The arrival proceedure went without a hitch, however the collection proceedure was not as good. When I collected my keys I was just given a parking bay number and refered to a map. This was confusing and there were several couples walking all arround the area trying to locate their vehicles. The signage is very poor when not familiar with the layout. I asked an employee where this particular parking bay was located, this was after I found the correct area, his response was and I quote, "it's alphabetical mate" very helpful when you have been travelling for several hours. Having found my vehicle there were no road markings to indicate which way was the exit, a couple of arrows od the roadway would help. Having said all this I will still use the Silver Zone again, especially now I know the layout.
