Booking no problem. Changing car registration number, fantastic within 10 mins of sending the email I had a reply an a new confirmation email with the new car details on 10/10. Plenty of spaces available but a lot were still being made smaller or un useable by the overgrown bushes and trees exactly the same as last year, this car park would be so much better if it was just tidied up to make it more user friendly. Upon leaving the exit token didn't work and the barrier kept telling me I owed £170 odd pounds and with no one answering the intercom either. I ended having to re park up and find the booking paperwork from the bottom of the case to find a contact number, I decided to re try the token still to be told it wanted money before I could leave, I pressed the intercom button again but this time managed to get a reply and after explaining the situation the person on the other end did some cross checking and found I indeed had already paid. Overall a reasonable car park near very near the terminal that could be made excellent so easily.

Very simple online booking system. Once at the postcode we found the signs a bit poor. Whilst the long stay car park was clearly marked we had difficulty seeing if this the correct car park for what we had booked. Regular buses to the terminal was handy. Could do with a few more on way back as at least three flights tried to get on one bus at once. Fair play to the driver though who radioed through for extra buses. Simple ticket system meant once back at our car we had no problem getting out. Delays now are the last thing you want. I'll use this car park again and thoroughly recommend it.

Once I had established how the service worked it was fine. Had a problem with the confirmation number that I was given was not correct but once I phoned the right number they gave me the correct confirmation number. The number plate recognition to chip system worked very well. I will use this service again and will be much more confident next time around.
