Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

You will be met in the short stay car park and will be identifed by your car registration.

What is the pick-up procedure?

On your return to Heathrow,once you have collected your luggage, please phone the number provided when you are in the baggage claim area and quote your reservation number, to confirm you are ready to collect your car.

What security measures does the car park have?

Your car will be parked in a Secure Compound, up to 15 miles away depending on the terminal you arrived at. Please note - some compounds may not have CCTV but have a perimeter fence and are manned.

What else do I need to know?

ANY LONG WHEELBASE VANS ARRIVING WILL BE SUBJECT TO FURTHER CHARGES. Service provided by established Meet and Greet Operator Drivefly

The instructions e-mailed to me are really not hat helpful once the car has been parked. There is no "driver" but a desk, which we overlooked and was sent to the first floor and then back up to the 4th floor. Got things sorted in the end. Otherwise a quick and good service.

Excellent .. car taken immediately, and was there waiting when I called from baggage reclaim. Directions were spot on , but it might be nice to send a picture / google earth of the road layout in the email as well.. as difficult to read directions when driving,

Good service with some reservations. 1. When I phoned on return, was told to phone again after collecting all baggage. The phone then went to voicemail. 2. Car was not at collection point when we got there. Delay was about 5 mins.

have used FHR for many years. Car collected on time car returned in good time also, car was obviously stored in muddy field. also car was driven aggressively on the way back to airport. Modern Hybrid cars tell you how you drove the car. on a 100 mile drive, driving normally, it would say I drove the car 1% aggressively, on the short journey from parking back to the airport, it read 6% aggressive .

Excellent service. Drop off was quick and efficient and my car was delivered for pick up within a few minutes of my return. The staff on Level 4 of Terminal 3 are very friendly and helpful, particularly Jaz and Tony who went out of their way to help when I accidentally locked the keys inside my car. I use this service regularly and would recommend it to friends and family every time.

I've used FHR before and they are very good. As a new visitor to Terminal 5, Heathrow, I think the directions provided were not comprehensive enough and I found once or twice the directions from FHR didn't coincide with the airport signs so I ended up going round twice. Apart from that the service was very good and I would certainly use them again

Excellent Meet & Greet at Heathrow Terminal 2. Easier to find entering via Lane 6 but everything clearly marked and obvious where to go and who to go to. We booked 3 cars and all were in the car park by the time we walked there. Ours had done 8 miles and was returned in much the same condition as we left it, apart from a few mud splashes which must be expected at this time of the year. No problems at all.

We booked DriveFly Meet and Greet through FHR. The whole operation was pretty smooth. Directions to the designated areas in the Terminal 5 short stay car park were good although it took a little time to locate the operator's desk - it's tucked in a corner by the lifts and not obvious until you are nearly in front of it. Maybe some signage would be useful. We were dealt with quickly and provided with full instructions for our return. We called from the baggage collection area when we arrived back and the car was ready and waiting for us by the time we had walked to the car park. There is just one niggle we have. We understand that the operator's driver may have to change to seat position but is it really necessary for the radio and heating controls to be fiddled with as well? This is the reason for 4 rather than 5 stars.

This usually works well but yesterday when I called to pick up my car I was told I owed £49.50 and that my card had been declined. Not knowing what on earth the problem was as I had prepaid my parking I waited at the drive fly desk. The driver returned my car and again said I owed an ammount and my card had declined it. Once I had shown my paper work and 3 phone calls made to the main office it was establish my booking had been muddled with someone else and my car was released. The driver and reception guy were apologetic but I could have done without the hassle and still had a long drive home! What a disappointment this is usually a really good service. Well done my bank for declining the payment.

The system worked well on arrival at the airport but there was a 10-15 min delay when collecting my car after arrival back in Heathrow despite the fact that I had telephoned ahead as requested. I also noted that others who arrived at the pick-up point after me had their cars waiting for them.

Have used drivefly several times before at Heathrow and all is usually fine . On return this time we waited almost 20 minutes for the car to be returned whereas previously it had always been waiting . A bit disappointing

Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.

TERMINAL 2 (Postcode for Terminal 2: TW6 1EW)
From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round following onto the Western Perimeter Road.
Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3.
Exiting the tunnel, keep right, passing the Central Bus Station, joining the final approaches to Terminal 2 on Cosmopolitan Way.
Again, keep right as the road to Terminal 2 will move away from building, before turning back as the road ramps up to Terminal 2 Departures & the Short Stay 2 car park on Constellation Way.
On the rising ramp, continue to keep right as the ramp will lead directly into the "Short stay car park" entry barriers.
Choose Lane 5 OR 6 towards the ticket machine which will take you to Level 4 Short stay carpark.
Take the barrier ticket and enter the carpark.
Entering the car park on Level 4, keep RIGHT for Level 4 following the signs for Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet and then park your vehicle in "Row B".
Here you see one of our chauffeurs who is based at the Drivefly desk near the ticket pay machine, who will have all your booking details and will be wearing a black jacket.

Terminal 2 Returns
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected.
Make your way to the same place where you dropped the vehicle off; Level 4 short stay car park, and the vehicle will be parked in Row B next to the lift/pay machines

* We pay for the first 15 minutes of parking, you will be responsible for any further exit fees.

Terminal 3- Sat-Nav postcode: TW6 1QG
From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round following onto the Western Perimeter Road. Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3.
Exiting the tunnel, keep in the 1st lane and follow signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Carpark (Carpark 3). Take a ticket from the barrier and take your car to Level 4, then park your vehicle in ROW ''A'.

On Return T3:
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. As you arrive in the arrivals, just before the exit door on the Right Hand Side, take the lift to Level 3 Short Stay Car Park, ROW ''A''
* We pay for the first 15 minutes of parking, you will be responsible for any further exit fees.

Terminal 5 - Sat-Nav postcode: TW6 2GA
Follow the signs for "Short stay Car Park" found on the right hand side of the ramp as you enter the exit for Terminal 5 roundabout. After following the signs for Short Stay Car Park, you will see a sign on the left-hand lane marked"LEVEL 4". Stay in this lane which will take you straight to a set of barriers.
Take the ticket from the barrier and make your way to Zones ''R''-''S''. Park your vehicle in these designated areas which is sign posted in these zones as ''Off Airport Meet & Greet''. Here you see one of our chauffeurs who is based at the Drivefly desk near the ticket pay machine, who will have all your booking details and will wear a black jacket with our Drivefly logo on it.

On Return T5:
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. Make your way to the same place where you dropped the vehicle off; Level 4 short stay car park, and the vehicle will be parked in Row''R'' OR ''S''.
* We pay for the first 15 minutes of parking, you will be responsible for any further exit fees.

All the Short Stay Car Parks have a height limit. These are as follows:

Terminal 2 (Short Stay Car Park 2): 2.05m (6ft 9in)
Terminal 3 (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in)
Terminal 5 (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in)

During certain busy periods or lengthy periods of stay, your car may be parked in any one of our Secondary Secure Compounds which could be up to 15 miles away (one way), depending on which terminal you have dropped your vehicle off. Please note that the secondary compounds may not have CCTV but are fenced and manned.

Once your pre-booked parking period has commenced, any over stay will be charged at a daily rate of £15.00 payable to the chauffeur on collection of your car.
If your return time passes midnight from your actual paid booking date, and your car needs to be delivered after midnight, an additional charge of £25.00 is applied.
