Directions for Cruise Parking

PLEASE NOTE CHANGE OF ADDRESS FROM 13TH APRIL 2023

Parking is for cars and vans only. Vehicles must fit in to a standard car parking space of 2.4m x 4.8m. Extra charges will apply for longer vehicles and must be arranged peior to booking.

Please use postcode SO19 9TJ if you are using a Sat Nav.

Directions:

If you have a Sat Nav we strongly recommend that you use it as there are multiple routes that you can take from the M3 and M27.

If you do not have a Sat Nav we recommend the following :

From the M3 - At junction 13, Use the left 2 lanes to take the M27 West exit to So'ton Docks/Bournemouth. Keep left at the fork to continue on Exit 14, follow signs for Southampton/A33

From the M27 - Take Exit 14 following signs for Southampton/A33

Then - Continue onto A27 for 110 yds then at Chilworth Roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Bassett Ave/A33 for 1 mile.

At Memorial Roundabout, take the 1st exit and stay on Bassett Ave/A33

Continue on A33 for 1.9 miles.

Use the left 2 lanes to turn slightly left onto Dorset St/A33

At Charlotte Place Roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto St Andrews Rd/A33

After 0.2 mi take a slight right onto Kingsway/A33

Continue on A33 for 0.7 mi

Turn left onto Central Bridge/A3025

Continue on A3025 Toll Road for 0.9 mi

Continue on Portsmouth Rd. to Wharf Rd

Drive to the end of Wharf Road and you’ll see the entrance to Cruise Parking Ltd ahead of you.

If you stay for more days than you booked, you will be charged for the extra days at the car park's standard daily rate. The charges for extra passengers and extra days are paid to the car park directly.

The day you depart from the port

You should arrive at the car park at least 2 hours before you are due to sail.

When you arrival at our parking facility, you will be greeted by our staff who will guide you to a parking space, check your booking paperwork and help you with your luggage.

Transfers run very frequently and you'll be shown to the Coach or Minibus (and given assistance if required). You will then be taken to your vessel's cruise terminal. Once at the cruise terminal, the coach driver will unload the luggage and usually porters will load the luggage on trolleys for you.

You will need to hand over your car keys so that our car park attendants can move your car form the arrival /return bays to our secure long stay parking areas (freeing the convenient arrival/return bays to make way for other cruise customers arriving / returning.

A member of staff will show you where to leave your car and go through the paperwork with you. You'll just leave your car in one of the arrivals lanes, which are right next to the bus stop - Cruise Parking will park your car for you, so you'll need to leave your keys with them.

The Airlynx transfer bus is included in the price and operates between 11:00 and 15:30 for arrivals, whenever it's needed and takes less about 5 minutes to the port. If more than five people are travelling in one parking booking, you'll need to pay an additional £5 per person each way to and from the port.

On your return to the port

Catch the transfer bus back to the car park. It operates between 06:00 and 12:00 for returns and will pick you up from the designated parking bay at your cruise terminal. Specific bays can be changed by the port authorities at short notice so the most up to date information will be given to you when you leave your car with us and catch your transfer to the port.
