Five Star Meet & Greet

Have used BookFHR many times, this was a short trip. Used 5 Star Meet & Greet who were recommended by them and it all worked well. They called me about 30 mins before my booking time, and had a driver waiting. I called when I landed as I had no luggage and the car was waiting for me as agreed. Cant fault that! Great price too.

FHR Meet & Greet Non-flex (Terms 2 3 & 5)

Service was prompt on arrival and the car was waiting when we got back. My only quibble is that we are again having to phone on arrival; I thought that necessity was ended.

FHR Meet & Greet Non-flex (Terms 2 3 & 5)

my experience was seamless I dropped the car off as per the booking instructions in minutes right near to the lift to departures- on return I had a delay(my fault) but there was issue or extra exit fee to pay(included in booking price) the car was ready and waiting it had done less than 10 miles so not as people fear used as a run about. This is the second time I have used this company at Heathrow both times the same service- good value for money in my eyes Thanks

MMP Meet & Greet - Terminals 2 & 3

Whilst everything to do with booking and arranging the car park meet and greet via FHR was highly efficient and simple to arrange. with the hand overs both on arrival and departure being faultless. I was very surprised at the amount of times my car was driven from one parking bay to another and transferred quite some distance to another car park to then be shunted from one area to another as recorded on the vehicle camera. Despite my long association with this method of parking I am now somewhat nervous about my car being driven so many times instead of just being safely parked for the duration of my stay.
