Sat nav directions takes you to wrong car park and when you drive in, you have to pay even though I just drove straight out again, not a good start to holiday especially after already paying £50 to pre park .On principle I will try to make other arrangements in future. Car park needs to be smooth tarmac to allow suitcases to be pulled without damaging wheels.

Need to sort out vehicle recognition, every time I book into Bristol my car registration is not recognised. After pre booking I have to call help desk to exit the car park. This only happens in Bristol.

My flight from Gatwick was cancelled leaving a quick change of flight and parking to Bristol. I asked for Parking in the Long Stay CP as is right outside departures (walking distance). On arrival I realised that I had been booked into Silver, which is a bus trip. The Silver parking was fine but I wanted to get away on return and this caused a delay. It was also more expensive than our original booking of Meet and Greet at Gatwick!

We always use the long stay car park when we fly from Bristol. Like the fact that it is self park and you keep your keys.
