Scotpark

When we arrived, the first car park was full and we were directed into the second. We had to take a ticket to get in through the barrier. On our return we tried to use the same ticket and the machine stated that we owed £64. As I had prepaid, I knew this couldn't be the case and this was sorted out when I went to the portacabin. It was a bit offputting, however!

Scotpark

The postcode I was given did not take me to the airport so I phoned the telephone number for help. I assumed I was speaking to a staff member at the Edinburgh car park as I talked and requested help to locate my way to the car park. 25 minutes later after very poor help, where I was still driving around in circles getting no where, I asked to be transferred to another member of stand who could help me. It was only then that the lady on the telephone finally explained that she was in a call centre in Manchester and that all other staff could only tell me what she had already told me - which was basically nothing as she had no clue how to direct me and was just waffling nonsense over the telephone, stalling time and wasting my time. Finally I could understand why she couldn't help me for the life of her as she'd never been there. Worst service I have ever received. The lady should have been upfront and honest with me saying that she couldn't help me. Nearly missed my flight due to the poor customer service.

Check in and transport to airport were good but we're very disappointed on return from airport. We just missed the bus and had to wait 25 minutes before next bus came to pick us up. Very poor service !!
