Drive to the Sofitel and arrive around your chosen time, park in the arrivals bay. The representative will be waiting for you. Following a short vehicle inspection for any pre-existing damage you will hand-over your keys and your car will be parked for you. Entry / Exit car park fees are INCLUDED in the price.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Head back to the collection area and your car will be waiting for you. If you expect to arrive early or late or your travel plans change, please contact the number in your booking confirmation giving as much notice as possible. Please have the unique barcoded card that you were given on arrival to collect your keys from the Handover team. If you do not have this then the team will need to see and take an image of your passport - which (of course) must match the booking name.

CCTV, 24 hour security, perimeter fence. All our car parks have been inspected by a specially trained Police Officer and hold the Park Mark aware

That means that if you drive a non-compliant vehicle within the ULEZ area across two days, you will need to pay two daily charges. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, any extra days will be charged at £20.00 per day (subjecty to change) (or part day thereof). No refunds will be issued for part used stays. Payments for extra days must be settled before the vehicle is handed over and if requested a receipt can be sent by email to you. It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner/customer driving to ensure that the vehicle is roadworthy, holds a valid MOT certificate and has a valid Road Fund Licence. Vehicles that are not road legal or safe to drive will be refused. You will be given the option to drive your vehicle to our car park for storage and you will have to make your own way to us on return to collect it. No refunds will be given for illegal vehicles not collected.
