Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

A fully insured driver will meet you on the departures level and will identify you by your car registration.

What is the pick-up procedure?

On your return to Heathrow,once you have collected your luggage, to confirm you are ready for collection.

What security measures does the car park have?

Your car will be parked in a Secure Compound, up to 15 miles away depending on the terminal you arrived at. Please note - some compounds may not have CCTV but have a perimeter fence and are manned.Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

You cannot use this car park if you are travelling to or from terminal 4 You will not be able to wait on the departures level therefore you must arrive at the agreed meeting time. If you anticipate arriving earlier, please call the number provided. If your arrival time changes please notify us on the number supplied or FHR as soon as possible.

Wasn’t particularly happy this time. We were running about 15-20 minutes late due to traffic but phoned at about 10.57 am to say we would be at T2 car park at 11.20. The controller asked would 11.25 be ok. We said yes. The driver , despite several intermittent phone calls did not roll up until 12.10. Having got there at 11.20 we were rather upset. Waiting 5-10 minutes is one thing, 50 minutes was a different ball game. Then due to a misunderstanding, your instructions are not clear, we ended up paying £14.50 for the car park. We thought the £5.90 charge would be taken from our credit card. There were many phone calls over this. By the time your controller or driver phoned us we had already checked in and were airside. Then of course there was another £5.90 or so for the exit. Not worth it. So initial fee plus £20 plus the hassle of waiting 50 minutes on drop off and then again 30 minutes on pickup. Drivers were courteous as was the controller but next time it’s either a cab or an alternative arrangement.

Right from the start my experience with meet and greet parking was a very happy one, we were approaching the airport on day one and my phone rang, it was a lovely lady asking me if we were close by and asked for an eta, I told her and she told me exactly where to go, we followed her perfect instructions and were met by a very friendly chap, who gave me the ticket to pay, that was a bit of a surprise as I thought it was all included, however it was £5 so I paid, he got our luggage out and off he drive and off we flew. On arrival back from our holiday I was again contacted by phone and again directed to the correct place, met by the very lovely Zak who asked me to check the car, asked me if I was satisfied, I was, the car was in exactly the same condition as I handed it over, this time, he went in and validated the ticket 🤔 And we loaded our luggage, all in all a very good experience, just a tad puzzled by having to pay the £5 at the beginning, but I will use this service again it made going on holiday very easy.

Great service, on return our flight was earlier than expected so rang after collecting car. When we got to the pick-up area the driver rang to let us know he would be there in 8 minutes due to traffic. This was really reassuring. Would definitely book Happy Days again.

Every step of this process was so easy...... The customer service was fab, from the phone call to the driver, they were so cheery and helpful. I arrived a little early and this was no problem for them. They were happy to come find me and get me on my way sooner. That you for making what could have been super stressful so easy and joyful. Also my car must have been looked after carefully because she came back just as beautiful. 100% will use again.

We arrived two hours early and Happy Days met us at our hotel to pick up the car even though we had booked a meet and greet at Terminal 5. We landed two hours later than booked and again Happy Days accommodated this I called after going through customs and the driver then rang me en route to the car park. Excellent service!

We were delighted with Happy Days Meet &Greet. We were delayed getting to airport due to problems getting our fit to Fly Certs and the driver was charming. Similiar service upon our return, no delays but driver was extra courteous and helpful.

No issues when we dropped the car off at LHR. Directions were clear and we gave 30 mins notice. On arrival, not so slick. We called and were told 10 mins, then the driver called and said 6 mins. 20 mins later the driver arrived. The driver was very friendly so the service was acceptable. My biggest bug bear when using meet & greet is when the driver adjusts the seat & controls to suit them, but don’t put it back to how it was. The handover is always quick and you have to get out of the car parking before the ticket expires, so no time to check lights/seat height etc

My recent experience with Happy Days meet & greet was very disappointing. Even though we called 30 minutes before arriving at the terminal drop off point, no one was there to receive the car. After a further phone call and waiting 15 minutes, someone eventually arrived to receive the car. I was then asked to validate the entry ticket myself which cost an extra £5.10. On return, I phoned Happy Days parking after picking up all my luggage as instructed. I was told that the car would be brought to the collection point within 5-10 minutes. Well, we waited 30 minutes before my car was brought to the meeting point. Again , I had to pay £5.10 to validate the entry ticket. The car was covered in muddy water marks. I have beige carpet for interior and the floor mat on the driver’s side had several black boot print marks on it. When I checked the trip computer, it was clear that the car had cover forty miles and used more than ten litres of petrol from when I dropped it off to picking it up. Forty miles on the clock, 2x £5.10 to validate the entry ticket to the car park drop off/pick up point, burning 10 litre of petrol and the complimentary muddy spray and black boot prints. The arrival process was a shambles, I had at least 5 phone calls from different people telling me conflicting advice. Eventually I was advised to go to the Terminal 3 drop off, but wasn’t told NOT to enter the drop off zone itself, so we had to pay an additional £5 fee. The collection was more organised, but we waited 25 minutes for our car to arrive which wasn’t ideal. Not my idea of a meet & greet.

