As you arrive at the car park, the barrier will recognise your number plate and lift to let you in. The machine will print out a ticket with your booking reference on - you should keep this ticket safe.What is the pick-up procedure?

I was happy with parking so near to terminal but as it transpired it was not such a good deal because my car was booked into 5pm and our klm flight was late we did not arrive until apx 11pm and I had to pay £31. To get my car out of car park.

Short stay special offer gives reasonable value for money. Car is under cover during the stay with only a short walk to departures. Would recommend.

Excellent, parked more or less at the front door of the airport for a comparable price to the offsite parking that requires a shuttle bus. Arrived back at the airport and drove off, easy peasy. Ideal.

Because this is a special low price, once you've made your booking it can't be changed in any way, and we can't offer you a refund if you need to cancel.Leave the A96 at the Dyce Drive roundabout and take Dyce Drive towards the airport: it's the first exit if you're travelling eastbound, and the second exit if you're travelling westbound. Then take the second right onto Argyll Road. Go straight over the roundabout and you will find the car park on your right.
on Arrival:
As you arrive at the car park, the barrier will recognise your number plate and lift to let you in. The machine will print out a ticket with your booking reference on - you should keep this ticket safe. Then just park your car and walk to the terminal. If you have any problems, press the call button and a member of staff will help you. Make sure you do not park in the Priority Parking area or there may be an additional charge.
On return:
Walk back to the car park and collect your car. At the exit barrier, insert your ticket, and the barrier will lift and let you out.
The car park cannot accommodate vehicles more than 2.2m high
You need to give us your car registration number either when you book, or sometime before you go. It needs to be the right one - if you change the car you're going to be travelling in, you need to give us the new details. You must do this, or the car park will charge you £10 when you leave, because if they don't have the right registration number, it holds things up when you arrive and leave.
If you need any extra days' parking, the car park will charge you for the extra days at its normal rate. If you don't use all your parking, unfortunately we can't give you a refund for the unused days.
