Frequently Asked Questions

Cancelling a booking is dependent on the type of product booked and the car park type.

  • Flexible bookings can be cancelled any time after the booking is made, up to 24 hours before your booking arrival time (dependent on the car park type see below)
  • Non-flexible bookings cannot be cancelled at any time.

If you think you've successfully placed a booking, but haven't yet received a confirmation email, please check your email spam/junk folder.

You can also request a confirmation resend. Log in to your account and select 'manage your booking'. Choose the booking you need resent and select 'Resend confirmation'.
