Good service at start, but on our return had to wait an hour before we got away, we were told that there had been a take-over and things were in a mess!1

Dissipointed that when we picked up the car on return it was covered in needles from some trees where it had been parked

I emailed you earlier this morning to let you know that we waited longer for our airport transfer to callerton than our flight time took from Belfast we eventually took a airport taxi we were so fed up of waiting, it spoilt what had been a lovely weekend away.

Booked the night before via email, couldn't organise taxi for x 5 of us due to early time, cost quoted far more than parking at callerton. Arrived before 0600 staff friendly and extremely helpful with large bags and three kids. Arrived back picked up and car ready and waiting. We will use this again

What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. However if you wish to forward details to firstname.lastname@example.org we will
can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified time Transfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
Will you be charged extra if the flight is delayed and go over your time of arrival to pick up your car? You would only be charged extra if the parking went into a new day
did this car park used to be air parks and now reopened Airparks is a different car park that operates from Newcastle Airport
Do I keep my car keys while the car is parked at Callerton? Callerton Parking will need to keep your keys, its mainly on-airport park and ride where you keep your keys.
