The whole process from the original booking right through to the final key collection was absolutely faultless so it is impossible for me to offer any ideas for improvement. The staff that I dealt with were exemplary an absolute credit to your company. Many thanks Mike

Easy to get to car park with a good regular bus service to airport which is less than 5 mins away. Another bonus is buses are bendy buses and so fits more people on which was brilliant when on arrival home a large number of people needed to get on. No one had to wait for a 2nd bus. Parking and collecting car was easy and efficient; Even the large number of people arriving back at the same time did not cause issues; keys collected quickly. Perfect for when all you want is to get home after a flight.

Bristol Airport's Silver Zone car park has been radically revamped since the last time we used it. The facilities are now excellent, with a smart modern building replacing the old prefab-style reception. It has clean, well appointed toilets (always an important factor!) and separate check-in and collection desks, which greatly aid the flow of people. The car park itself is well surfaced, well lit and well signed, making parking easy. Given all of this, it is very good value for money.

The Long Stay Parking is well positioned within walking distance of the airport buildings - useful if you donât want to wait for the bus service. Pre-booked entry and exit systems work well. However, much of the parking area is poorly designed and maintained ie. parking slots tend to be narrow and poorly defined, on rough ground which is often prone to âpuddlingâ in wet weather. Far below the standard expected of an important regional airport which has recently invested considerable sums on other facilities. I choose to park there for the convenience, as do many other passengers, but feel that a facelift is now overdue.
