Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

The exact meeting location will be confirmed with the driver and is dependent upon terminal. All drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle when the car is collected.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Customers should only call us when back at the correct collection point as the cost to exit will increase if they take a long time

What security measures does the car park have?

Park Mark - Safer Parking Award. The car park has barrier control, CCTV and security fencing. They also have the Park Mark awarded by police for safer parking.Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

Please note: The car park have been experiencing some delays in the collection/drop off of customers vehicles, this is due to the large amount of construction work taking place at Manchester Airport and it’s infrastructure i.e roads – These delays are beyond their control and maybe greater during rush hour periods. Please allow more time before your check in time.

This is my third time using FHR from Manchester airport and the service again was excellent. From departures to arrivals no problems at all, especially at 1am on our way home with two tires children.

Excellent service, will book again. Helpful over phone and on time didnt have to wait. Thank you so much for making our holiday an amazing one. This service is a must especially if you have young children. Only issue i have is having to paying 8.00 extra for entry and exit to car park this should be part of the cost not an additional cost. I think you should be including in your advert that there is a £4 exit fee to pay to leave the pick up area. This was explained by your driver on the day as a change of operation by the airport authorities whilst we were away on holiday in the last week, but we recall the same thing happening back in October so this is clearly not the case. Please either include it in your costs or warn people in advance!

The Pick up driver was not there to meet us at the designated time.I was told to leave the area by the traffic warden.I had to exit and return .This took ten minutes.The same happened in september 2017.already booked for september 2018.will not use service again if driver is not there on time.Pick up was fine

So very poor!!! waited 40 Minutes from calling to the car being collected on departure!!! I was lucky not to get a ticket!!!! These guys are 2 miles away from the airport, so no way it should take this long, especially at 4.30am. I will be using bookFHR again but not Eazy Park

We phoned well in advance of arriving at airport, but unfortunately it wasn't logged and therefore we had a long wait and necessitation of another call on arrival before anyone collected our car . No problems on return

This was my first time using FHR, everything went well with my arrival at the airport, your staff were very pleasant and on time , on return we had to wait a while for our car about 20min this was around midnight so how bad it would be during the day with heavy traffic might change things and make it to the detriment of the customer, bays and traffic at the time of our arrival were quiet. Overall I may use your services again

Over all service is excellent, I have used this service for many years, always reliable always consistent. This time was no different. I will use again. There is a but. Manchester airport has made the meet and greet service terribly awkward. The airport is by far not the best in the country, and to now try and screw more money out of people by making it impossible to exit without costing is shameful.

Had to wait over 30 minutes at the airport both departing and arriving for the driver to turn up. Car was unbelievably dirty when I got it back, looked like it had been driven through a dirty field, which was a surprise as I was told that the 30min delay was due to the car being washed. Won’t use Eazy Car and Greet again.

Dropping off the car was a bit chaotic but that was due to the building works at the airport. I did not notice that you need to call the EPM&G 20 mins before arriving at the terminal. We had to drive round for a couple of minutes then go a call that the driver was waiting so we then went back. The set up at the airport is not ideal. On the return trip we had to wait 30 mins to get our car back. I must say that the chap that brought it back was very nice and polite. Car was still clean so not parked in a field and it was just 6 additional miles on the clock, so local to. I was put off with the hustle and bustle of Terminal 3 and there were a lot of others all getting dropped off and picked up. The building works did not help but the friendliness of the staff was good.

Waited one and a half hours to get car back. Loads of excuses too much traffic can’t get out of compound which we were told is only two miles from airport Think the problem not enough drivers

It was the first time that I had used the service and was underwhelmed. Total confusion as I dropped the car off, asking for payment even though I had paid online. They were a bit late collecting my car, and I almost had to move it as you can not wait and the traffic warden was getting very annoyed with me. Upon arrival back into the UK, I had to wait 30mins from calling, so a bit disapointing. My car was very dirty so not sure where it had been parked.

We were very happy with the service we received. Booking was easy & communication was good. Our car was taken immediately when we pulled up. After driving off with our car I had realised I’d left my phone in the car & they were happy enough to sort out getting my phone back to me. Happy with the service & will use this service again.

Directions for Eazy Park Meet & Greet

On the day of ARRIVAL: Please call the chauffeur 20 minutes before your booked meet time on the number on your confirmation and a driver will confirm the meet and greet details for the vehicle drop off point. (emergency number the number on your confirmation 1).

If you do not arrive at the time booked, there may be a delay in the meet and any additional costs in the car park will be payable by the customer.


There is a fee to enter and leave the airport of £4.00 each way (total £8). All customers will need to pay the chauffeur £4 on arrival to cover the exit fee from the terminal in their vehicle. On return, you will be met by the chauffeur and taken to your vehicle. You will then be given the exit token and you will have to pay at the pay station prior to exit.


Collection points are:

Customers departing from T1 will be told to follow signs either for Departures A which is up the ramp, or Departures B which is at ground level.

Customers departing From T2 will be told to follow signs for T2 drop off which is around the bend past the bus stops on the left and under the terminal building.

Customers departing from T3 will be told to follow signs for T3 drop off and park in one of the clearly marked bays outside the terminal building.

At no point should customers go to any on site airport meet and greet carparks.

On return, call the car park AFTER you exit arrivals on the number on your confirmation .

Returns procedures for all terminals, cars will now be returned in the multi storey carparks.

For terminal 1 - Customers need to go to Level 3 and wait near the lift doors for their car.

For terminal 2 customers will need to go to level D

For terminal 3 - Customers need to go to Level 3 and wait near the lift doors for their car.

Customers should only call us when back at the correct collection point as the cost to exit will increase if they take a long time

Please be aware that customers are advised not to text or leave voicemails on the mobile phone numbers provided as the operators do not have access to check these.

Late Returns: If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £5 per day or part day after your booked return date - this rate is subject to change.

is this service 24 hour or is it something like Arrivals between 7am and midnight?It is normally 24hrs but will depend on availability at time of booking.
do you class a range rover a along wheel base No it ias not classed as a LWB

When we drop off the car at terminal 3 do we wait where we usually get dropped in taxi and call someone.to pick up the car,and what happens if we don't arrive at the given time.You will be given a telephone number to call 15 before you arrive at the airport and they will explain where the meeting point is
