Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Please call the number on your confirmation2 approximately 30 minutes prior to reaching Heathrow and you must keep us informed if you are likely to be early or late with as much notice as possible.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Please call the number on your confirmation2 only when you have collected all of your luggage and the duty controller will give you further instructions.

What security measures does the car park have?

Premises is Park Mark awarded and is perimeter fenced with CCTV on entry.Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

This service operates between 04:00 and 23:59 (meeting outside of these times will incur a surcharge of £25.00 payable directly to MBW) . Over height vehicles over 2.1m and vehicles over 5m in length will have additional costs. I struggled to find the drop off point by the instructions given as a result l got a parking ticket for driving through the drop off point. Needs clearer directions and to let customers know to be aware of the drop off parking charges.

They didn’t answer the phone for a few minutes on my way to the airport On collecting it was the same problem - kept being diverted to an unanswered mobile number. After 3 attempts at calling finally got through and then had to wait 25 mins for my vehicle Would not recommend

Appalling on the return - waited 45 minutes when told it would be 10-15. No response to follow up calls, then was lied to saying it was on its way. The driver on arrival confirmed he had only been given the task 10 minutes earlier

We have used FHR many times for parking, MBW have been so far the best by far, an excellent company, very polite and helpful, no long waits for the car, plenty of parking when dropping off, and if a can give a special mention to the older gentleman who was there to greet us on 29/6/22 around 21:30pm ish, an absolute gent. Couldn’t help us enough. Five star chap 👍👍

Very efficient. Phoned as requested 30 minutes before arrival except there was an extra 45 minutes getting from airport perimeter to car park. Phoned to let them know. We were met on arrival and all went smoothly. On return phoned and car soon arrived - very friendly driver too.

Continually the best in the business. Superbly accomodating regarding a vehicle needing to come back to the airport, nothing too much trouble (there was a charge, but it was reasonable and they did it for a start!), prompt return and with the delayed flight and bags no additional charges. Don't use anyone else. Particular thanks to Frank on the T2 desk 16/6/22.

If you fly back into T4 the car park will charge you £15 on return



Please call the number on your confirmation 2 approx. 30 mins prior to reaching Heathrow - you must let us know if you are likely to be early or late with as much notice as possible.
You MUST photograph your vehicle at the drop-off area to support any claim for damage. Once parked please ensure you have taken photos of your vehicle from all sides clearly showing your vehicle within the short stay car park. Damage claims will not be accepted without evidence and our staff will only carry out a cursory check (see MBW terms).
Over height vehicles over 2.1m and vehicles over 5m in length will have additional costs.

