Flying Scot

Dropping car off took about 2 mins, then transferred to Airport in around 5 mins absolutely brilliant . On return just made a quick phone call when I landed and waited 5 mins for bus to transfer me back to my car. Got my keys straight away and was on the road in my car about 20 mins after landing and that included collecting my bag. Brilliant service.

Direct Parking

Quick and easy to book. Easy check-in at the site. The bus was sitting waiting to take us to the airport. Phoned on return and didn't wait very long before being transferred back to the site. No hassle.

Direct Parking

Used Direct Parking before, but not sure if I would use again..2 days before my booking,I phoned and enquired about disabled bays. The lady I spoke to said although they do not have disabled bays, she would put a note on my account to make sure I was allocated a space close to bus pick - up..thanked the lady for that. When I checked in,they hadn't a clue what I was talking about and nothing on the system..In fact, the guy looked and acted as if he couldn't care less... Had I been told when I phoned that they had no facilities for disabled parking, I could have accepted that..but to be told one thing then nothing, is a sure way of getting customer dissatisfaction ... Maybe something you might want to look at in the future....

Direct Parking

We have used Direct Parking on many occasions and have always found them to be very good with quick and efficient transfers to and from the airport. On our recent trip I would mention the drivers who were excellent helping with cases both on and off the bus. One thing that could be improved is the numbering of the car spaces as some have been rubbed away and are difficult to make out.
