Very good polite service and helpful staff. The ability to keep your car keys. The pick up organisation for disembarkation was excellent. The use of a 40 seater coach was a spot to speed up time it takes to get to the car park.

Sat Navy did not find you at first,but we followed one of your mini buses and found our way.We waited 30mins before we set off for the port,the staff were very helpful and the two drivers were good giving us tips and information. In all a very good service,and will use you again.

Good service, just need some way of queuing when waiting for coach at Dover port. Everyone was just pushing in, a coach came in the end. Apart from that, we will definitely use again.

Excellent service. Greeted by friendly helpful staff who took our luggage from our car and placed in minibus and took our luggage and us to port terminal and took luggage into terminal. On return mini bus awaited us when disembarked and took us back to our car and helped put luggage in car. Very good service. I would recommend this parking firm.

We were most impressed that when trying to find car park we pulled into side of road to let following traffic pass that a Relyon vehicle pulled up alongside us and told us to follow him. He obviously saw our luggage in back of car and realised we were customers. Well done

we were a little disappointed that we were kept waiting on a coach until it filled up on arrival before we were taken to dover port. However, on return there was a coach waiting for us and we left straight away. otherwise service was very good staff were friendly and toilet facilities were very clean .

I used Ralyon Dover a couple of months ago and found them very efficient and had very little time to wait. Sadly this time we had to wait for half an hour at the port waiting for the coach or mini bus to take us back to their car park in an area with no seating for our elderly companions. Furthermore there was no updates from the Ralyon staff waiting with us at the port which added to the frustration. Having found this company efficient in the past, I do now feel I would consider an alternative in the future.

Checking in was excellent very quick with helpful and polite baggage handlers and drivers. Returning was however not very good too many passengers swamped the courtesy vehicles so we took a cab back to your site where retrieving our keys and car was achieved with the minimum amount of fuss I appreciate that it can not be easy to control a mass of passengers all eager to get home but I think two men at the port may have stood more chance.

Was pouring with rain upon return and not really anywhere to wait in the dry with cases while driver goes off to get car. Staff however were very helpful and assisted with unloading of car at arrival and even helped putting luggage labels on cases!

Good: 1) clear instruction of where to stop and park. 2) great connection between coach and cruise terminal. No need to struggle with luggage. Less Good: 1) on return trip, went to reception for key. Only to find keys were despatched in a van parked near to the coach. Someone (driver or staff) could have told us when dropping us the luggage. On the whole, great service.

The quality of service provided by Cruise Parking is excellent and staff are very helpful. Transfers to and from the port can be a little time consuming when larger coaches are used. However, if time isn't an issue for arrival or departure the cost savings outweigh the slight inconvenience. The location of the car park would be ideal for those travelling to Soton from the west (eg Dorset).

Friendly and efficient on when leaving my car for a mini-cruise. Was on transfer bus to cruise terminal within minutes of arriving at car park. Had quite a wait for shuttle bus from port to car park at end of holiday - not too bad though. Took a few minutes to find my car key in reception! Instructions for finding the place very comprehensive - just need to follow signs for the Hospital though and drive a bit further - much simpler! Very good value and friendly service - recommended

Excellent and friendly service. Luggage was transferred to minibus as I dealt with confirmation of paperwork. All completed and on our way in less than 10 mins. On return the company were awaiting our arrival and we were on our way very promptly. An excellent service which I would recommend to anyone. im disabled thay where helpful . and offerd me the option if i paid a bit more for my car to be waiting next to my criuse ship . and it was right next to it!my only one concer was the driver thay took me to the ship did not seem to be happy i was disabled . and left me to climb in to the bus unadied squashed on a seet i should not have been on.but on the whole i would book agian thay where very good value for money.
