Britannia Country House in Manchester

Small rooms but most important to us was the parking which was faultless even though extremely busy. Check in took a while because it was so busy but they managed to get a ground floor room for my mum who uses a walker so this was invaluable. Busy hotel but did the job. They managed to allow my brother to stay after a change in circumstance meant he would need to bring his car..... the charge for this was very competitive compared to other airport parking and with such an early flight we had to be at the airport by 4:30 am so a stay at the hotel was very much needed. Was always worried about transfers arrriving on time at these establishments. We booked with the hotel the night before with pick up at 3.45 am, this was faultless, the pick up and drive to the airport had us there by 4:00am. On return there was a problem with the courtesy phone at the airport which kept cutting out but this eventually resolved and we were picked up and taken to the hotel within 20 minutes. Really pleased with our stay and will do it again in the future.

Crowne Plaza in Manchester

It couldn't have been better. Arrived at the hotel, parked the car and got booked in. The person in reception was polite, friendly and efficient, The room was very nice, ( far better then the room at the hotel we stayed at last year, no names, but it's next door ), no problems at all. On our return, we were collected within minutes from the airport and straight back to collect our car. Will book with this company again.

Britannia Ashley - Meet and Greet Parking

Absolutely terrible. Avoid at all costs. Like a serious version of Fawlty Towers. Staff are indifferent room is shabby and poorly furnished, TV remote was for a different TV and the shower was pathetic. Hardly slept a wink on that excuse of a bed. Avoid!