Terminal 2 (TW6 1EW) Outbound
Follow signs for Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park as you leave the tunnel, you will need to be in the right-hand lane.
Going up the ramp, keep right. Take a ticket at the barrier furthest to the right and follow signs for off-airport parking. Keep your ticket to hand over to our terminal captain
Once you have removed your valuables and luggage from your vehicle, please make your way to the MBW desk, which is by the lifts, here you will be met by one of the Terminal Captains who will be identifiable by our Orange & Black high vis jackets and company ID. Please ensure you hand over your keys and car park ticket to the captain when completing your paperwork.
Terminal 2 - Return
Please call the number on your confirmation 2 once you have collected all your luggage at reclaim, alternatively call once you have passed passport control if you have hand luggage only. The despatch officer will give you a time frame for delivery. If there is a wait for the vehicle to be returned, please stay inside the terminal. If you do not arrive at the time booked, please be prepared to wait.
As you exit the arrival hall, into the Terminal plaza, turn left and walk towards the UK Arrivals end of the Terminal. Towards the end of the plaza, turn right and exit the Terminal through the main door, then cross the bridge in front of you.
You will see lifts in front of you, take the left hand lift up to Level 4. Our terminal captain will meet you at the MBW desk and will validate your parking ticket for your exit.
Terminal 3 (TW6 1QG) Outbound
As you leave the tunnel follow signs toward Terminal 3, Short Stay Car Park 3. Please Enter the Short Stay Car Park and take a ticket at the barrier. Keep your ticket to hand over to our terminal captain.
Drive up to Level 4 following signs for Off Airport Parking and park in row A or row B.
Once you have removed your valuables and luggage from your vehicle, please make your way to the MBW desk, which is by the lifts, here you will be met by one of the Terminal Captains who will be identifiable by our Orange & Black high vis jackets and company ID. Please ensure you hand over your keys and car park ticket to the captain when completing your paperwork.
Terminal 3 - Return
Please call the number on your confirmation 2 once you have collected all your luggage at reclaim, alternatively call once you have passed passport control if you have hand luggage only. The despatch officer will give you a time frame for delivery. If there is a wait for the vehicle to be returned, please stay inside the terminal. If you do not arrive at the time booked, please be prepared to wait.
Exit from the arrival's hall, follow signs to Short Stay Car Park 3. Pass the shops on the right (lifts will be in front of you) stairs are to the right of the lift. Take the lifts to upper level.
Exit lift, cross the bridge towards the short stay car park. You will see another set of lifts, take the lifts to level 4. Our terminal captain will meet you at the MBW desk and will validate your parking ticket for your exit.
Terminal 4 (TW6 3XA) Outbound
Please call the number on your confirmation 2 approximately 30 minutes prior to reaching Heathrow.
As you leave the Terminal 4 roundabout, follow signs for Short Stay Parking. Please Enter the Short Stay Car Park -ALL off-airport operator meets have been moved to inside the car parks and are no longer permitted on the forecourts.
Drive up the ramp and stay towards the right. Drive up the ramp staying to the right. Please enter the short stay car park and go down to level 2. Follow signs for Off-Airport Parking and park in rows E or F.
Once you have removed your valuables and luggage from your vehicle, you will be met by one of our MBW Terminal Captains who will be identifiable by our Orange & Black high vis jackets and company ID. Please ensure you hand over your keys and car park ticket to the captain when completing your paperwork.
Terminal 4 - Return
Please call the number on your confirmation 2 once you have collected all your luggage at reclaim, alternatively call once you have passed passport control if you have hand luggage only. The despatch officer will give you a time frame for delivery. If there is a wait for the vehicle to be returned, please stay inside the terminal. If you do not arrive at the time booked, please be prepared to wait.
Enter the arrivals hall, Costa coffee will be in front of you. Turn left and take the exit next to W.H. Smith. Cross the 3 lanes in front of you. Take the furthest set of lifts up to level 2. As you exit the lift, the MBW desk is in front of you and our terminal captain will meet you and will validate your parking ticket for your exit.
Terminal 5 (TW6 2GA) Outbound
Leave the Terminal 5 roundabout and follow the signs to Terminal 5 departures. Keep in the right lane heading up the ramp to the Terminal and follow the signs into the Short Stay Car Park.
Keep left and head towards the last set of barriers, Take a ticket at the barrier and keep your ticket to hand over to our terminal captain.. Once you have passed the barriers, follow signs to Off-Airport Parking and park in rows R or S.
Once you have removed your valuables and luggage from your vehicle, please make your way to the MBW desk, which is situated by the lifts, here you will be met by one of our Terminal Captains who will be identifiable by our Orange & Black high vis jackets and company ID. Please ensure you hand over your keys and car park ticket to the captain when completing your paperwork.

Terminal 5 - Return
Please call the number on your confirmation 2 once you have collected all your luggage at reclaim, alternatively call once you have passed passport control if you have hand luggage only. The despatch officer will give you a time frame for delivery. If there is a wait for the vehicle to be returned, please stay inside the terminal. If you do not arrive at the time booked, please be prepared to wait.
Leaving the arrivals hall, you will see Costa Coffee in front of you, turn left and head towards the end of the terminal. Pass the shops on your left, keep walking until you pass Café Nero. Turn right immediately and exit through the front door of the terminal.
As soon as you exit the door of the terminal you will see lifts to the right. Take the lifts to level 4. As you exit the lifts turn left and you will see the MBW desk where the terminal captain will meet you and will validate your parking ticket for your exit.
Anything else I need to know
Once your pre-booked parking period has commenced, any over-stay will be charged at a daily rate of £15.00 payable to the chauffeur on collection of your car. Changes to the original scheduled times for meeting or arriving which exceed 30 minutes will be chargeable at £15.00 payable to MBW. Additional costs may apply and the customer will be required to pay the short stay car parking cost. If your return time passes midnight from your actual paid booking date, and your car needs to be delivered after midnight, an additional charge of £25.00 is applied.

Hi, Please wouldd you confirm this booking is amendable or cancellable? We just enquire in case of Covid.Many thanks You can cancel up to 48 hours before arrival date and you can have a credit to the full amount of the booking, or you can take out the cancellation waiver 1.49 GBP at the time of booking (ask us to add this when making your new booking) and all other fees get refunded. If you amend there is no charge. You can amend the booking to new dates up to 48 hours before arrival date. if the new dates are more expensive, you would just pay the difference.
I will flight first class British Airway at T5 on 20th Nov, would you be able to meet and pick up my car at the first class entrance?Good morning Thank you for your enquiry. Unfortunately, it is not possible to meet you at the First Class entrance. With kind regards FHR Reservations
