Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Please call the number on your confirmation2 approximately 30 minutes prior to reaching Heathrow and you must keep us informed if you are likely to be early or late with as much notice as possible.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Please call the number on your confirmation2 only when you have collected all of your luggage and the duty controller will give you further instructions.

What security measures does the car park have?

Premises is Park Mark awarded and is perimeter fenced with CCTV on entry.Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

This service operates between 04:00 and 23:59 (meeting outside of these times will incur a surcharge of £25.00 payable directly to MBW) . Over height vehicles over 2.1m and vehicles over 5m in length will have additional costs. Superb. Worth every extra penny (and not really much more expensive), great communication, excellent and competitively priced valet, polite and efficient operatives, just no reason at all to waste money on anyone else, they will all try to screw you for early/late drop off. Game changer for me

The service was excellent. For us, the really important part of your operation is the time it takes between dropping our car and heading off to 'departures', and the time it takes between making the call to say that we've got our baggage and our car arriving back at short stay so that we can drive away. MBW did really well on both counts; and provided you continue to provide this slick and courteous service, we shall go on using your business. Well done.

Instructions need to be clearer, we went into the wrong barrier & gad to exit & pay £5.10 for a couple of minutes ! When we finally got the right area there were hardly any spaces to park which was frustrating. Make sure you ring promptly on arrival as it took quite a while for our car to be delivered back to us & as all you want to do is get home promptly. Not the easiest M & G I have to say !

the attendant at the car park asked us to ring him 30 mins before arrival on return to uk. we landed at heathrow and rang car park attendant he said car would be there 20 - 30 mins. we went through passport control and waited for our luggage got to car park loaded car and went to exit car park.we were stopped at car park barrier didnt know how to get out of car park there were 2 attendants in car park asked them how to get out they said mbw meet and greet was a third party company and should have given us a ticket to get out of the car park they did not we rang the attendant who said we only pay the first 15 mins of car park this was not explained to us before hand and before we rang the attendant to get our car .we then had to ring someone else to help us get out of the car park she did something to make us pay at the exit it cost us £5.14 we already paid £71 for your services this was not explained at time of booking? we were already tired after 2 flights and were furious we had to pay to get out of the car park i have always used meet and greet at airport which is a bit more expensive but i have NEVER had trouble with it before at any other airport we would not use your service again.

If you travel from or to T4 you will need the T4 option

Please call the number on your confirmation 2 approximately 30 minutes prior to reaching Heathrow and you must keep us informed if you are likely to be early or late with as much notice as possible.
You MUST photograph your vehicle at the drop-off area to support any claim for damage. Once parked please ensure you have taken photos of your vehicle from all sides clearly showing your vehicle within the short stay car park. Damage claims will not be accepted without evidence and our staff will only carry out a cursory check (see MBW terms).
Over height vehicles over 2.1m and vehicles over 5m in length will have additional costs.

