Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Please call ACE parking twenty minutes before arrival to your terminal on the number on your confirmation0 and select OPTION 1 - A uniformed ACE or Maple Manor Parking agent will handle the check-in and car movements at Gatwick Airport.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Please call ACE on the number on your confirmation0 once you have **collected your luggage and cleared customs** to request your vehicle returned .Early Returns: If you are returning ahead of schedule, please telephone ACE ASAP. They must have 24 hrs notice

What security measures does the car park have?

Uses modern security systems such as alarms and/or CCTV and is regularly visited by a specially trained Police Officer to maintain their Park Mark award.Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

The car park does not accept large vehicles such as transit vans, or any vehicles with trailers. ACE Parking is also unable to accept the following vehicles: Aston Martin, Ferrari, Rolls Royce, Bentley and Maserati. If you are delayed on return extra days parking are charged at £10 per day. We only accept bookings for cars and small vans at the standard rate shown. If you wish to bring a larger vehicle there will be an additional charge and you will need to call us to book this. Trailers will not be accepted.

I have used this airport parking in excess of 10 times and never had a problem. This time my car was returned with scratches all over the bonnet. Im currently speaking to head office to hopefully get this fixed. Our than this the service was good from the staff. The operator was waiting to collect the car and we only waited about 10 minutes for it to be returned.

Good service, although not full meet n greet, as you park in the car park and then they bring it back to the car park, so you need to go in and out of barrier. Can cause delay. Not sure where car had been parked, possibly under trees, it was covered in bird mess and sticky residue from trees. Staff very helpful and polite.

No problem dropping the car off however on return after clearing customs we telephoned Ace as advised to be told to stay in the terminal as our car would not be ready for 40 mins. When I said that I did not want to have to wait 40 mins it was suggested that we have a cup of coffee and relax !At the end of a flight I just want to get home.

Manor Park were operating this ( do they own ACE?) and drop-off was fine but on pick up we had to wait 40+ minutes as our car had been blocked in at their compound. They were poor to answer the phone and on the 3 times we called to enquire where our car was we were told it was on its way; only when the driver turn up did he give the explanation for the delay. No one apologised. So disappointing service all round

Efficient service on arrival, with representative already there to collect car. Pictures taken to 'record' condition of car. Slight wait (10 mins) on return once reaching pick-up point for car to be returned. (Informed call centre of our arrival as soon as luggage had been collected and had cleared customs). Overall good value and service.

Have used Ace once before. Check in on ground floor Car Park 5 was quick and hassle free. Small delay on return journey to get car back to collection point but when rang through having collected luggage, I was advised there would be a short delay due to a large influx of flights at one time, and not to rush and they apologised for this short delay. Driver who returned our vehicle was friendly and made the hand back of the vehicle quick and easy. Will use again.

South Terminal Instructions: Postcode RH6 0NP
Follow signs for SHORT STAY PASSENGER PICK UP to the SHORT TERM CAR PARK. Keep in the right hand lane.
Take a ticket at the barrier and drive to 3rd car park ORANGE CAR PARK 3 LEVEL 1 Row D & E. (APPROVED OPERATOR BAYS)

South Terminal returns:
Follow signs to SHORT TERM CAR PARK orange car park LEVEL 1 Row D & E. (APPROVED OPERATOR BAYS) and wait in the safe zone waiting area (lift lobby) until your vehicle is returned. (In the same location that you left your car)



On Return - Please call ACE on the number on your confirmation 0 as soon as you have collected your luggage and cleared customs;

North Terminal Instructions: RH6 0PJ: From 9th January 2017 - Temporary change to "Car Park 5 - Ground Floor"
Due to ongoing works at Gatwick North Terminal, the meeting point may change whilst the works are being carried out. For North terminal - if your vehicle is taller than 1.80m please inform us when you call and we will meet you in alternative area outside the car park.
As you enter the terminal Follow signs for SHORT STAY car park and keep in the left hand lane. Take a ticket at the barrier and proceed to CAR PARK 5 (the first car park on your right). Enter Car park 5 and follow signs for "Approved Operators" (do not go to the upper levels). When you get to the Approved Operator area park up in an Approved Operator Bay and make yourself known to and Ace / MMP Driver.

North Terminal returns:
As soon as you have collected your luggage, Please call Ace Parking on the number on your confirmation 0 and select option 1, to let us know that you are ready for your car. Then make your way to the Approved meeting point as follows…As you exit North terminal customs turn right following signs to Exit and Lifts. Go past the lifts and exit the terminal building. Car Park 5 is directly opposite the terminal building and can be seen from the exit doors. Proceed to the Approved meeting point at the ground floor of Car park 5 - Rows B to J to collect your car.
Please be aware that if you are late in collecting your car, after your phone call to tell us you are ready for it, you may incur additional charges from the Short Stay Car Parks. We politely request that you listen carefully to our telephone controllers when calling to drop off or pick up your car as these instructions may change at short notice due to ongoing work.

IMPORTANCE HEALTH AND SAFETY NOTICE: PLEASE ENSURE ALL CUSTOMERS REMAIN IN THE "SAFE" WAITING AREAS PROVIDED WITHIN THE CAR PARKS

Please do not leave any valuables inside the vehicle, if you do on your own risk then please take a receipt from the driver.

If you are returning earlier than the date or time that you have provided, we must know 24 hours in advance to avoid any delay. If you are delayed on return extra days parking are charged at £10 per day.

Warning: Please note that unless your car: has tyre tread on each tyre that is within the legal limit, or is in any other way unsafe to drive, the driver will not be able to take your car and you will have to make other arrangements to park your car.

Vehicle Restrictions: Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with ACE prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made. Minibuses / vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted for Meet & Greet services.

Illegal Vehicles: It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, ACE will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund.

Late Returns: If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £10 per day or part day after your booked return date.

Early Returns: If you are returning ahead of schedule, please telephone ACE ASAP. They must have 24 hrs notice (or as much notice as possible) so that they can make sure the vehicle is ready and you are not kept waiting on your return. Refunds cannot be given for part used bookings.
