Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
Pull into the Short Stay car park just across from the terminal and you'll find a huge yellow flag for Cruise Parking. Staff wait there all day to take your car from you and park it in their secured car park while you board your cruise.What is the pick-up procedure?
Walk back to the Short Stay car park and look for the Cruise Parking flag. A member of staff will be waiting with your keys and a validated parking ticket so you can leave the car park.What security measures does the car park have?

Disabled facilities: This package is ideal for disabled customers as they will be met close to the terminal and there is no need for transfer buses.Map and Directions
Directions for Cruise Parking Meet and Greet
Leave the M27 at junction 3 and join the M271, following signs for Southampton docks.Take the M271 for a mile and a half and at the roundabout take the first exit signposted A33 City Centre and Docks.
Follow the A33 into Southampton for two and a half miles, then keep right follow signs for Dock Gates 4-10.
Enter the port by dock gate 10 for City and Mayflower Cruise Terminal and dock gate 4 for Ocean and QEII Terminal.
Arrival:
Drive to the cruise terminal and follow signs for the Short Stay car park. Take a ticket from the barrier and head inside. Look for a yellow Cruise Parking flag, park up and speak to uniformed Cruise Parking Ltd member of staff. They'll do a quick inspection of your car, have you sign some documents, then take your car and park it for you in Cruise Parking's fully secured car park.
If you're arriving back from holiday before 08:30, please let the car park's team know when you arrive.
Departure:
Walk back to the Short Stay car park and look for the Cruise Parking flag. A member of staff will be waiting with your keys and a validated parking ticket so you can leave the car park.If you're not returning to Southampton by ship, please call Cruise Parking on the number on your confirmation 5 or the number on your confirmation to let them know your plan.
The car park allows vehicles of any size. However, there is a surcharge of £2 per day for vehicles more than five metres long, including cars with trailers.
