Birmingham Airport agrees Jaguar Land Rover deal

Birmingham Airport's airfield safety unit has been given a boost under a new deal signed with Jaguar Land Rover.

The automobile maker is set to provide support vehicles to the travel hub's team, as well as enjoy its branding across the facility.

Jaguar Land Rover is located close to Birmingham Airport, both of which are big recruiters in the region.

Commenting on the new partnership, operations director at the airport Will Heynes said: "We're really proud to display such strong and successful brands as Jaguar and Land Rover, which overseas passengers will easily recognise."

Air bridges at the new "multi-million pound transit gates" will also feature the logos of the car marques, he explained.

Whether visitors drive a Land Rover, Jaguar or other vehicle, they can enjoy a wide range of car parking facilities at Birmingham Airport.

The long-stay car parks are just a ten-minute walk away from the terminal, while the short and medium-stay ones can be reached within two minutes.
