Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Please call ACE parking twenty minutes before arrival to your terminal on the number on your confirmation0 and select OPTION 1 - A uniformed ACE or Maple Manor Parking agent will handle the check-in and car movements at Gatwick Airport.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Please call ACE on the number on your confirmation0 once you have **collected your luggage and cleared customs** to request your vehicle returned .Early Returns: If you are returning ahead of schedule, please telephone ACE ASAP. They must have 24 hrs notice

What security measures does the car park have?

Uses modern security systems such as alarms and/or CCTV and is regularly visited by a specially trained Police Officer to maintain their Park Mark award.Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

The car park does not accept large vehicles such as transit vans, or any vehicles with trailers. ACE Parking is also unable to accept the following vehicles: Aston Martin, Ferrari, Rolls Royce, Bentley and Maserati. If you are delayed on return extra days parking are charged at £10 per day. We only accept bookings for cars and small vans at the standard rate shown. If you wish to bring a larger vehicle there will be an additional charge and you will need to call us to book this. Trailers will not be accepted.

Left car in designated area in on ground floor of short term car park at LGW North Terminal - so no waiting around. Quick walk directly into terminal. Phoned to arrange collection time - had to wait around 5 minutes, but that was acceptable. Courteous and cheerful staff.

Worked OK. Slightly tricky to find following instructions for car park at LGW North but potentially due to temporary location. Slight wait to be processed when we did find the location. On return wait for car was about 15 minutes from phone call or 12 minuted in Car Par.

Drop off service went well, someone was there to meet us as advertised. However the return of the vehicle did not go so smoothly. We rung Ace as requested once we had collected our bags and then had to wait in excess of 30 minutes for the car to be returned, we could have used the much cheaper park and ride service and been in our car quicker than that. The guy at the car park could give us any reason as to why we were waiting and didn't really seem to care that we were anyway! Never have this issue with the Gatwick official service which we have used on many occasions!!

Not quite the usual efficient service I've experienced in the past. The arrangements in Car Park 5 of North Terminal are a bit like an obstacle course a) to find the way to the designated spot and then b) to get from the and out of the car park with you luggage. There must be a more efficient way of doing this. On return , we had to wait quite a long time for the car to arrive then when we had it we had to negotiate the maze of chained and roped off areas to get to the exit. The previous system with the approved operators area on the airport concourse was much simpler

Very good value and easy to find, although ringing 10 mins ahead of arrival would have been difficult if I had been travelling on my own. Had to wait for about 10 mins once I'd got to the car park on the return journey.

South Terminal Instructions: Postcode RH6 0NP
Follow signs for SHORT STAY PASSENGER PICK UP to the SHORT TERM CAR PARK. Keep in the right hand lane.
Take a ticket at the barrier and drive to 3rd car park ORANGE CAR PARK 3 LEVEL 1 Row D & E. (APPROVED OPERATOR BAYS)

South Terminal returns:
Follow signs to SHORT TERM CAR PARK orange car park LEVEL 1 Row D & E. (APPROVED OPERATOR BAYS) and wait in the safe zone waiting area (lift lobby) until your vehicle is returned. (In the same location that you left your car)



On Return - Please call ACE on the number on your confirmation 0 as soon as you have collected your luggage and cleared customs;

North Terminal Instructions: RH6 0PJ: From 9th January 2017 - Temporary change to "Car Park 5 - Ground Floor"
Due to ongoing works at Gatwick North Terminal, the meeting point may change whilst the works are being carried out. For North terminal - if your vehicle is taller than 1.80m please inform us when you call and we will meet you in alternative area outside the car park.
As you enter the terminal Follow signs for SHORT STAY car park and keep in the left hand lane. Take a ticket at the barrier and proceed to CAR PARK 5 (the first car park on your right). Enter Car park 5 and follow signs for "Approved Operators" (do not go to the upper levels). When you get to the Approved Operator area park up in an Approved Operator Bay and make yourself known to and Ace / MMP Driver.

North Terminal returns:
As soon as you have collected your luggage, Please call Ace Parking on the number on your confirmation 0 and select option 1, to let us know that you are ready for your car. Then make your way to the Approved meeting point as follows…As you exit North terminal customs turn right following signs to Exit and Lifts. Go past the lifts and exit the terminal building. Car Park 5 is directly opposite the terminal building and can be seen from the exit doors. Proceed to the Approved meeting point at the ground floor of Car park 5 - Rows B to J to collect your car.
Please be aware that if you are late in collecting your car, after your phone call to tell us you are ready for it, you may incur additional charges from the Short Stay Car Parks. We politely request that you listen carefully to our telephone controllers when calling to drop off or pick up your car as these instructions may change at short notice due to ongoing work.

IMPORTANCE HEALTH AND SAFETY NOTICE: PLEASE ENSURE ALL CUSTOMERS REMAIN IN THE "SAFE" WAITING AREAS PROVIDED WITHIN THE CAR PARKS

Please do not leave any valuables inside the vehicle, if you do on your own risk then please take a receipt from the driver.

If you are returning earlier than the date or time that you have provided, we must know 24 hours in advance to avoid any delay. If you are delayed on return extra days parking are charged at £10 per day.

Warning: Please note that unless your car: has tyre tread on each tyre that is within the legal limit, or is in any other way unsafe to drive, the driver will not be able to take your car and you will have to make other arrangements to park your car.

Vehicle Restrictions: Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with ACE prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made. Minibuses / vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted for Meet & Greet services.

Illegal Vehicles: It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, ACE will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund.

Late Returns: If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £10 per day or part day after your booked return date.

Early Returns: If you are returning ahead of schedule, please telephone ACE ASAP. They must have 24 hrs notice (or as much notice as possible) so that they can make sure the vehicle is ready and you are not kept waiting on your return. Refunds cannot be given for part used bookings.
