Very convenient for airport. Easy walking distance on clearly marked paths. Automatic numberplate recognition so easy to access.

Easiest parking ever done at any airport. No checking in, no shuttle bus. Just take ticket from machine on entry like any other car park, park car, walk 100 yards to airport entrance. On return, walk to car, drive out, exit barrier lifts automatically. Job done. Highly recommend. ( This was Exeter Car Park 2)

Arrived in the early hours of the morning but the electronic barrier did not open, so had to buzz the exceedingly helpful attendant who attempted to process my booking remotely to enable me to enter the car park. If I had pressed for a ticket I assume I would have had to pay again so if you have paid to park make sure you call the attendant and don't push for a ticket. The attendant let me in and after parking I made my way to the office. The attendant provided me with a ticket to leave when I returned, quickly and efficiently. On return I walked straight into the car park, without having to go through the terminal, I was off the plane and in my car in 3 minutes, miracle!

Great location with easy access and exit . Only criticism is despite having paid in advance my ticket asked for full payment and I then had to go to the attendant cabin to resolve . This I believe is a constant problem and would suggest that you resolve this software glitch.

The booking process by computer was simple and efficient. The contact at the site cherful and helpful. The overstay caused by a flight cancelled because of snow caused no extra charge or delay.
