Nobody can reach the barrier card machines on either entry or departure it is ridiculous I'm 6ft 7in tall and still couldn't manage , all the money we the public pay for airport parking are also left UNNERVED as it is SO DARK AND POORLY LIT on night arrival /departure

Everything fine on arrival for 7 day trip. Returning put the ticket into the barrier and was informed I needed to pay £122. Got booking paperwork out of the car boot, pressed the button for assistance and waited … about 3 minutes later I got an answer. Agent asked for reference number which I gave him but he said it was not recognised. After asking for my car registration and surname he eventually found the booking, not before asking if this was a Hilton Hotel booking, I replied that it was a Newcastle airport booking. Eventually he raised the barrier remotely. Not what you want after a long flight and paying a huge price (comparing other airports)

Couldn’t have been better as all you have to do is walk a few yards to the office drop your keys & continue on the short walk into the airport terminal. Same on way back so excellent both on service, closeness to the airport terminal & price. Will definitely use this car parking package on subsequent trips.

Easy to find, pleasant & professional staff on reception desk at both arrival and departure, vehicle travelled a minimal distance and was ready for collection close to exit. Long way better than most 'meet and greet' operations. Recommended.

Frequently Asked Questions

Cancelling a booking is dependent on the type of product booked and the car park type as Non-flexible bookings cannot be cancelled at any time.

Flexible bookings can be cancelled any time after the booking is made, up to 24 hours before your booking arrival date. 

There is a £10 cancellation fee, with the balance refunded. unless you took out the waiver fee when booking.

You can request the cancellation by going to the help page and clicking on Cancel Booking

Non-flexible bookings cannot be amended or cancelled.

Flexible bookings can be amended without incurring an amendment fee, however if the amendment results in a price increase ( e.g. a date change), you will be required to pay the additional amount.

You can request the amend by going to our help section and clicking on Amend Booking.

Holders of the Park Mark® award have been risk assessed by a crime prevention officer from the local police. The Safer Parking Scheme is an initiative of the Association of Chief Police Officers and is managed by the British Parking Association.

We'll send you an email confirmation following your booking. This will confirm all the details of your booking, including a booking reference, so you can check that everything is ok.

If you didn't receive a booking confirmation email from us, please check your email provider spam/junk folder.

To re-send your booking confirmation, find your booking and select the 'Re-send booking confirmation' option.

It is important to have access to your Booking Confirmation, but you don’t have to print it. You must however ensure it is fully visible on your phone or device, so you can see all the information, directions and procedures you need to follow.

Booking Confirmations are sent upon completion of your booking, so if you don’t see it in your inbox please check your Junk/Spam folder in case it is there. 

You can view or print or resend your confirmation voucher yourself by going to our help section and clicking on  View Booking or Resend Confirmation Email.

If you do not have the booking reference number, you can email us, or call us.

There is no charge to amend your car details.

You can make the change yourself by going to our help section and clicking on Amend Booking.

An invoice showing payment made will be sent to you by separate email from either Worldpay or from PayPal. 

We don't use the parking confirmation as a payment receipt, as they sometimes need to be handed over to the car park.  

You can get a VAT invoice by going to our Help page and clicking on Request VAT Invoice

Most car parks charge per day or part thereof, i.e. they count the day you enter the car park and the day you leave. That means a 7 night trip is 8 calculated as days parking and a 14 night trip will be 15 days parking.

This will depend on the car park you book, but we recommend that you arrive to drop the car off at least minutes 30 minutes prior to your earliest check-in/bag drop time. 

The 'parking from' time on your confirmation is the time slot the car park has allocated you, so it’s important to let us know if you need to change the time, if its more than 24 hours before you are due to park. If it is less than 24 hours before your meet is due, you should call the chauffeurs using the number on your confirmation voucher.

Vehicle Details We can update vehicle details at any point. There is no charge for amending vehicle details.

Dates & Times Most bookings can be changed up to 24 hours before the booked arrival date. However, if you have booked an option marked as Non-refundable or Saver then the dates and times on these options cannot be amended and the booking cannot be cancelled. We are unable to amend details with 24 hours of your booked arrival date.

It's not a problem if your flight back to Newcastle is delayed. Your car will be kept safe and you can pay for any additional parking at the car park when you return to collect your vehicle.
