Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

A driver will meet you at your departing terminal, at the pre-booked time, where he will assist with your luggage, confirm your return details, and together with the driver you will check the condition of the car and sign a form to confirm details.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Once you have collected your luggage, please call the office, who will then arrange for a driver to meet you with your vehicle.

What security measures does the car park have?

Holders of the Park Mark certificate for safer parking. 24 Hour CCTV - No Public Access - High Fencing - 24 Hour Manned Security - Discreet Location just 10 minutes from the airport.Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

All drivers are fully insured to drive any vehicle. They are required to wear black uniforms, with our company logo clearly visible and will carry a form of identification at all times. If you returned AFTER MIDNIGHT, there will be A LATE RETURN CHARGE of £20.00 to be paid to the driver. All vehicles are accepted as long as it can be driven on a standard license, has valid MOT and Road Tax. Absolutely the best service at a reasonable price. A real person answers the phone and resolves any problem without fuss. The drop is efficient with a call from the driver beforehand to confirm the time and the same service on return. Cannot recommend this service enough.

Highly recommended! We've used several meet and greet services at LHR and Five Star lived up to their name! Unlike other companies they actually help to co-ordinate the smooth pick up and drop off as they call you about half hour before your ETA then again when you get within a few miles of the airport. I much prefer this compared to other companies who require that you call them. Our driver called us a third time as he was concerned that he was at the wrong terminal but we were stuck in traffic near the tunnel. When we got to short T2 stay we didn't have to go hunting down our driver he was ready and waiting for us. Homebound we were delayed for an hour but this was no problem for Five Star. We called when we landed and again as we got our cases and our car was waiting for us in short stay T5 in an easily seen spot and again the driver was waiting to hand over the keys we didn't need to go looking for the driver. Normally we have to wait a little while but not with Five Star they are pro active in catching up with their clients rather than the other way and you can tell that they care about the quality of service they offer and both drivers were very polite. Well done Five Star it takes a lot to impress me but you managed it !

On the whole the booking worked well although there was some confusion over the correct telephone number to ring on our return and we had to wait about 20 minutes for the car to arrive at Level 5 even though I had made contact with the office as soon as we landed.

Pick up at LHR T4 was very easy and similar to previous M&G experiences we have had. However on the return we telephoned as requested as we landed, and were asked to call back once we had collected baggage. We did this and were told that as we called late they didn't have any drivers available an we should wait in Departures. We waited for nearly 45 mins, they didn't return calls and then when they did turn up more or less chucked the keys at us and walked off. We appreciate it could have been a busy time but service was not up to what we have had in the past. What annoyed us most was that they way we were spoken to it seemed as if they were blaming us - as simple "Sorry, but it is Monday Morning and we are running a bit late" would have been so much better and we could have acepted that.

This parking operates between 05:30 and 23:00 - Returns after MIDNIGHT will be charged £20.00 to be paid to the driver. All vehicles are accepted as long as it can be driven on a standard license and has valid MOT and Road Tax.

Please be advised of the following late arrival charges:
If you arrive at the airport to drop your car off 1-2 hours later than the time you have booked to arrive, there is a Late Arrival Charge of £10, if you arrive 2 hours or more after the time you have booked to arrive there is a charge of £20 to pay - both fees are payable to the driver in cash on arrival at the airport.

When dropping your vehicle on Departure please make sure you receive a signed inspection sheet to clarify that any existing damage is noted. If you don't have this document to present on return we cannot accept liability for any major or minor damage to your car.
Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.

IMPORTANT - please call the chauffeur 30 mins before arrival time to confirm arrangements. Chauffeur contact number is the number on your confirmation

Please do not enter the CAR PARKS before your pre-booked time unless advised by a member of staff, if you do then you will be asked to pay the CAR PARK TICKET.


On Arrival - Follow signs to Heathrow Airport from all major roads. On approach to the Airport follows signs to your departure terminal, then please follow the arrival procedure as described under:-

Terminal 2
After passing through the tunnels (Tunnel road) into Heathrow Airport, follow signs for Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park. As you approach the ramp, stay in the far-right hand lane, take a ticket from the barrier that is to the far right and follow signs for Level 4. Take a ticket at the barrier and drive round to Row B. This is where your Driver will meet you.

Terminal 3.
Please follow signs to the drop off lane at Departures for terminal 3
Enter the Short-Stay Car-park and proceed to LEVEL 4, Row B. This is where the DRIVER will meet you.

Terminal 4
Please drive to the Departures drop off area, there are 3 Lanes.
Once you approach Terminal 4 DEPARTURES there are 3 lanes, please park in Lane A the 3rd lane away from the building. This is where your DRIVER will meet you.

Terminal 5
Once you follow the signs for SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, stay in the Left-lane and follow signs for Level 4. Follow the Level 4 sign into the car park and drive round to Row S. This is where your DRIVER will meet you.

On Return:

PLEASE call on the number on your confirmation once you have collected your luggage and are on the way to the CAR PARK to collect your car, the driver will pay for 15 minutes waiting time in the car park if you take longer than 15 minutes you will be responsible for any additional parking fees due.

Terminal 2.
We will ask you to make your way to Level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, rows A and B, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.

Terminal 3.
Please call us when the plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to make your way to the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, LEVEL 4, row B, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.

Terminal 4.
Please call us when the plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to enter the arrivals hall, you will see an exit by W H Smith's. Exit the building and walk straight over the Zebra crossing to the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK. You will see some lifts on your left hand side; take them to Up to Level 2 Row F, when you exit the lifts turn left and follow the Off-Airport area this is where we will return your vehicle to you.

Terminal 5.
Please call us when your plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to take the lift to level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, Row S, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.

Transfers do not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself. Please NOTE although we can help with the luggage for disabled passengers, we are not allowed to leave the car and therefore cannot accompany anyone to the building.
