MMP Meet & Greet - Terminals 2 & 3

Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Once parked and unloaded, please lock your car and check in with our Handover Team who are based at our desk in the lift lobby.

What is the pick-up procedure?

After leaving the Arrivals hall, follow signs for Short Stay Car park.

What security measures does the car park have?

Park Mark Safer Parking facility

What else do I need to know?

Warning: Please note that unless your car: has tyre tread on each tyre that is within the legal limit, or is in any other way unsafe to drive, the driver will not be able to take your car and you will have to make other arrangements to park your car. We only accept bookings for cars and small vans at the standard rate shown. If you wish to bring a larger vehicle there will be an additional charge and you will need to call us to book this. Trailers will not be accepted. If you are delayed on return extra days parking are charged at £15 per day.

Unable to park in the allocated spaces as directed as they were all taken so had to park a few rows away. However this was not a problem and the rest of the service was easy. More like parking in the short stay car park than a meet and greet service!

This was the first time using ACE Meet & Greet and it was so simple. We dropped the car off and picked it up with ease. It took all the stress out of getting to the airport. We used to worry about the time it would take to park the car after the 2 hour drive to Heathrow but the valet system was so quick and we were in the airport in no time. This is far better than parking and taking a shuttle. My husband said 'Wow, that was the easiest and fastest parking we have ever done before'. We would definitely use this service again.

My first meet and greet parking experience. Initially the instructions seemed complicated, partly because they were written in continuous narrative. I find bullet points easier to absorb so that would be a reccomendation. Also the warnings about early/late arrival were a little off-putting but turned out to be not a problem. All in all it worked well and was easy to use, and being on a ski trip with skis, boots and baggage, parking right by the lifts was a boon. I will do this again, particularly as I did not need to go find my car on return. Both team members were warm and courteous which helps reduce the stress. well done! Peter Ash

The price of the parking was great and when I needed to extend it, it was easy to contact the company to do so although we were told one price on the phone and another when the car was actually being collected. The attendant on arrival was a little rude in the way that he spoke to me and didn’t really give the greatest customer service experience. However, the attendants on arrival were much more pleasant. Not really sure if it was a meet and greet as I still had to trek to the short stay car park to drop off and collect my car... Finally, I had my car cleaned before I left and on my return there was mud on the drivers side, including along the door panel and on the mat where whoever had driven the car had clearly been walking in mud. Also, there was an envelope with muddy footprints left on the floor. All in all a decent service with some improvements that could be made to make it better.

Can't fault anything with this company and the procedure for meet and greet. Simple to use, efficient and great value for money. No need to call once you have arrived, which can be a nuisance, as they know your flight number and the car is ready and waiting! Would definitely use ACE meet and greet again.

Everything seemed to go according to plan apart from the ACE Parking personnel on the third floor of the short term car park at Terminal 3 were difficult to identify both dropping the car off and picking it up. The third floor parking level lifts and lift lobby are extremely busy with several companies operating meet and greet parking facilities. The lifts are crowded and the lift lobby congested with both parking personnel and customers. There is a lot of movement of vehicles in this area also. The parking instructions say to ring a number before you arrive at the car park. However, when you ring the person who answers the 'phone seems a bit vague as to why you have rung, I don't think this is really necessary. The system seems to work but it doesn't inspire confidence.

The drop - off was simple and quick. However, it took them over 30 rings to answer the phone when we came back from our trip. Once we were able to get through, they said it would take 15-20 minutes to arrive, and they did not show till 40 minutes. This would have been fine if we received updates that traffic was poor or set that expectation from the start. I'm happy this happened on the return versus way out. There was another family waiting near us for Ace, and they were never able to get through to the pick up. They ended up speaking to our driver. We took their offer for a valet service for £27 while we were away. It was so-so. There were still some crumbs in obvious places and grime on the wheels. Also, somehow my box of business cards ended up smashed and sprawled across the back seat. For the price of this drop off/pick up service, I'm not sure I would use them again. It was a fairly low price, but I would rather park my own car. Definitely would not ask them to clean my car again.

We have used this company several times and all has been good. It was very busy on arrival in the terminal 3 car park but we managed to park a little bit further from their base by the lifts and all paper work sorted out efficiently by the helpful staff. Easy pick up with a two minute wait. All good.

Directions for MMP Meet & Greet - Terminals 2 & 3

Please note: This product is not suitable if you are travelling from Terminals 4 or 5 - This product is for both drop off and collection at T2 and T3 only. Your return terminal can be amended directly with Maple Manor Parking, however this must be amended prior to the day your booking starts by contacting them after you have booked. Extra charges can apply if not T2 or T3. Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.

We only accept bookings for cars and small vans at the standard rate shown. If you wish to bring a larger vehicle there will be an additional charge and you will need to call us to book this. Trailers will not be accepted.

Please read your instructions carefully before you set out as they have recently changed. To improve our service to you, you no longer need to call when you are on your way to Heathrow Airport.

Before You Arrive
Please follow the directions below to the meeting point at the terminal you are flying from. You will need to have ready your 'Booking Name' and 'Booking Reference' and return flight details to check with our team when you arrive.

TERMINAL 2 (Postcode for Terminal 2: TW6 1EW)
After passing through the tunnels (Tunnel road) into Heathrow Airport, follow signs for Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park. Take the right hand lane and pass under the 2.2M height restriction, follow signs for 'Level 4' and 'Off Airport', keep right and take a ticket from the furthest right-hand Ticket Barrier (please hand this to our Handover Captain). Drive straight forward following signs for 'Off Airport Parking'. Park in one of the 'Off Airport Meet & Greet' parking bays in rows A or B.

TERMINAL 3 (Postcode for Terminal 3 TW6 1QG)
After passing through the tunnels (Tunnel road) into Heathrow Airport, follow signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Car Park At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (please hand this to our Handover Captain ) Drive up to level 3 Park in one of the 'Off Airport Meet & Greet' parking bays.

Arrival Instructions
Once parked and unloaded, please lock your car and check in with our Handover Team who are based at our desk in the lift lobby. You will need to confirm your return flight details so please have these to hand. We must have your correct return date and flight number in order to help us avoid any delays in returning your car. Your car will be photographed and taken to our secure car park by one of our experienced drivers, whilst you check in.

Return Instructions
There is no need to call us on your return. As long as we have your correct return flight number, terminal and return date we will have your car brought to the meeting point below, ready for when you arrive. If you are unsure or did not give us a return flight number when you checked in, then call our handover team on the number on your confirmation 5 and select option 1. They will be able to advise the status of your car and get it on its way to the meeting point if it is not already. Please have the unique barcoded card that you were given on arrival to collect your keys from our Handover team. If you do not have this then we will need to see and take an image of your passport - which (of course) must match the booking name.

Other Important Information
If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, any extra days will be charged at £15.00 per day (or part day). No refunds will be issued for part used stays. Payments for extra days must be settled before the vehicle is handed over and if requested a receipt can be sent by email to you. It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner/customer driving to ensure that the vehicle is roadworthy, holds a valid MOT certificate and has a valid Road Fund Licence. Vehicles that are not road legal or safe to drive will be refused. You will be given the option to drive your vehicle to our car park for storage and you will have to make your own way to us on return to collect it. No refunds will be given for illegal vehicles not collected.

Hello, what is your cancellation policy for T2 Heathrow meet and greet?Hello You cannot get a refund or amend a parking booking less than 24 hours before the day of travel. For example, your last opportunity to change your package if you're flying at 3pm on the 29th will be 23:59 on the 27th. An administration fee of
