Silver Zone Car Park - Non-amendable

Everything went smoothly at departure. Our return was an early arrival, and a queue built up whilst only one person manned the desk. After some time a much needed second person came to help. A few more arrows on the road, indicating the exit when leaving the car park would also help.

We arrived back in Bristol from Lanzarote a day late on 2 March due to the bad weather. The staff were very efficient and courteous and we got home on Friday evening without mishap

Silver Zone Car Park - Non-amendable

Booking on line was straight forward. Leaving the car and the first experience of the new check in was excellent and efficient Picking up the car and finding it was no problem. The Only difficulty was because the flight was transferred to Cardiff when I attempted to phone to check it was open 24/7 the phone constantly went to voicemail. The Cardiff Taxi driver also thought he could not go through the barrier so dropped us off there to walk to the terminal. It was -6C. . .

every thing smooth and uncomplicated as usual

Long Stay Car Park

The long term car park is poorly laid out, poorly signposted and there are no lines to manage the spaces effectively - lots of cars parked badly across spaces.

Long Stay Car Park

Would use again but only if I had company. Walked to and from terminal as there was no transport around when we arrived.

Good facility. We were delayed in departing and there was no extra charge. Within 5-10 minutes walking distance from the terminal.

Silver Zone Car Park - Non-amendable

Has changed a great deal since I used it last. Much more space for busy times. Toilets much better. We were there at 03.45 in the morning, so very quiet. A bit busier on our return, but dealt with quickly. Will use again.
