Attendant very helpful & even had cars defrosted for us on our return. Much better than previous visit
Eunan Carroll - 23 Nov 2015 10:13:00
Efficient service but they could do with a warm waiting area for the winter rather than standing outside, although staff did invite us in to share their less than soul riots surroundings. Maybe another bus would limit or reduce the queus. Under previous owners when we returned in snowy or icy weather the engine was running and car de-frosted, a nice touch.

What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. However if you wish to forward details to email@example.com we will
can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified time Transfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
Will you be charged extra if the flight is delayed and go over your time of arrival to pick up your car? You would only be charged extra if the parking went into a new day
did this car park used to be air parks and now reopened Airparks is a different car park that operates from Newcastle Airport
