APM Park & Ride - Self Park

The transport was efficient and car park had a good surface and is secure, however on the day of parking - despite having booked “keep our keys and self park” the operators insisted that this wasn’t the booking and wanted to keep the keys. I had two emails which clearly stated self part and keep the keys, but they insisted I was wrong and and needed £20 to enable us to take the keys, we paid as we were concerned about catching our flight, this was pretty stressful. On return I contacted customer service FHR and received a very swift response apology and refund - they deserve five stars!

I paid about an extra fiver so I didn’t have to leave my keys with the company but they took them anyway and when I got back they had moved my car

Hi great parking. But needing more lights

Our driver was great. Like a fool, I'd left my mobile phone on top of my car - realised just as we arrived at the airport - so I basically went all the way back to the carparking. Our driver reassured me and told me not to worry as they have cameras everywhere. Sure enough, my phone was still there, so I grabbed it and we headed back to the airport (oops) Great guy. Would definitely use this scompany again.

We were really pleased with the friendly service we had at APM and would be glad to use them again next time we fly from Manchester.

My Sat nav was useless, but rang the company when lost, on way to airport and becoming a little anxious and the operator at the yard spoke me through getting to their destination which was a brilliant yard and sophisticated operation which is very secure down a country lane and a intercom operated secure gate. Transport very prompt, ( only 6 person shuttle buses) each way, ( parking very close to T3 on ringway road not too far from end M 56). Thank you to the operator on 5 am duty 8th Dec 2023 for his excellent help getting me to the parking lot Transport drivers friendly and helpful, Can I suggest to you , just from other reviews and my experience in trying to find you in the dark, that you have a sign at the end of Moss lane that can be hilighted by headlights that shows your parking monogram and that there is a car park at end of lane like the 2 other ones just as you enter styal road, does not have too be big or obtrusive, was hard to see the small moss lane sign post I saw clearly when left next daytime

Frombooking to parking was easy, had to contact to change vehicle details, but done within seconds, car par is well organised and the shuttle bus drivers are frirndly and polite.

Absolutely brilliant place to park your car i was really impressed very secure and safe in a nice area with friendly staff.

Bit awkward to find, could do with a sign on the main road. Staff polite and helpful, only waited a couple of minutes for transfer both ways. Transfer vehicle clean and tidy. Definitely use again.

Excellent experience from dropping the car off to picking up. Taken to T3 very promptly and collected on arrival again very quickly. 5 mins from airport, nice vehicle, very direct. Very polite and courteous staff.

Incredible service

Very professional from start to finish. Quick turnaround on drop off and just a short wait on my return. The carpark is well protected and secure. Being able to keep your keys, allows you to collect your car and leave without any waiting around.
