What is the port transfer frequency?The transfer buses run constantly to and from the cruise terminals when they are in operation.

What is the drop-off procedure?You should arrive at the car park at least two hours before you are due to sail. A member of staff will show you where to park. You should then wait with your car while they check you in and complete the necessary paperwork.
What is the pick-up procedure?Full details of the returns procedure will be given when you drop your car off.
What security measures does the car park have?Cars are parked in a secure car park with CCTV, security lighting and fencing and a manned gatehouse
What else do I need to know?Parking is for cars and vans only. Vehicles must fit in to a standard car parking space of 2.4m x 4.8m. Extra charges will apply for longer vehicles and must be arranged peior to booking. Your booking includes return transfers for up to four passengers between the car park and the terminal. Additional passengers will be charged £10 for the return journey. If you stay for more days than you booked, you will be charged for the extra days at the car park's standard daily rate. The charges for extra passengers and extra days are paid to the car park directly.

From the M3 Southbound Junction 13 (signposted Southampton / Bournemouth / Romsey)
Stay in the left hand lane and take the A33 slip road off to your left.
At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Bassett Avenue / A33.
At the roundabout take the 1st exit and stay on Bassett Avenue / A33.
The road turns slightly left onto Dorset Street / A33.
At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto St Andrews Road / A33.
Keep left to continue on St Andrews Road / A33.
Continue onto Northam Road / A3024. Turn right onto Britannia Road / B3038.
At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Belvidere Road / B3038.
Our car park will be on the left. Just past and opposite to the main entrance of the football stadium

The day you depart from the port
You should arrive at least 2 hours before you are due to sail.
When you arrival at our parking facility, you will be greeted by our staff who will guide you to a parking space, check your booking paperwork and help you with your luggage.
Transfers run very frequently and you'll be shown to the Coach or Minibus (and given assistance if required). You will then be taken to your vessel's cruise terminal. Once at the cruise terminal, the coach driver will unload the luggage and usually porters will load the luggage on trolleys for you.
You will need to hand over your car keys so that our car park attendants can move your car form the arrival /return bays to our secure long stay parking areas (freeing the convenient arrival/return bays to make way for other cruise customers arriving / returning.

A member of staff will show you where to leave your car and go through the paperwork with you. You'll just leave your car in one of the arrivals lanes, which are right next to the bus stop - Cruise Parking will park your car for you, so you'll need to leave your keys with them.
The Airlynx transfer bus is included in the price and operates between 11:00 and 15:30 for arrivals, whenever it's needed and takes less about 5 minutes to the port. If more than five people are travelling in one parking booking, you'll need to pay an additional £5 per person each way to and from the port.

On your return to the port
Catch the transfer bus back to the car park. It operates between 06:00 and 12:00 for returns and will pick you up from the designated parking bay at your cruise terminal. Specific bays can be changed by the port authorities at short notice so the most up to date information will be given to you when you leave your car with us and catch your transfer to the port.

Hi do you meet and greet at queen Elizabeth terminal for Marella cruises?The car parks that we use at Southampton cruise port are a park and ride service only, they do not operate a meet and greet service.
