Bit disappointed that there were not two buses sent to Glasgow Airport for pick up for arrival of Jet2 Lanzarote/Glasgow flight last night.(27th Nov). Many babies hanging about in the cold unnecessarily.

Always friendly and helpful as well as a good price. Only minor downside is the road surface of the car park - when it rains you have to walk through lots of puddles to get to your car.

Transfer from car park to airport was quick. Bus was waiting at airport for return back at end of holiday. When leaving the cat park I put my parking ticket into machine at exit barrier but it showed I had a £200 excess to pay. Fortunately there was no queue behind me and it wasn’t clear on the machine who to call as park is not staffed. I asked the driver if the bus that had dropped me off for assistance. He told me that’s not the first time that happened but I should reenter my ticket and press the assistance key which at night time isn’t clear to see. On doing so I spoke to an attendant via intercom and he confirmed that no payment was due as I had pre booked. The exit barrier then opened and I exited the car park.

Good value for money. Quick efficient, friendly service. I just missed the bus on arrival and had 15/20 minutes wait, but that's understandable - it was waiting on return, so overall 10 min average wait. Would definitely use again.

A good efficient service as always. One small complaint , I couldn’t get in via the drivers door due to the car bring parked too close to the next car. I managed to climb over from the passenger side only with a struggle.

No problems on outward journey. Have used this company regularly for some 15 years.. On return journey had to sit on bus for some 25 minutes until the vehicle was filled to over capacity with passengers and luggage. All seats taken, every inch of standing room occupied to a dangerous level in my opinion. All to avoid a second vehicle having to return to airport. a dangerous practice.

Good service at trop off not so good on pick up waiting over 20 minutes in the cold, no help from driver to single parent with her luggage other customers gave her help to get luggage on the bus

Luggage now has to be manhandled on to bus without assistance as in the past. Contact phones in air terminal are not maintained to enable easy access to transport depot.

When we came back to collect car from the back tyres to the front bumper it was in a giant puddle nearly an inch deep which meant to get into the car our shoes were wet. Not a good finish to our holiday.

Very good service only down side was you have to collect car from parking area. I have severe breathing problems and they did bring my car to me. Would have been helpful if this service was available when booking

Website is very well laid out and straight forward to navigate. The staff at the car park are very efficient and the booking-in process only took a matter of 2 or 3 minutes to complete. Same on the return. They had the relevant car keys ready and we were out of the car park within 5 minutes of arrival on the bus.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund on bookings that aren’t used due to a vehicle breaking down.

Cancelling a booking is dependent on the type of product booked and the car park type as Non-flexible bookings cannot be cancelled at any time.

Flexible bookings can be cancelled any time after the booking is made, up to 24 hours before your booking arrival date.

There is a £10 cancellation fee, with the balance refunded. unless you took out the waiver fee when booking.

You can make the cancellation yourself by going to the help page and clicking on Cancel Booking

At Glasgow Flying Scot and Flyaway Parking they will keep your keys whilst you are away. 

All the other car parks will allow you to park your own car and keep your keys. This will be confirmed in the product description.

You can book Glasgow Airport Parking with us right up to your day of travel. We'd always recommend booking as early as possible however to get the best prices and guarantee your space at your chosen car park. 

Prices are set by the car parks and change with the availability so as the car parks fill up the prices increase.

Holders of the Park Mark® award have been risk assessed by a crime prevention officer from the local police. The Safer Parking Scheme is an initiative of the Association of Chief Police Officers and is managed by the British Parking Association.

We'll send you an email confirmation following your booking. This will confirm all the details of your booking, including a booking reference, so you can check that everything is ok.

If you didn't receive a booking confirmation email from us, please check your email provider spam/junk folder.

To re-send your booking confirmation, find your booking and select the 'Re-send booking confirmation' option.

It is important to have access to your Booking Confirmation, but you don’t have to print it. You must however ensure it is fully visible on your phone or device, so you can see all the information, directions and procedures you need to follow.

Booking Confirmations are sent upon completion of your booking, so if you don’t see it in your inbox please check your Junk/Spam folder in case it is there. 

You can view or print or resend your confirmation voucher yourself by going to our help section and clicking on  View Booking or Resend Confirmation Email.

If you do not have the booking reference number, you can email us, or call us.

There is no charge to amend your car details.

You can make the change yourself by going to our help section and clicking on Amend Booking.

An invoice showing payment made will be sent to you by separate email from either Worldpay or from PayPal. 

We don't use the parking confirmation as a payment receipt, as they sometimes need to be handed over to the car park.  

You can get a VAT invoice by going to our Help page and clicking on Request VAT Invoice

Most car parks charge per day or part thereof, i.e. they count the day you enter the car park and the day you leave. That means a 7 night trip is 8 calculated as days parking and a 14 night trip will be 15 days parking.

This will depend on the car park you book, but we recommend that you arrive to drop the car off at least minutes 30 minutes prior to your earliest check-in/bag drop time. 

Vehicle Details We can update vehicle details at any point. There is no charge for amending vehicle details.

Dates & Times Most bookings can be changed up to 24 hours before the booked arrival date. However, if you have booked an option marked as Non-refundable or Saver then the dates and times on these options cannot be amended and the booking cannot be cancelled. We are unable to amend details with 24 hours of your booked arrival date.

To amend your booking visit the Help Section of our website by clicking here or Contact FHR and a member of our Reservations Team will be happy to assist with your enquiry.  

Non-flexible bookings cannot be amended or cancelled.

Flexible bookings can be amended without incurring an amendment fee, however if the amendment results in a price increase ( e.g. a date change), you will be required to pay the additional amount.

You can request the amend by going to our help section and clicking on Amend Booking.

It's not a problem if your flight back to Glasgow is delayed. Your car will be kept safe and you can pay for any additional parking at the car park when you return to collect your vehicle.
