There are a number of options for parking at Liverpool Airport including Meet & Greet, on-airport parking and off-airport parking where you will need to get a transfer to the terminal. All car parks selected by FHR are secure and if they are not in walking distance to the terminal they offer regular transfers.

I used this car park in March 2020. The drop off/check in procedures were virtually non existent, in that there was no vehicle condition agreement nor mileage verification check, since the vehicle is moved to a remote storage site. At collection, the car was severely covered in mud, which it was not at drop off. When immediately reported, the attendant was disinterested and would not inspect the vehicle with me, advising me to complain to FHR. Photographs were taken on site, before the vehicle was moved, and submitted with the complaint raised. It has taken over 8 months to receive a dismissive response. FHR deny any responsibility, as they act purely as the middle agent, and Imagine Car Park deny any responsibility, as there was no agreed drop off condition check. Imagine Car Park procedures are poor, the treatment of your vehicle appears careless and moreover then appear to accuse the customer of fabricating the situation. Not a good experience.

Booking through FHR was faultless, I use them 3-4 times a year to book my airport parking . However when turning up at Imagine in Liverpool this was a different story, there was nobody present just a note on the pulled down shutters saying 'leave the car and a note in the window with booking ref'. Tried calling both numbers as I was uncomfortable just leaving my car on an industrial estate and got no answer. Awful way to start your holiday wondering if your car will be ok when you return. I tried calling and texting while I was away and nobody bothered to get back to me. Same process when arriving back in Liverpool, nobody there and thankfully the car was ok. Not what you expect or pay for so I will be avoiding imagine but happy to use FHR to book another parking company.

Frequently Asked Questions

Cancelling a booking is dependent on the type of product booked and the car park type as Non-flexible bookings cannot be cancelled at any time.

Flexible bookings can be cancelled any time after the booking is made, up to 24 hours before your booking arrival date.

There is a £10 cancellation fee, with the balance refunded. unless you took out the waiver fee when booking.

You can make the cancellation yourself by going to the help page and clicking on Cancel Booking

Non-flexible bookings cannot be amended or cancelled. Flexible bookings can be amended without incurring an amendment fee, however if the amendment results in a price increase ( e.g. a date change), you will be required to pay the additional amount. You can request the amend by going to https://www.bookfhr.com/help/ and clicking on Amend Booking.

Holders of the Park Mark® award have been risk assessed by a crime prevention officer from the local police. The Safer Parking Scheme is an initiative of the Association of Chief Police Officers and is managed by the British Parking Association.

We'll send you an email confirmation following your booking. This will confirm all the details of your booking, including a booking reference, so you can check that everything is ok.

If you didn't receive a booking confirmation email from us, please check your email provider spam/junk folder.

To re-send your booking confirmation, find your booking and select the 'Re-send booking confirmation' option.

It is important to have access to your Booking Confirmation, but you don’t have to print it. You must however ensure it is fully visible on your phone or device, so you can see all the information, directions and procedures you need to follow.

Booking Confirmations are sent upon completion of your booking, so if you don’t see it in your inbox please check your Junk/Spam folder in case it is there. 

You can view or print or resend your confirmation voucher yourself by going to our help section and clicking on  View Booking or Resend Confirmation Email.

If you do not have the booking reference number, you can email us, or call us.

There is no charge to amend your car details.

You can make the change yourself by going to our help section and clicking on Amend Booking.

An invoice showing payment made will be sent to you by separate email from either Worldpay or from PayPal. 

We don't use the parking confirmation as a payment receipt, as they sometimes need to be handed over to the car park.  

You can get a VAT invoice by going to our Help page and clicking on Request VAT Invoice

Most car parks charge per day or part thereof, i.e. they count the day you enter the car park and the day you leave. That means a 7 night trip is 8 calculated as days parking and a 14 night trip will be 15 days parking.

This will depend on the car park you book, but we recommend that you arrive to drop the car off at least minutes 30 minutes prior to your earliest check-in/bag drop time. 

The 'parking from' time on your confirmation is the time slot the car park has allocated you, so it’s important to let us know if you need to change the time, if its more than 24 hours before you are due to park. If it is less than 24 hours before your meet is due, you should call the chauffeurs using the number on your confirmation voucher.

Vehicle Details We can update vehicle details at any point. There is no charge for amending vehicle details.

Dates & Times Most bookings can be changed up to 24 hours before the booked arrival date. However, if you have booked an option marked as Non-refundable or Saver then the dates and times on these options cannot be amended and the booking cannot be cancelled. We are unable to amend details with 24 hours of your booked arrival date.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund on bookings that aren’t used due to a vehicle breaking down.

It's not a problem if your flight back to Liverpool is delayed. Your car will be kept safe and you can pay for any additional parking at the car park when you return to collect your vehicle.
