Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Please call ACE parking twenty minutes before arrival to your terminal on the number on your confirmation0 and select OPTION 1 - A uniformed ACE or Maple Manor Parking agent will handle the check-in and car movements at Gatwick Airport.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Please call ACE on the number on your confirmation0 once you have **collected your luggage and cleared customs** to request your vehicle returned .Early Returns: If you are returning ahead of schedule, please telephone ACE ASAP. They must have 24 hrs notice

What security measures does the car park have?

Uses modern security systems such as alarms and/or CCTV and is regularly visited by a specially trained Police Officer to maintain their Park Mark award.Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

The car park does not accept large vehicles such as transit vans, or any vehicles with trailers. ACE Parking is also unable to accept the following vehicles: Aston Martin, Ferrari, Rolls Royce, Bentley and Maserati. If you are delayed on return extra days parking are charged at £10 per day. We only accept bookings for cars and small vans at the standard rate shown. If you wish to bring a larger vehicle there will be an additional charge and you will need to call us to book this. Trailers will not be accepted.

We've used this service many times. As usual it worked well when we dropped the car off. Very efficient handover. When we returned, for the 1st time, we were let down. From the 15-20 minutes we were told when we phoned after we collected our bags we actaully had to wait 45 minutes. In hindsight we discovered there was a holdup on the M23 heading into London. However, this wasn't mentioned in our original call, or 2 subsequent chase up calls. We were just given false expectations. Hopefully this was a one off as the service is normally so efficient.

Staff were on hand to receive the car on arrival and the hand over went smoothly. Wasn't able to contact ACE after picking up bags but this was my fault because my mobile phone was still in 'flight mode' and I didn't know how to change it...Staff were on hand to sort me out.

Totally satisfactory experience throughout. The N Terminal drop off/pick up point is extremely handy and literally a couple of mins walk from the terminal. I have used FHR on multiple occasions over many years at several airports and have never experienced any problem or issue. Well done!

Best Meet & Great Experience. Having travelled frequently over the past few years this was the smoothest and most time efficient meet & greet service. I dropped car off in a car park (Gatwick North short stay) and vehicle inspection immediately completed as soon as we had unloaded the car and similarly the vehicle was waiting as soon as we walked back into the same car park a week later, so no waiting time and all very courteous and efficient. Highly recommend! Richard.

South Terminal Instructions: Postcode RH6 0NP
Follow signs for SHORT STAY PASSENGER PICK UP to the SHORT TERM CAR PARK. Keep in the right hand lane.
Take a ticket at the barrier and drive to 3rd car park ORANGE CAR PARK 3 LEVEL 1 Row D & E. (APPROVED OPERATOR BAYS)

South Terminal returns:
Follow signs to SHORT TERM CAR PARK orange car park LEVEL 1 Row D & E. (APPROVED OPERATOR BAYS) and wait in the safe zone waiting area (lift lobby) until your vehicle is returned. (In the same location that you left your car)



On Return - Please call ACE on the number on your confirmation 0 as soon as you have collected your luggage and cleared customs;

North Terminal Instructions: RH6 0PJ: From 9th January 2017 - Temporary change to "Car Park 5 - Ground Floor"
Due to ongoing works at Gatwick North Terminal, the meeting point may change whilst the works are being carried out. For North terminal - if your vehicle is taller than 1.80m please inform us when you call and we will meet you in alternative area outside the car park.
As you enter the terminal Follow signs for SHORT STAY car park and keep in the left hand lane. Take a ticket at the barrier and proceed to CAR PARK 5 (the first car park on your right). Enter Car park 5 and follow signs for "Approved Operators" (do not go to the upper levels). When you get to the Approved Operator area park up in an Approved Operator Bay and make yourself known to and Ace / MMP Driver.

North Terminal returns:
As soon as you have collected your luggage, Please call Ace Parking on the number on your confirmation 0 and select option 1, to let us know that you are ready for your car. Then make your way to the Approved meeting point as follows…As you exit North terminal customs turn right following signs to Exit and Lifts. Go past the lifts and exit the terminal building. Car Park 5 is directly opposite the terminal building and can be seen from the exit doors. Proceed to the Approved meeting point at the ground floor of Car park 5 - Rows B to J to collect your car.
Please be aware that if you are late in collecting your car, after your phone call to tell us you are ready for it, you may incur additional charges from the Short Stay Car Parks. We politely request that you listen carefully to our telephone controllers when calling to drop off or pick up your car as these instructions may change at short notice due to ongoing work.

IMPORTANCE HEALTH AND SAFETY NOTICE: PLEASE ENSURE ALL CUSTOMERS REMAIN IN THE "SAFE" WAITING AREAS PROVIDED WITHIN THE CAR PARKS

Please do not leave any valuables inside the vehicle, if you do on your own risk then please take a receipt from the driver.

If you are returning earlier than the date or time that you have provided, we must know 24 hours in advance to avoid any delay. If you are delayed on return extra days parking are charged at £10 per day.

Warning: Please note that unless your car: has tyre tread on each tyre that is within the legal limit, or is in any other way unsafe to drive, the driver will not be able to take your car and you will have to make other arrangements to park your car.

Vehicle Restrictions: Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with ACE prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made. Minibuses / vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted for Meet & Greet services.

Illegal Vehicles: It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, ACE will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund.

Late Returns: If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £10 per day or part day after your booked return date.

Early Returns: If you are returning ahead of schedule, please telephone ACE ASAP. They must have 24 hrs notice (or as much notice as possible) so that they can make sure the vehicle is ready and you are not kept waiting on your return. Refunds cannot be given for part used bookings.
