bit tricky finding the place as on the other side of the carriageway. after that very smooth -shuttle buses worked fine there and back

Well located. Check in process straightforward. Bus outbound within 10 minutes and only waited 10mins on return. They have electric car chargers but not clear from website how you book a charge for a specific site.

As a Regular booker of this Purple Parking site in Heathrow , I know the way they work , as well as the site.... exactly as it should be . Price a little high for adding a couple of extra days ( due to flight being altered by airlines ! ) ... but otherwise , fine

Arrived & had to wait over 20 minutes before the bus left for the terminal, at which point because it had been so long there was an influx of people wanting to get on the bus & we ended up being packed like sardines in a can! So on arrival at each terminal people had to get off the bus to allow those wanting to disembark to do so & then those needing to get back onto the bus. So making each drop off very time consuming. On the return journey it was no better as we had to wait over 30 minutes for the bus to appear & we weren't the first people there so the wait was probably longer! It would appear they don't have enough buses/drivers to make this a more streamline process which is what is needed to make this a viable choice for me in the future. At present would not use again.

Efficient service. Satnav couldn't find the exact address as there is no waypoint there (not in mine anyway), and despite having used the site once before I got a bit lost. Why on earth do companies still give postcodes and postal addresses and not the system that works every time, CO-ORDINATES!!! In an electronic system does it COST anything to include co-ordinates with the other systems? No, so why not just do it?

Ive have always been happy with this service HOWEVER, we had to sit and wait for 1 hour in the cold of night as cars were not allowed to park until 3.45am. Why does your site offer booking times 24 hrs a day, when you can not actually get in until 3.45am?

No problems. Shuttle to terminal takes a while for T5 as it goes round the other terminals first. Return shuttle bus came reasonably quickly. I appreciated the presence of toilets in the control block so that one could have a wee before embarking on the journey home - it makes a difference! Whole operation was efficient.

This operation seems to have gone downhill. When transport was in a mini bus with a trailer we were given assistance to load and unload our luggage. Now we are made to struggle and make two journeys to get our heavy suitcases into the bus and try to haul them onto high racks, while the driver was watching from his seat. On our return all seats were taken and many suitcases were filling the aisles, but still more and more people were squashed on. This was very dangerous - very overcrowded and with suitcases rolling along the aisle and tipping over. There were no distancing restrictions in the time of a pandemic. There were so many people to get off the bus that there was a massive queue to get our keys. Our car had been parked with its rear a few centimetres from a fence so we had to move it into the roadway to open the boot. We have used this facility many times in the past, but it seems that service has been sacrificed for greed. We shall never use them again.

We booked this parking but it was not made clear that our VW Caravelle camper van would not be accepted. They tried to charge us an additional £150 which we managed to negotiate down to £100 but this was a totally outrageous surcharge. The camper van is not a commercial vehicle and was no bigger than many of the cars. It also took 35 mins to reach the airport and we missed our flight. On the way back it took over 30 mins to get back to the vehicle. I would not recommend this company.

We have used this parking facility on several occasions and the service has always been excellent. My one slight criticism this time is that after I picked up the car from Row F and headed for the exit sign straight in front of me, the bus was parked up in the way and as I went to squeeze past a member of staff came running out to direct me to a second exit between two rows of parked cars. I was unaware of this second exit as the exit sign is at the far end of the row of parked cars. Is it possible to put up an additional sign or conversely to inform customers verbally when they pick up their keys to use the second exit when the bus is parked up. Thank You.

I would certainly recommend Booking through yourselves and in particular Purple parking. The staff were charming and helpful both at drop off and collection and the process of both booking and then arriving and collecting was very smooth. My only negative was having to wait for 30 minutes for the bus into the terminal as had just missed one. It would be helpful if times of busses to the various terminals was highlighted in the details at Timâs of booking.

Iâve used Purple Park & Ride a number of times over the years (previously Q-Park) and have never been disappointed. Always had excellent customer service, feel my car is secure, my car waiting for me nearby when coming off the bus. Much prefer the larger buses now, as opposed to the previous mini-buses with trailer. Will continue to use this company.

The departure point was in fact from Terminal 3. I FOUND IT INCREDIBLY DIFFICULT TO FIND THE ENTRANCE ON THE BATH ROAD. MY SATNAVs DIRECTED ME TO THE Hotel INSIDE THE BUNDARY SO I HAD TO COME OUT AND GO DOWN THE A4 TILL I SAW PP ON THE OTHER CARRIAGEWAY. THEREWAS A SLIGHT DELAY AS I HAD MISSED THE BUS I WANTED BUT TERE WEREONLY 3 PEOPLE ON THE 0700 BUSSO THAT WAS FAST. ON RETURN (I HADHAD A FALL AND BADLY BRUISED MY HIP SO I WAS IN A WHEELCHAIR. THEASSISTANT WAS NOT FAMILIAR WITH THE STOP POINTS AND THE SIGNS TO 22 WERE VERY POOR INDEED. DUE TO THIS I MISSED A BUS BY 40 SECS AND BECAUSE THE NEXT ONE WOULD BE CIRCA 30 MINS, IT WAS COLD AND DRIZZLING S I TOOK ABLACK CAB TO PP ATACOST OF £20. ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS GET HOME AT ABOUT 1130 CET. I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU DRAWA PRECISE MAP SO PEOPLE ARE NOT MISLED IN THEDARK LIKE I WAS. OR GET YOURSELF A POSTCODE. THE COST WAS CHEAP BUT RAISED BY THE TAXI FARE

We are sorry to say that if you only enter the postcode there is a likelihood of you being directed to incorrect locations which are nowhere near our car park.

Leave the M25 motorway at Junction 15 and follow the signposts for the M4 towards London.
Follow the M4 East towards Junction 3.
Leave the M4 motorway at Junction 3 and follow the A312 towards Hounslow / Feltham.
At the Jolly Waggoners roundabout turn right at the 3rd ext onto A4 Bath Road towards Heathrow.
After approx. 1 mile, Purple Parking Park & Ride will be on the left, next door to the Premier Inn Hotel.
On Arrival: When you arrive at the car park, a member of the Purple Parking team will direct you to the arrivals area to drop off your car. Go into reception to hand in your keys, then take the included shuttle bus to your terminal, which runs regularly and takes about 12 minutes. Buses run from 3.45am to 11.40pm . If you need to get to or from the car park outside these times you'll need to pay for a taxi.
