she moves your car
When you arrive at Birmingham International Airport, stay in the right-hand lane and follow it all the way to "Valet Parking" customers only. Go through the barrier and collect a ticket to hand to Maple Manor Chauffeur. Park your vehicle in the designated Maple Manor Parking bays and a uniformed chauffeur with ID will be there to collect your vehicle.
If you're going to arrive outside the time arranged, please give the car park as much notice as possible.
Once You have collected your luggage, Please Call Maple Manor on the number on your confirmation option 1.
As you exit the terminal building, follow the signs to " Valet Parking". (where you dropped the car off).
Your vehicle will be returned to the designated Maple Manor Parking bays. A uniformed chauffeur will return your vehicle.
. Please be aware that due to time restrictions in the car park you must be at the collection point within 10 minutes of your call, or you may incur additional charges payable at the exit barrier.
. If you are returning earlier than the date or time you have provided, we must know 24 hours in advance to avoid any delay.
. From time to time the meeting point may change at short notice. You will be informed when you call if this will affect you.
Other important information
If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, any extra days will be charged at £10.00 per day (or part day). No refunds will be issued for part used stays. Payments for extra days must be settled before the vehicle is handed over and if requested a receipt can be sent by email to you.
Vehicle Restrictions: Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Maple prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made. Minibuses / vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted for Meet & Greet services.
Illegal Vehicles: It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Maple will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund.
Late Returns: If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £10 per day or part day after your booked return date.
Early Returns: If you are returning ahead of schedule, please telephone Maple ASAP. They must have 24 hrs notice (or as much notice as possible) so that they can make sure the vehicle is ready and you are not kept waiting on your return. Refunds cannot be given for part used bookings.
