Easy drop off and collection. This despite the fact I rescheduled my return flight and changed the collection time quite late. No waiting and all really efficient. Great service I was really impressed. I’ll definitely reuse them.

Not only were they 30 minutes late meeting me with my car (I just made my flight) but after telling me the car would be there in 10 minutes after calling ok landing (so I hurried) the car arrived after 30 minutes. I get that there are logistics with meet and greet but there is little point if actually the long stay park and ride options actually get you there faster. Would not book with this company again..

Happy Days Meet & Greet

My recent experience with Happy Days meet & greet was very disappointing. Even though we called 30 minutes before arriving at the terminal drop off point, no one was there to receive the car. After a further phone call and waiting 15 minutes, someone eventually arrived to receive the car. I was then asked to validate the entry ticket myself which cost an extra £5.10. On return, I phoned Happy Days parking after picking up all my luggage as instructed. I was told that the car would be brought to the collection point within 5-10 minutes. Well, we waited 30 minutes before my car was brought to the meeting point. Again , I had to pay £5.10 to validate the entry ticket. The car was covered in muddy water marks. I have beige carpet for interior and the floor mat on the driver’s side had several black boot print marks on it. When I checked the trip computer, it was clear that the car had cover forty miles and used more than ten litres of petrol from when I dropped it off to picking it up. Forty miles on the clock, 2x £5.10 to validate the entry ticket to the car park drop off/pick up point, burning 10 litre of petrol and the complimentary muddy spray and black boot prints. Thank you very much Happy Days.

The arrival process was a shambles, I had at least 5 phone calls from different people telling me conflicting advice. Eventually I was advised to go to the Terminal 3 drop off, but wasn’t told NOT to enter the drop off zone itself, so we had to pay an additional £5 fee. The collection was more organised, but we waited 25 minutes for our car to arrive which wasn’t ideal. Not my idea of a meet & greet.

The directions to the drop off point were easy to follow and we only waited 5 mins for the rep to arrive and we handed over the keys. It’s a short walk from the lift to the arrivals hall so it’s quick and convenient from the point of drop off. On return, we telephoned once we’d collected our luggage and left the baggage hall and we waited just 5-10 mins for our car to arrive. Polite and friendly drivers, we’d definitely choose this service again when flying from Heathrow and we got a good price through FHR.

FHR Meet & Greet Non-Flex (Terms 2 3 & 5)

Not a good start since the booking company (Blue Circle) did not seem to have a record of the booking which caused some delay in dropping off the car. However, thereafter, the system worked pretty well and no problems on the return.

Frequently Asked Questions

Cancelling a booking is dependent on the type of product booked and the car park type as Non-flexible bookings cannot be cancelled at any time.

Flexible bookings can be cancelled any time after the booking is made, up to 24 hours before your booking arrival date.

There is a £10 cancellation fee, with the balance refunded. unless you took out the waiver fee when booking.

You can make the cancellation yourself by going to the help page and clicking on Cancel Booking

It's not a problem if your flight back to Heathrow is delayed. Your car will be kept safe and you can pay for any additional parking at the car park when you return to collect your vehicle.

Non-flexible bookings cannot be amended or cancelled.

Flexible bookings can be amended without incurring an amendment fee, however if the amendment results in a price increase ( e.g. a date change), you will be required to pay the additional amount.

You can request the amend by going to our help section and clicking on Amend Booking.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund on bookings that aren’t used due to a vehicle breaking down.

There isn't a discount for booking more than one car but if you have a discount code or promotional email offer then this will be applied to all the cars on the booking.

If you're looking to make a booking to park more than one car at Gatwick then you can easily do this on our website. Simply enter your dates and times, choose the option that best suits you and when you click through to the booking form you'll have the option to "Add a car" and can make a booking for up to 5 vehicles at the same time.

When you book a Meet and Greet Car Park, you will be met at the airport by a fully insured Chauffeur, who drives your car to a secured storage site.

On return, your vehicle is bought back to the terminal, so you can just drive straight home.

Holders of the Park Mark® award have been risk assessed by a crime prevention officer from the local police. The Safer Parking Scheme is an initiative of the Association of Chief Police Officers and is managed by the British Parking Association.

We'll send you an email confirmation following your booking. This will confirm all the details of your booking, including a booking reference, so you can check that everything is ok.

If you didn't receive a booking confirmation email from us, please check your email provider spam/junk folder.

To re-send your booking confirmation, find your booking and select the 'Re-send booking confirmation' option.

It is important to have access to your Booking Confirmation, but you don’t have to print it. You must however ensure it is fully visible on your phone or device, so you can see all the information, directions and procedures you need to follow.

Booking Confirmations are sent upon completion of your booking, so if you don’t see it in your inbox please check your Junk/Spam folder in case it is there. 

You can view or print or resend your confirmation voucher yourself by going to our help section and clicking on  View Booking or Resend Confirmation Email.

If you do not have the booking reference number, you can email us, or call us.

There is no charge to amend your car details.

You can make the change yourself by going to our help section and clicking on Amend Booking.

An invoice showing payment made will be sent to you by separate email from either Worldpay or from PayPal. 

We don't use the parking confirmation as a payment receipt, as they sometimes need to be handed over to the car park.  

You can get a VAT invoice by going to our Help page and clicking on Request VAT Invoice

Most car parks charge per day or part thereof, i.e. they count the day you enter the car park and the day you leave. That means a 7 night trip is 8 calculated as days parking and a 14 night trip will be 15 days parking.

This will depend on the car park you book, but we recommend that you arrive to drop the car off at least minutes 30 minutes prior to your earliest check-in/bag drop time. 

The 'parking from' time on your confirmation is the time slot the car park has allocated you, so it’s important to let us know if you need to change the time, if its more than 24 hours before you are due to park. If it is less than 24 hours before your meet is due, you should call the chauffeurs using the number on your confirmation voucher.

Vehicle Details We can update vehicle details at any point. There is no charge for amending vehicle details.

Dates & Times Most bookings can be changed up to 24 hours before the booked arrival date. However, if you have booked an option marked as Non-refundable or Saver then the dates and times on these options cannot be amended and the booking cannot be cancelled. We are unable to amend details with 24 hours of your booked arrival date.
