On this occasion had to wait a little bit too long for collection from the airport. Have used before and would use again no issues with the exception of the wait time knowing how close they are does not help

Great service except for long delay waiting for bus return from airport - 30 minutes from phone call to pick-up. Driver explained that someone had dropped 2 bottles of vodka in the bus and he had to clear it up. OK, but obviously no back-up vehicle to prevent long waits such as ours

Great car parking service with this company who I use all the time. East to get there check in a breeze and you know your vehicle will be taken care of. Also great wee shuttle service to and from airport which really helps. 5*

David Roberton

Excellent service from start to finish at Flying Scot. Park car outside the office, hand in the keys and the bus is waiting. Phone from the airport on the way back and the car was sitting beside the place where the shuttle bus dropped us. These people should run Glasgow Airport.

On returning from our holiday we were collected in a large bus which was busy plenty of seats but not enough space for luggage so had to stand at front of bus holding onto a rail whilst holding onto my large case. The driver did say he could come back for us but a full coach for 2 people and would take around 20 minutes to return. When at the car park we were told here is key it’s in row 6. We went with cases which we had to pull through a large puddle which was across the entire row. There were several pot holes with puddles throughout the car park.

Robert Wilson

Very efficient in all aspects of the booking in, parking & transfers. Only way that Flying Scot could they could improve would be to make the return phone call location at Glasgow airport more obvious and to have the same telephone number on their yellow card as the one printed on the wall above the phone. Would have no hesitation in using them again. Providing the price was right of course 👍

Second time parking here. Close to airport. First time it was dark and raining on our return and it was a bit difficult to find the car. Second time it was daylight but car was parked in a large puddle. I think more attention should be given to directing people to their cars upon their return when they are tired and carrying/pulling luggage. Good price for the week's parking.

Return journey waited 25 minutes to be picked up by bus. Was not given clear instructions as to where the car was by office staff. I had to enlist the help of one of the drivers to locate my vehicle. From front door of Glasgow Airport to driving out car park one hour. Too long!!

Booked in 3 Family cars for a week. Always book Flying Scot through FHR and very happy with service provided. The only negative this return journey 10th April, was the bus driver who never got off his seat to help passengers with cases etc. In contrast the driver on the early bus on 3rd April was so helpful and pleasant😊

Good service although last few times when we arrived home our car was at the reception this time we had to walk to our car with 2 young kids and 3 cases at 3am in the rain wasn’t ideal.
