People planning to fly from Heathrow Airport to Los Angeles in California will need more than three days to discover everything the destination has to offer.
Such is the advice of California Tourism, which was commenting on the plans of Kate Middleton and Prince William to visit Los Angeles and Santa Barbara from tomorrow (July 8th) for three days.
The newlyweds recently flew out of Heathrow Airport to Canada for their first official overseas tour as a married couple, from where they will then head to the US.
President and chief executive officer of the California Travel & Tourism Commission Caroline Beteta said: "From our iconic cities and natural wonders to the amazing beaches, restaurants and wineries, theme parks and resorts, California has much to offer the royal couple – and visitors from around the world."
Specific activities highlighted as worth taking the time to enjoy included white-water rafting in the Gold Country, kayaking in Mono Lake and relaxing in hot springs in Mammoth.
