Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

A driver will meet you at your departing terminal, at the pre-booked time, where he will assist with your luggage, confirm your return details, and together with the driver you will check the condition of the car and sign a form to confirm details.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Once you have collected your luggage, please call the office, who will then arrange for a driver to meet you with your vehicle.

What security measures does the car park have?

Holders of the Park Mark certificate for safer parking. 24 Hour CCTV - No Public Access - High Fencing - 24 Hour Manned Security - Discreet Location just 10 minutes from the airport.Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

All drivers are fully insured to drive any vehicle. They are required to wear black uniforms, with our company logo clearly visible and will carry a form of identification at all times. If you returned AFTER MIDNIGHT, there will be A LATE RETURN CHARGE of £20.00 to be paid to the driver. All vehicles are accepted as long as it can be driven on a standard license, has valid MOT and Road Tax. When dropping your vehicle on Departure please make sure you receive a signed inspection sheet to clarify that any existing damage is noted. If you don't have this document to present on retu

Drop off was slow, the driver meeting us was delayed and when we rang the office they said they would find out where he was but never bothered to call us back to inform us off how much longer they would be. Collection on return was better but the written instructions for collection are inaccurate - driver met us at the drop off car packing not where the information stated. Overall could do better.

Not happy to the fact my car was been abused , I had a ghost tracker fitted in which showed be me car has been abused , it was set in normal driving but the driver had put it in sport driving and had abused it ,

Absolutely lovely company! I messed up on the booking and put Terminal 2 instead of 5 and they were totally fine about it, really lovely and not at all cross or adding charges. Friendly, easily contactable and very reliable and totally kind and very easy to speak to. Highly Recommend!

Not the most professional to engrave in from phone manner to drivers at airport. Biggest issue was delay in returning my car on arrival, despite two phone calls still a 25 min wait.

Perfect departure. Just had to wait a little longer than we hoped for the arrival segment of our trip. We were told 25 minutes for the car to arrive but it took 30 minutes. Staff were extremely friendly. Radio station had been changed. They don’t have a desk at meet and greet level 4 of short term car park terminal 5 so everything is phone dependent.

We have used FHR many times and the reason we keep using them is because they are timely and efficient. On this occasion, while we travelling to Heathrow, they identified that the usual road to the Terminal was backed up and phoned me to suggest an alternative route; we'll done.

Good efficient pickup and very pleasant driver. On return you have to call on landing and once luggage is collected. I found it very difficult to hear the person in the office both times as there was a lot of background talking in their office. We were told after collecting luggage it would be 15 minutes before they arrived - it was actually 25 minutes. Car in good condition but just reduced to 4 stars in comparison with other services we have used which have clearer phone lines and faster return.

One of the better meet and greet services we’ve used and we’ve used quite a few! They were there within 5 minutes of us arriving and within 10 minutes upon our return. The car was just how we left it and with only 16 miles added to the clock from when we had left. We would definitely use again and would certainly recommend Five Star Meet and Greet at Heathrow.

This parking operates between 05:30 and 23:00 - Returns after MIDNIGHT will be charged £20.00 to be paid to the driver. All vehicles are accepted as long as it can be driven on a standard license and has valid MOT and Road Tax.

Please be advised of the following late arrival charges:
If you arrive at the airport to drop your car off 1-2 hours later than the time you have booked to arrive, there is a Late Arrival Charge of £10, if you arrive 2 hours or more after the time you have booked to arrive there is a charge of £20 to pay - both fees are payable to the driver in cash on arrival at the airport.

When dropping your vehicle on Departure please make sure you receive a signed inspection sheet to clarify that any existing damage is noted. If you don't have this document to present on return we cannot accept liability for any major or minor damage to your car.
Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.

IMPORTANT - please call the chauffeur 30 mins before arrival time to confirm arrangements. Chauffeur contact number is the number on your confirmation

Please do not enter the CAR PARKS before your pre-booked time unless advised by a member of staff, if you do then you will be asked to pay the CAR PARK TICKET.


On Arrival - Follow signs to Heathrow Airport from all major roads. On approach to the Airport follows signs to your departure terminal, then please follow the arrival procedure as described under:-

Terminal 2
After passing through the tunnels (Tunnel road) into Heathrow Airport, follow signs for Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park. As you approach the ramp, stay in the far-right hand lane, take a ticket from the barrier that is to the far right and follow signs for Level 4. Take a ticket at the barrier and drive round to Row B. This is where your Driver will meet you.

Terminal 3.
Please follow signs to the drop off lane at Departures for terminal 3
Enter the Short-Stay Car-park and proceed to LEVEL 4, Row B. This is where the DRIVER will meet you.

Terminal 4
Please drive to the Departures drop off area, there are 3 Lanes.
Once you approach Terminal 4 DEPARTURES there are 3 lanes, please park in Lane A the 3rd lane away from the building. This is where your DRIVER will meet you.

Terminal 5
Once you follow the signs for SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, stay in the Left-lane and follow signs for Level 4. Follow the Level 4 sign into the car park and drive round to Row S. This is where your DRIVER will meet you.

On Return:

PLEASE call on the number on your confirmation once you have collected your luggage and are on the way to the CAR PARK to collect your car, the driver will pay for 15 minutes waiting time in the car park if you take longer than 15 minutes you will be responsible for any additional parking fees due.

Terminal 2.
We will ask you to make your way to Level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, rows A and B, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.

Terminal 3.
Please call us when the plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to make your way to the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, LEVEL 4, row B, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.

Terminal 4.
Please call us when the plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to enter the arrivals hall, you will see an exit by W H Smith's. Exit the building and walk straight over the Zebra crossing to the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK. You will see some lifts on your left hand side; take them to Up to Level 2 Row F, when you exit the lifts turn left and follow the Off-Airport area this is where we will return your vehicle to you.

Terminal 5.
Please call us when your plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to take the lift to level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, Row S, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.

Transfers do not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself. Please NOTE although we can help with the luggage for disabled passengers, we are not allowed to leave the car and therefore cannot accompany anyone to the building.

Terminal 2 (Short Stay Car Park 2): 2.05m (6ft 9in)

Terminal 4 (Short Stay Car Park 4): Height limit: 2.0m (6ft 6in)
Terminal 5 (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in)

you have quoted 104.72p for met and greet. is there any additional fee to be paid.The price quoted includes the airport access fee. You will not incur any additinal charges unless you are late or delayed
