Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?Please call Maple Manor Parking on the number on your confirmation0 when you are 10 minutes away from Stansted Airport. Follow signs for "the Set Down Area Zone C" where you will be met by your driver
What is the pick-up procedure?Once you have collected ALL your luggage, please call the number on your confirmation0 to arrange return of your vehicle. Your car will be returned to the Express set down area in Zone C. This is located in front of the airport terminal

What else do I need to know?Height restriction for Meet & Greet is 2.5m We only accept bookings for cars and small vans at the standard rate shown. If you wish to bring a larger vehicle there will be an additional charge and you will need to call us to book this. Trailers will not be accepted. Late Returns: If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £10 per day or part day after your booked return date. Really good service, pictures taken all around car and of mileage. Â£3 given to you to use gate on exiting, staff were polite. Only thing I would say and this is probably due to airport regs but a shelter would be useful to stand in in bad weather by the flags. Other than that very happy

Fantastic service from start to finish. Professionally communicated on arrival and driver was waiting as agreed. Car was checked over and driven away to a car park 1 mile away. On arrival, called the number after collecting luggage and again driver arrived within minutes with my car, in same condition as I left it with no more than a few miles driven. Would not hestate to use again and highly recommend.

Excellent service, worked like clockwork with virtually no hanging around. Both drivers were very professional, as were the telephone staff. Very impressed that they even provided the Â£3 needed to drive out of the limited-time waiting area. Highly recommended operation.

I have an old style phone and the number for this meet and greet does not redirect you. Having spent Â£6 trying to get through I was desperate so rang FHR who were brilliant and were able to get through to Maple Manor on my behalf. During my holiday I sent them an email and asked for an alternative number to contact them for me return journey. They didn't reply so I will never use them again. I will continue using FHR because their service was excellent.

Excellent service with a small reservation. Not knowing the area around Stansted Airport, i was unsure of where to phone on approach, the operator ignored my pleas and said to travel closer to the airport to avoid traffic jams... On a Sunday!!!

Totally impressed as usual. No waiting around at all . They were on time when we arrived at the airport. And on our return we didn't need to wait at all, thankfully as it was totally freezing. Their prices are so competitive so will definitely keep using them.

Directions for Maple Manor Meet & GreetWe only accept bookings for cars and small vans at the standard rate shown. If you wish to bring a larger vehicle there will be an additional charge and you will need to call us to book this. Trailers will not be accepted.
You must call Maple Manor Parking on the number on your confirmation 0 when you are 10 minutes away from Stansted Airport.
- Leave the M11 by the slip road at Junction 8 Southbound or Junction 8a North Bound
- At the end of the road follow it round to the left onto A120 Thremhall Avenue
- You'll come to a large roundabout
- take the 3rd exit onto A120 Thremhall Avenue- Continue down this road and keep left towards the Bassingbourn Roundabout and take the 2nd Exit onto Thremhall Avenue
- At the next roundabout Coopers end roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Terminal Road North
- Follow signs for "the Set Down Area Zone C" where you will be met by your driver - park as close as you can to the 2 flag poles.
Once you have collected ALL your luggage, please call the number on your confirmation 0 to arrange return of your vehicle.
Your car will be returned to the Express set down area in Zone C. This is located in front of the airport terminal

*Meeting point is subject to change on the day by Stansted Airport - you will be informed if this is the case when you call*
Vehicle Restrictions: Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Maple Manor prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made. Minibuses / vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted for Meet & Greet services.
Illegal Vehicles: It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Maple Manor will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund.
Late Returns: If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £10 per day or part day after your booked return date.
Early Returns: If you are returning ahead of schedule, please telephone Maple Manor ASAP. They must have 24 hrs notice (or as much notice as possible) so that they can make sure the vehicle is ready and you are not kept waiting on your return. Refunds cannot be given for part used bookings.

Hi I would like to use the meet and greet facility but it will not be the same person picking the car up on arrival as it was dropping it off on departure. You would both need a copy of your confirmation voucher and they would ask for ID.
