It was OK as a senior solo traveller with a lge case.The shuttle bus was great.

Very good but walking to the right car park /bus stop in the dark could be a little easier with more signage …

Absolutely the best way is airport parking easy signposting if you don’t want to wait for the bus it only took us 5min walk to checkin

Great airport with easy parking. Signs are easy to follow. Once parked we just walked to the airport. Plenty of spaces to be found.

Always use FHR. Recommend to family and friends.

As usual great service from FHR, carpark easy to find following instructions from FHR on how to get there.

Easy to access and exit .Only issue was the car park we were guided to was not on tarmac and made walking quite difficult with cases .First time we gave used this part of Newcastle airport car park usually on the other side.

Although we eventually found a parking space, the signs were not clear and there were a lot of areas 'closed '. Quite a walk to the terminal. Decided to walk as no shuttle bus after waiting a while.

I always book with yourselves and have no hassle . Only draw back is waiting for the bus at the airport when you come back

Excellent parking definitely use it again

We used this car park in conjunction with an overnight stay at the Doubletree for an early start. It was easy to access, recognised us as prepaid customers at the entry barrier. The staff in the Customer Service office also dealt with with our loss of the car park ticket during our trip overseas!

Excellent car parking again through FHR at Newcastle Airport , price very good , easy booking process online , everything went smoothly , and despite plane landing later than anticipated , we were not charged extra on exiting car park , which is a real plus . Many Thanks .

Easy to locate the car park ..took ticket at barrier..found a space pulled in..short walk to terminal..great experience as apposed to Manchester airport

Easy to find from the main road. No issues at all.

Competitive price and easy to find a parking spot. However, courtesy bus not running very frequently at midnight, resulting in a walk back to our parking spot, which was not clearly marked

Had no problems and it was very easy to park up and leave the car park. I have used FHR for years and never had any reason to look anywhere else.

Had trouble on exit as when the card was entered into the m/c it kept asking for £124 had to go to the attendants office to get this sorted as could not locate the intercom on the tcket m/c
