Please call us on the number on your confirmation/ the number on your confirmationonce you have collected all your luggages in the baggage hall. In case of any delays please let us know.

What security measures does the car park have?

Secure compound with laser beam security system and CCTV. The yard is fully secure and is insured, and further is manned 24 hours a day. Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

All our drivers are insured to drive your vehicle, when your car is collected, it is driven to a nearby secure compound with laser beam security system and CCTV. The yard is fully secure and is insured and is manned 24 hours a day. Here you car will remain until your return.

Excellent service. Easy to find initial parking spot (at Birmingham) and very short distance to departures. On our return we phoned as we were leaving baggage collection and the car was already there for us to load up and be on our way. Would be great on cold nights, as the car would be already warmed up.

Things worked reasonably well. Not your fault, but the whole area outside Departures could have better signposting - difficult to find you if it's the first time you've been to Birmingham Airport.

We thought your service was excellent. Someone was there to meet us as we arrived at the airport very early morning, and again our car was returned to us as soon as we arrived at the meeting point. The only real fly in the ointment is the fact that you cannot Meet and Greet closer to the terminal - we arrived back on a cold rainy evening and having to walk most of the way to the short term car park unprotected from the rain was not a happy welcome back to UK!

Would be 5 stars but on the way out I was called on bad telephone signal and explained when sat nav estimated I would arrive. When I stopped vehicle and called them they told me i was supposed to call them 15mins away and was quite rude. I was the only person in the car this is unacceptable. However the service is fantastic and would recommend

Sadly the experience from Luton was nowhere near as good as the one from Gatwick. The drop off and collection point was almost a rough area of dissused carpark by a fence and it took 30 minutes for the car to arrive afer calling to say we were through.

ARRIVAL PROCEDURE AT LUTON AIRPORT

Drivefly will call 20-30 minutes prior to your arrival time to confirm your drop off time.
It is important that you call Drivefly on the number listed above if you are running late or early. That way somebody will be aware of your situation so that assistance will be allocated accordingly.

Head towards the short term car park and go through the ticket barrier and soon after the barrier on to your right is the designated off airport meet and greet area which right next to the pay point station.

Here you will be greeted by one of our chauffeurs at the prearranged meeting point, who will have all your booking details and will be wearing a black jacket with our Drivefly company logo on it.



RETURN PROCEDURES
Please call us on the number on your confirmation / the number on your confirmation once you have collected all your luggage in the baggage hall. In case of any delays please let us know.
Our chauffer will deliver your vehicle to the agreed pick up point at the airport.

Please Note: There are major roadworks on approach to London Luton Airport
Due to major improvement works, all road users travelling to/from London Luton Airport via M1 Junction 10a need to allow extra time for your journey from January 2014 until spring/summer 2015.

The Council is doing everything possible to minimise disruption by keeping two lanes open to traffic in each direction whenever possible during daytime and peak hours throughout the 70-week programme, However, motorists should allow for extra time for their journeys.

you meet us and take our car for parking and then return. how long can that that take and what about insurance? The full procedure is emailed to you once the booking is completed. Once you have cleared customs you call the driver and they return your vehicle back to you.
