When the customer arrives at the compound, they will be greeted by a member of staff. Your luggage will be transferred to minibus.

What is the pick-up procedure?

When you return, please call Airlynx to find out where your bus will be which will take you back to the car park.

What security measures does the car park have?

We operate 24 hour parking security, patrols, and CCTV for your peace of mind

What else do I need to know?

Transport for disabled travel goers is one of our on-going priorities. We give passengers nothing less than high level of service; our friendly and helpful drivers are here to go above and beyond in assisting you throughout your time with us. If there are over 4 passengers per booking, you will be required to pay £10 per person for the extra passengers, unless there are very young children. Airlynx do not accept any Motorhomes, Caravans, Vans, Large Trucks and Trailers.

IMPORTANT!

If you are booking for the Isle of Wight festival please note that Airlynx will NOT be supplying transport to and from the red funnel for the festival.
Airlynx will only be open to receive and release cars between 8am - 4pm.

Southampton Cruise Port has 4 terminals, sometimes opening a temporary terminal when all four cruise terminals have been booked. Once you have parked, Airflynx will take you in our air-conditioned vehicles to whichever terminal you are travelling from; the Mayflower Terminal, the City Cruise Terminal, Ocean Terminal or Queen Elizabeth Terminal depending on the cruise line you are travelling with.

Arrival Procedure:
When you arrived at the compound, you'll be greeted by an Airlynx member of staff who will take some details from you and give you a card to use on your return. Please keep hold of this card as you will need it to call Airlynx on your return to the Port.

Keys for vehicles will be taken and vehicles parked and locked in compound. Customers are then transferred to appropriate terminal for cruise.


Return Procedure:
When you return, please call Airlynx to find out where your bus will be which will take you back to the car park.
On day of return customers vehicles will be parked in exit area and the customer will be given keys when minibus arrives back to compound.

Follow the M3 southbound, exiting at Junction 14
Use the left 2 lanes to exit towards A33/Southampton
Continue onto A27
At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit and stay on A27 heading towards London/Eastleigh/Winchester/Romsey/Chilworth/N. Baddesley
Take the A27 exit towards Romsey/Chilworth/N. Baddesley
Continue onto A27 and then follow the road onto Chilworth Road A27
Turn right onto Castle Lane - Airlynx Parking will be on your right