Terminal 2 (TW6 1EW) Outbound
Follow signs for Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park as you leave the tunnel, you will need to be in the right-hand lane.
Going up the ramp, keep right. Take a ticket at the barrier furthest to the right and follow signs for off-airport parking. Keep your ticket to hand over to our terminal captain
Once you have removed your valuables and luggage from your vehicle, please make your way to the MBW desk, which is by the lifts, here you will be met by one of the Terminal Captains who will be identifiable by our Orange & Black high vis jackets and company ID. Please ensure you hand over your keys and car park ticket to the captain when completing your paperwork.
Terminal 2 - Return
Please call the number on your confirmation 2 once you have collected all your luggage at reclaim, alternatively call once you have passed passport control if you have hand luggage only. The despatch officer will give you a time frame for delivery. If there is a wait for the vehicle to be returned, please stay inside the terminal. If you do not arrive at the time booked, please be prepared to wait.
As you exit the arrival hall, into the Terminal plaza, turn left and walk towards the UK Arrivals end of the Terminal. Towards the end of the plaza, turn right and exit the Terminal through the main door, then cross the bridge in front of you.
You will see lifts in front of you, take the left hand lift up to Level 4. Our terminal captain will meet you at the MBW desk and will validate your parking ticket for your exit.
Terminal 3 (TW6 1QG) Outbound
As you leave the tunnel follow signs toward Terminal 3, Short Stay Car Park 3. Please Enter the Short Stay Car Park and take a ticket at the barrier. Keep your ticket to hand over to our terminal captain.
Drive up to Level 4 following signs for Off Airport Parking and park in row A or row B.
Once you have removed your valuables and luggage from your vehicle, please make your way to the MBW desk, which is by the lifts, here you will be met by one of the Terminal Captains who will be identifiable by our Orange & Black high vis jackets and company ID. Please ensure you hand over your keys and car park ticket to the captain when completing your paperwork.
Terminal 3 - Return
Please call the number on your confirmation 2 once you have collected all your luggage at reclaim, alternatively call once you have passed passport control if you have hand luggage only. The despatch officer will give you a time frame for delivery. If there is a wait for the vehicle to be returned, please stay inside the terminal. Exit from the arrival's hall, follow signs to Short Stay Car Park 3. Pass the shops on the right (lifts will be in front of you) stairs are to the right of the lift. Take the lifts to upper level.
Exit lift, cross the bridge towards the short stay car park. You will see another set of lifts, take the lifts to level 4. Our terminal captain will meet you at the MBW desk and will validate your parking ticket for your exit.
Terminal 4 (TW6 3XA) Outbound
Please call the number on your confirmation 2 approximately 30 minutes prior to reaching Heathrow.
As you leave the Terminal 4 roundabout, follow signs for Short Stay Parking. Please Enter the Short Stay Car Park -ALL off-airport operator meets have been moved to inside the car parks and are no longer permitted on the forecourts.
Drive up the ramp and stay towards the right. Drive up the ramp staying to the right. Please enter the short stay car park and go down to level 2. Follow signs for Off-Airport Parking and park in rows E or F.
Once you have removed your valuables and luggage from your vehicle, you will be met by one of our MBW Terminal Captains who will be identifiable by our Orange & Black high vis jackets and company ID. Please ensure you hand over your keys and car park ticket to the captain when completing your paperwork.
Terminal 4 - Return
Please call the number on your confirmation 2 once you have collected all your luggage at reclaim, alternatively call once you have passed passport control if you have hand luggage only. The despatch officer will give you a time frame for delivery. If there is a wait for the vehicle to be returned, please stay inside the terminal. If you do not arrive at the time booked, please be prepared to wait.
Enter the arrivals hall, Costa coffee will be in front of you. Turn left and take the exit next to W.H. Smith. Cross the 3 lanes in front of you. Take the furthest set of lifts up to level 2. As you exit the lift, the MBW desk is in front of you and our terminal captain will meet you and will validate your parking ticket for your exit.
Terminal 5 (TW6 2GA) Outbound
Leave the Terminal 5 roundabout and follow the signs to Terminal 5 departures. Keep in the right lane heading up the ramp to the Terminal and follow the signs into the Short Stay Car Park.
Keep left and head towards the last set of barriers, Take a ticket at the barrier and keep your ticket to hand over to our terminal captain.. Once you have passed the barriers, follow signs to Off-Airport Parking and park in rows R or S.
Once you have removed your valuables and luggage from your vehicle, please make your way to the MBW desk, which is situated by the lifts, here you will be met by one of our Terminal Captains who will be identifiable by our Orange & Black high vis jackets and company ID. Please ensure you hand over your keys and car park ticket to the captain when completing your paperwork.

Terminal 5 - Return
Please call the number on your confirmation 2 once you have collected all your luggage at reclaim, alternatively call once you have passed passport control if you have hand luggage only. The despatch officer will give you a time frame for delivery. If there is a wait for the vehicle to be returned, please stay inside the terminal. If you do not arrive at the time booked, please be prepared to wait.
Leaving the arrivals hall, you will see Costa Coffee in front of you, turn left and head towards the end of the terminal. Pass the shops on your left, keep walking until you pass Café Nero. Turn right immediately and exit through the front door of the terminal.
As soon as you exit the door of the terminal you will see lifts to the right. Take the lifts to level 4. As you exit the lifts turn left and you will see the MBW desk where the terminal captain will meet you and will validate your parking ticket for your exit.
Anything else I need to know
Once your pre-booked parking period has commenced, any over-stay will be charged at a daily rate of £15.00 payable to the chauffeur on collection of your car. Changes to the original scheduled times for meeting or arriving which exceed 30 minutes will be chargeable at £15.00 payable directly to MBW. Additional costs may apply and the customer will be required to pay the short stay car parking cost. If your return time passes midnight from your actual paid booking date, and your car needs to be delivered after midnight, an additional charge of £25.00 is applied.

Hi, Please wouldd you confirm this booking is amendable or cancellable? We just enquire in case of Covid.Many thanks You can cancel up to 48 hours before arrival date and you can have a credit to the full amount of the booking, or you can take out the cancellation waiver 1.49 GBP at the time of booking (ask us to add this when making your new booking) and all other fees get refunded. If you amend there is no charge. You can amend the booking to new dates up to 48 hours before arrival date. if the new dates are more expensive, you would just pay the difference.
