All went extremely well except your guy at the airport had no paperwork to reflect and acknowledge the booking. From my email confirmation he quickly resolved and gave me a receipt for collection on return. The return collection was very smooth.

Purple Park & Ride Terminal 5

Efficient service. Satnav couldn't find the exact address as there is no waypoint there (not in mine anyway), and despite having used the site once before I got a bit lost. Why on earth do companies still give postcodes and postal addresses and not the system that works every time, CO-ORDINATES!!! In an electronic system does it COST anything to include co-ordinates with the other systems? No, so why not just do it?

Continually the best in the business. Superbly accomodating regarding a vehicle needing to come back to the airport, nothing too much trouble (there was a charge, but it was reasonable and they did it for a start!), prompt return and with the delayed flight and bags no additional charges. Don't use anyone else. Particular thanks to Frank on the T2 desk 16/6/22.

Driver waiting for us when arrived to drop off. On return our terminal had changed from T5 to T3, and with this short notice change of collection point we had to wait 20 mins before our car arrived but this was entirely acceptable given the circumstances. Overall good service, would use again.

We found this service extremely useful. Our phone calls were answered straight away and we only had to wait 5+ mins on arrival for our car to arrive. Very pleasant and courteous staff members. We would use again.

Decent company that met mer and returned car on time, but very much object to their drivers who have played with all the cars controls. Light settings changed Media centre completely reset including change of source and volumes Aircon set to max freeze also, items in boot had been thrown around indicating the car had been driven badly at speed at some point. It was moved a few times over a 5 day period. Shame

The only criticism we would note is that the directions once you get into the airport complex are very easy to misinterpret, especially when the traffic is heavy, otherwise everything else was good.

First time I have used FHR at Heathrow and it was extremely busy in the multi storey carpark, despite being 6:00 am on a Sunday. When I informed my meet and greet rep. that I was on the incorrect level(3 not 4), no problem, they came down to collect the vehicle. On my return, I had provided incorrect fight number and time, my tour operator got it wrong. Despite this there was only a slight delay in collecting my vehicle. In summary great service.

Driver came to meet us as we entered car park so didn't get stuck in jam of meet & greet. Also on return was offered alternative place to meet as long queues bringing car back to car park. Worked very well.

Superb. Worth every extra penny (and not really much more expensive), great communication, excellent and competitively priced valet, polite and efficient operatives, just no reason at all to waste money on anyone else, they will all try to screw you for early/late drop off. Game changer for me

Drop off was ok, although there wasn’t enough spaces in the car park so had to wait five mins. And then another ten mins for the driver to come. Pick up wasn’t good. Called on landing, and after bags, as requested. Waited 30 mins+ for the car. They said it was because of traffic jams. But I had called when we landed so there was plenty of time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Cancelling a booking is dependent on the type of product booked and the car park type as Non-flexible bookings cannot be cancelled at any time.

Flexible bookings can be cancelled any time after the booking is made, up to 24 hours before your booking arrival date.

There is a £10 cancellation fee, with the balance refunded. unless you took out the waiver fee when booking.

You can make the cancellation yourself by going to the help page and clicking on Cancel Booking

It's not a problem if your flight back to Heathrow is delayed. Your car will be kept safe and you can pay for any additional parking at the car park when you return to collect your vehicle.

Non-flexible bookings cannot be amended or cancelled.

Flexible bookings can be amended without incurring an amendment fee, however if the amendment results in a price increase ( e.g. a date change), you will be required to pay the additional amount.

You can request the amend by going to our help section and clicking on Amend Booking.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund on bookings that aren’t used due to a vehicle breaking down.

There isn't a discount for booking more than one car but if you have a discount code or promotional email offer then this will be applied to all the cars on the booking.

If you're looking to make a booking to park more than one car at Gatwick then you can easily do this on our website. Simply enter your dates and times, choose the option that best suits you and when you click through to the booking form you'll have the option to "Add a car" and can make a booking for up to 5 vehicles at the same time.

When you book a Meet and Greet Car Park, you will be met at the airport by a fully insured Chauffeur, who drives your car to a secured storage site.

On return, your vehicle is bought back to the terminal, so you can just drive straight home.

Holders of the Park Mark® award have been risk assessed by a crime prevention officer from the local police. The Safer Parking Scheme is an initiative of the Association of Chief Police Officers and is managed by the British Parking Association.

We'll send you an email confirmation following your booking. This will confirm all the details of your booking, including a booking reference, so you can check that everything is ok.

If you didn't receive a booking confirmation email from us, please check your email provider spam/junk folder.

To re-send your booking confirmation, find your booking and select the 'Re-send booking confirmation' option.

It is important to have access to your Booking Confirmation, but you don’t have to print it. You must however ensure it is fully visible on your phone or device, so you can see all the information, directions and procedures you need to follow.

Booking Confirmations are sent upon completion of your booking, so if you don’t see it in your inbox please check your Junk/Spam folder in case it is there. 

You can view or print or resend your confirmation voucher yourself by going to our help section and clicking on  View Booking or Resend Confirmation Email.

If you do not have the booking reference number, you can email us, or call us.

There is no charge to amend your car details.

You can make the change yourself by going to our help section and clicking on Amend Booking.

An invoice showing payment made will be sent to you by separate email from either Worldpay or from PayPal. 

We don't use the parking confirmation as a payment receipt, as they sometimes need to be handed over to the car park.  

You can get a VAT invoice by going to our Help page and clicking on Request VAT Invoice

Most car parks charge per day or part thereof, i.e. they count the day you enter the car park and the day you leave. That means a 7 night trip is 8 calculated as days parking and a 14 night trip will be 15 days parking.

This will depend on the car park you book, but we recommend that you arrive to drop the car off at least minutes 30 minutes prior to your earliest check-in/bag drop time. 

The 'parking from' time on your confirmation is the time slot the car park has allocated you, so it’s important to let us know if you need to change the time, if its more than 24 hours before you are due to park. If it is less than 24 hours before your meet is due, you should call the chauffeurs using the number on your confirmation voucher.

Vehicle Details We can update vehicle details at any point. There is no charge for amending vehicle details.

Dates & Times Most bookings can be changed up to 24 hours before the booked arrival date. However, if you have booked an option marked as Non-refundable or Saver then the dates and times on these options cannot be amended and the booking cannot be cancelled. We are unable to amend details with 24 hours of your booked arrival date.
