It was a bit confusing on arrival at car park as it mentioned nothing about FHR. We thought we were in wrong place. Apart from that good shuttle service to airport.

Not one problem. I even phoned during my holiday to add on extra time and it wasn't too costly and i got an answer within a few hours. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for hassle free parking. Registration recognition worked perfectly and find your own space then keep your keys. This was a big plus for me as I feel sceptical leaving my keys with a company I don't know and having someone else drive my car. 5 out of 5 stars is well deserved. Oh and the shuttle bus was efficient and hassle free.
