All was good on arrival and transfer to airport. Parking was easy. On our return we had to arrange our own taxi back to hotel as our included transport did not arrive.

Used this hotel so many times the service, rooms and the wonderful ladies that work in the bar area; who have been there for years always remember us and welcome us back, even though an airport hotel they give you a personal experience which is nice. The rooms are very nice and the car parking service is so easy,I would recommend the park and stay as a great value for money, a great way to start your holiday, also the minibus service to the airport and back is very frequent never had to wait more than a few minutes and the drivers always load the luggage for you and are very pleasant all in all will continue to use this hotel whenever we have early morning flights.👍

Airport Inn Airport in Manchester

Arrived just after 8.00 pm to be told there was no food available, and was directed to a restaurant a few miles up the road. Indifferent reception staff, who did not explain to us about the car registration/ login system, and as a result we received a parking penalty notice on our return from holiday. This was an extra stress we could have done without on our return from an excellent holiday. It would appear the hotel has a system for cancelling the parking charges. We were disappointed with the overall appearance and condition of the hotel.
