Too long to collect and far too long to deliver back. And why do the drivers have to adjust the seat? Or even touch the radio stations?

lovely staff...called when they said they would, brought my car to me at the time they said. Only thing to top this would be a service you as a company might like to think of include (at a cost to the customer) a car washing service, it would be lovely to get your car back cleaned and even valeted

very efficient. We were late ,having been held up by traffic, but were met when we arrived and our car was delivered back without us waiting.

Very good service They had to jump start my car on my return, thanks Also I was fairly sure I had left my mobile phone in the car,my husband called and you checked it was there so I did not have to worry

The car was collected on time and available for us on time. The phone calls to us en route and while in the baggage area on return were very good and helpful. The only reason we are not giving 5 starts is because the representative on our return seemed to be on a personal telephone call when we arrived and he did not interact with us immediately. He walked towards us still talking on the phone and we heard him say that he would have to go as he had a client. He was then very pleasant but we felt he should have interacted with us immediately he saw us. The representative who collected our car when we left for our holiday was very pleasant.

Excellent service. Easy to find initial parking spot (at Birmingham) and very short distance to departures. On our return we phoned as we were leaving baggage collection and the car was already there for us to load up and be on our way. Would be great on cold nights, as the car would be already warmed up.

ARRIVAL PROCEDURE AT LUTON AIRPORT

Drivefly will call 20-30 minutes prior to your arrival time to confirm your drop off time.
It is important that you call Drivefly on the number listed above if you are running late or early. That way somebody will be aware of your situation so that assistance will be allocated accordingly.

Head towards the short term car park and go through the ticket barrier and soon after the barrier on to your right is the designated off airport meet and greet area which right next to the pay point station.

Here you will be greeted by one of our chauffeurs at the prearranged meeting point, who will have all your booking details and will be wearing a black jacket with our Drivefly company logo on it.



RETURN PROCEDURES
Please call us on the number on your confirmation / the number on your confirmation once you have collected all your luggage in the baggage hall. In case of any delays please let us know.
Our chauffer will deliver your vehicle to the agreed pick up point at the airport.

Please Note: There are major roadworks on approach to London Luton Airport
Due to major improvement works, all road users travelling to/from London Luton Airport via M1 Junction 10a need to allow extra time for your journey from January 2014 until spring/summer 2015.

The Council is doing everything possible to minimise disruption by keeping two lanes open to traffic in each direction whenever possible during daytime and peak hours throughout the 70-week programme, However, motorists should allow for extra time for their journeys.

you meet us and take our car for parking and then return. how long can that that take and what about insurance? The full procedure is emailed to you once the booking is completed. Once you have cleared customs you call the driver and they return your vehicle back to you.
