Easy to book on FHR website, received good discount over booking direct on the official airport website. Car park well located for the terminal, which is a short walk, maximum 5 minutes. There's improvement works at the airport entrance/exit, which is a little confusing. Plenty of good sized spaces, and zones well marked. I needed to check with the information desk on our arrival home, as the car park card didn't show the code for a pre-paid booking. However, this wasn't a problem, the gentleman checked the card for me and the barrier opened straight up and we didn't even need to insert the card!!

I phoned up en route to the airport and the driver met us in the pouring rain in the car park. When we returned I phoned as we exited the airport and the driver arrived within 10 minutes. He gave directions to get out and on our way home. Cost us £3.50 to leave the car park as the car had only been there 8 minutes.Only 4 miles on the mileage and so much cheaper than on site parking

Text on booking confirmation needs updating as the reference number referred to was not printed on ticket but no problems entering and exiting the car park as number plate was recognised. Easy to find and park.

All was very good in terms of booking and price however the car park didn't recognise my car reg which meant I had to go to the information desk both on departure and arrival which was frustrating!

When we rang to advise our arrival we received poor instructions about where to go to hand over the car. When we returned to tithe uk it was impossible to get through on any phone number provided - I rang about 40 times. I left voice messsges and sent texts and got zero response. The driver did turn up about half an hour later but the whole thing was a shambles. Very stressful end to our holiday as we thought our car had been stolen!! I rang fhr to complain but their office was shut with no emergency contact number given.

Extremely efficient service. Drop-off was straight forward and hassle free. We simply telephoned 20 mins before our arrival at City Airport and somebody was there to collect our car on arrival. On return we telephoned after baggage reclaim and our car arrived within 15 mins. Both staff members were very courteous and polite and we would definitely use this company's services again.

They are very good but there is a slight confusion at London City as to where drop off and pick up are, as they are now different. Not helped by the works LCY are doing to the car parks

Very impressed with the service. We were late arriving due to traffic. The driver who met us was very understanding and helpful with cases etc. On our return we were early landing but the driver was waiting at the meeting point. I would highly recommend this service.

Very easy and efficient, will use again. The only way they could improve, and I'm being really picky here, would be by monitoring my flight arrival and timing it rather than me calling to let them know I have landed, as it takes about 15-20 mins to get my car to the car park and you can clear City Airport in 5 to 10 minutes if you only have hand baggage like me.

Prompt pick up of car at LCY, with minimal /handover admin time. Short walk to the terminal. Car was waiting for collection at same location on return. Smart, professional and friendly staff both on the phone, and at drop off/collection (particularly Amir at car collection, thank you). Overall, efficient service and great value.

Frequently Asked Questions

Cancelling a booking is dependent on the type of product booked and the car park type as Non-flexible bookings cannot be cancelled at any time.

Flexible bookings can be cancelled any time after the booking is made, up to 24 hours before your booking arrival date.

There is a £10 cancellation fee, with the balance refunded. unless you took out the waiver fee when booking.

You can make the cancellation yourself by going to the help page and clicking on Cancel Booking

Holders of the Park Mark® award have been risk assessed by a crime prevention officer from the local police. The Safer Parking Scheme is an initiative of the Association of Chief Police Officers and is managed by the British Parking Association.

We'll send you an email confirmation following your booking. This will confirm all the details of your booking, including a booking reference, so you can check that everything is ok.

If you didn't receive a booking confirmation email from us, please check your email provider spam/junk folder.

To re-send your booking confirmation, find your booking and select the 'Re-send booking confirmation' option.

It is important to have access to your Booking Confirmation, but you don’t have to print it. You must however ensure it is fully visible on your phone or device, so you can see all the information, directions and procedures you need to follow.

Booking Confirmations are sent upon completion of your booking, so if you don’t see it in your inbox please check your Junk/Spam folder in case it is there. 

You can view or print or resend your confirmation voucher yourself by going to our help section and clicking on  View Booking or Resend Confirmation Email.

If you do not have the booking reference number, you can email us, or call us.

There is no charge to amend your car details.

You can make the change yourself by going to our help section and clicking on Amend Booking.

An invoice showing payment made will be sent to you by separate email from either Worldpay or from PayPal. 

We don't use the parking confirmation as a payment receipt, as they sometimes need to be handed over to the car park.  

You can get a VAT invoice by going to our Help page and clicking on Request VAT Invoice

Most car parks charge per day or part thereof, i.e. they count the day you enter the car park and the day you leave. That means a 7 night trip is 8 calculated as days parking and a 14 night trip will be 15 days parking.

This will depend on the car park you book, but we recommend that you arrive to drop the car off at least minutes 30 minutes prior to your earliest check-in/bag drop time. 

The 'parking from' time on your confirmation is the time slot the car park has allocated you, so it’s important to let us know if you need to change the time, if its more than 24 hours before you are due to park. If it is less than 24 hours before your meet is due, you should call the chauffeurs using the number on your confirmation voucher.

Vehicle Details We can update vehicle details at any point. There is no charge for amending vehicle details.

Dates & Times Most bookings can be changed up to 24 hours before the booked arrival date. However, if you have booked an option marked as Non-refundable or Saver then the dates and times on these options cannot be amended and the booking cannot be cancelled. We are unable to amend details with 24 hours of your booked arrival date.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund on bookings that aren’t used due to a vehicle breaking down.

It's not a problem if your flight back to London City airport is delayed. Your car will be kept safe and you can pay for any additional parking at the car park when you return to collect your vehicle.