Perfect pick up. Flight delayed on my return journey and I was informed that no drivers were available to dispatch my car. I offered to take a taxi to their compound - they declined saying that I would not be allowed to enter the compound to collect my car. After 25 minutes a driver became available, and 45 minutes after I first had telephoned them, they delivered my car. I then spent 2hrs 15 minutes getting home in appalling traffic on the M25. Not impressed

I've used Happy Days a fair few times over the years, and I never had any complaints. They contacted me the evening before I travelled and on my return, they were honest about when my car would be arriving at Terminal 5. The driver's name was Shack (forgive me if incorrect spelling) and he was very professional and courteous, as all the drivers have been in the past. Would definitely recommend and I will of course be using them again.

Was a Little confused when directed to terminal drop off instead of booking directions to short stay but not a problem. I was a little early but they accommodated me considering they were very busy. Easy pick up again at terminal drop off, waited about 25 minutes though. Staff very friendly. Would use again.

It was actually a very smooth drop off by a friendly and helpful driver; she was very welcoming. Coming home was a bit problematic as the car was delayed long enough for us to get very cold and wet. When the car arrived your driver sailed past us and parked some way down on the opposite side. We had to run through pouring rain with 2 heavy suitcases and left for home steaming wet! But that apart the service worked very well

They were very good. You call them 1/2 hour before arrival and they were with us within minutes of getting to terminal 5. On return there was a very slight delay but they called to let us know why. Can’t ask for more than that and I would definitely use them again.

Terminal 2 - sat-nav postcode: (TW6 1EW)
From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round following onto the Western Perimeter Road.
Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3.
Exiting the tunnel, keep right, passing the Central Bus Station, joining the final approaches to Terminal 2 on Cosmopolitan Way.
Again, keep right as the road to Terminal 2 will move away from building, before turning back as the road ramps up to Terminal 2 Departures & the Short Stay 2 car park on Constellation Way.
On the rising ramp, continue to keep right as the ramp will lead directly into the "Short stay car park" entry barriers. Take the barrier ticket and enter the carpark.
Entering the car park on Level 4, keep RIGHT for Level 4 following the signs for Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet and then park your vehicle in "Row B".
Here you see one of our chauffeurs who is based near the ticket pay machine, who will have all your booking details.

Terminal 2 - on return
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. Make your way to the same place where you dropped the vehicle off; Level 4 short stay car park, and the vehicle will be parked in Row B next to the lift/pay machines

Terminal 3- Sat-Nav postcode: TW6 1QG
From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round following onto the Western Perimeter Road. Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3.

Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. As you arrive in the arrivals, just before the exit door on the Right Hand Side, take the lift to Level 3 Short Stay Car Park, ROW ''A''


Terminal 5 - Sat-Nav postcode: TW6 2GA
Follow the signs for "Short stay Car Park" found on the right hand side of the ramp as you enter the exit for Terminal 5 roundabout. After following the signs for Short Stay Car Park, you will see a sign on the left-hand lane marked"LEVEL 4". Stay in this lane which will take you straight to a set of barriers.
Take the ticket from the barrier and make your way to Zones ''R''-''S''. Park your vehicle in these designated areas which is sign posted in these zones as ''Off Airport Meet & Greet''. Here you see one of our chauffeurs who is based near the ticket pay machine, who will have all your booking details.

On Return T5:
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. Make your way to the same place where you dropped the vehicle off; Level 4 short stay car park, and the vehicle will be parked in Row''R'' OR ''S''.

All the Short Stay Car Parks have a height limit. These are as follows:

Terminal 2 (Short Stay Car Park 2): 2.05m (6ft 9in)
Terminal 3 (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in)
Terminal 5 (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in)


During certain busy periods or lengthy periods of stay, your car may be parked in any one of our Secondary Secure Compounds which could be up to 15 miles away (one way), depending on which terminal you have dropped your vehicle off. Please note that the secondary compounds may not have CCTV but are fenced and manned.

Once your pre-booked parking period has commenced, any over stay will be charged at a daily rate of £15.00 payable to the chauffeur on collection of your car.

If your return time passes midnight from the paid booking date and your car needs to be delivered after midnight an additional charge of £25 - payable to the chauffeur- is applied.

I'm interested in meet ad greet Heathrow Terminal 5 (20 Aug to 1 Sept). Are there any exit fees on top of the price? What's your cancellation policy, ie, are there cancellation charges if I cancel and can I get refund if I cancel more than 24 hours befour 20 Aug?You will only incur additional exit fees if you exceed the 15 minutes period they give you to exit the car park. If you pay the cancellation fee waiver at the time of booking you will be able to cancel your booking and have a refund up to 24 hours prior to the date of travel.
can we bring ford trasit vanWe have contacted Happy Days Meet and Greet and regrettably they do not accept Ford Transit Vans.
Can I drop off at T3 and collect from T5?That would be absolutely fine you just enter the terminal details when making your reservation.
I leave from terminal 3 at Heathrow and return to terminal 4. Can you give me the meet and greet service?Yes Happy Days can meet you and one terminal and deliver the car back to another.
What are your cancellation terms?You have the option when making a booking to take out the 99p waiver fee. If you take this and cancel with more than 24 hours notice before your arrival date you get a full refund less the waiver fee and any credit card fees which may have been applied. If you do not take the waiver fee you pay a cancellation fee of
