Car park location, ease of access, entry and exit was excellent, my only suggestion would be directions to levels with free spaces to save driving through multiple full levels, but overall no issues just hassle free parking.

Airparks Self Park

Excellent experience and service. Good communication, friendly staff, easy to locate, easy to park and exit. Bus transfers were regular and we didn't have to wait long at all, either way. Just a bit expensive at £85 for a week, even though this was the cheapest option out of all the airport car parks. Before covid I used to park for 2 weeks for this price.

Apart from the fact that prices have shot up for airport parking overall, this service was fine. I booked Car Park 5 to keep costs down and it was a reasonable alternative to the closer car parks. There is a 10 minute walk to terminus and also a transfer bus option.

Very close to airport we were able to walk.Trolleys were left in car park near parked cars would be good to have a trolley park area. Would definitely use this site again.

Excellent service. We’ve not parked at the airport before. The booking system and parking on the day and collecting the vehicle after our holiday was really straight forward and would definitely do this again.

Yes it was simple to use, however the extra charge due to the grounds team not getting our cases off was shocking ! Its a good job we had a spare £20.00 to pay on exit !

Communications god but it would have helped if the instructions said "When you get to Valet Parking, press the white button for a ticket". It would help if there was a trolley park near the parking. Can a disabled person be dropped off at the terminal before taking the car to Valet Parking? Return worked fine and my wife was taken to the car in a wheelchair.

Brilliant signage when we got to airport Man was there to take keys and hand us card and instructions for return Rang when we landed and by the time we left the terminal man was there to hand us back our car Excellent service

Airparks Self Park

Airport parking has gone up quite substantially and you now park the car your self take your keys with you then have to fetch your own car out of the car park ,there are less people working the site so can’t understand why it’s so expensive now . We can now get a taxi to the airport cheaper then parking so be careful about your pricing.

Problem getting in and same problem getting out even though pre-booked and pre-paid. Had to buzz at barrier both times which was not great on return at 0300hrs after delays with flight. And then to be told by assistant to insert card as scanner not working to find screen stated £213 to pay??? Assistant eventually found booking and opened barrier. Space OK and car OK upon return which were the only positives.

Frequently Asked Questions

Cancelling a booking is dependent on the type of product booked and the car park type as Non-flexible bookings cannot be cancelled at any time.

Flexible bookings can be cancelled any time after the booking is made, up to 24 hours before your booking arrival date.

There is a £10 cancellation fee, with the balance refunded. unless you took out the waiver fee when booking.

You can make the cancellation yourself by going to the help page and clicking on Cancel Booking

Holders of the Park Mark® award have been risk assessed by a crime prevention officer from the local police. The Safer Parking Scheme is an initiative of the Association of Chief Police Officers and is managed by the British Parking Association.

We'll send you an email confirmation following your booking. This will confirm all the details of your booking, including a booking reference, so you can check that everything is ok.

If you didn't receive a booking confirmation email from us, please check your email provider spam/junk folder.

To re-send your booking confirmation, find your booking and select the 'Re-send booking confirmation' option.

It is important to have access to your Booking Confirmation, but you don’t have to print it. You must however ensure it is fully visible on your phone or device, so you can see all the information, directions and procedures you need to follow.

Booking Confirmations are sent upon completion of your booking, so if you don’t see it in your inbox please check your Junk/Spam folder in case it is there. 

You can view or print or resend your confirmation voucher yourself by going to our help section and clicking on  View Booking or Resend Confirmation Email.

If you do not have the booking reference number, you can email us, or call us.

There is no charge to amend your car details.

You can make the change yourself by going to our help section and clicking on Amend Booking.

An invoice showing payment made will be sent to you by separate email from either Worldpay or from PayPal. 

We don't use the parking confirmation as a payment receipt, as they sometimes need to be handed over to the car park.  

You can get a VAT invoice by going to our Help page and clicking on Request VAT Invoice

Most car parks charge per day or part thereof, i.e. they count the day you enter the car park and the day you leave. That means a 7 night trip is 8 calculated as days parking and a 14 night trip will be 15 days parking.

This will depend on the car park you book, but we recommend that you arrive to drop the car off at least minutes 30 minutes prior to your earliest check-in/bag drop time. 

The 'parking from' time on your confirmation is the time slot the car park has allocated you, so it’s important to let us know if you need to change the time, if its more than 24 hours before you are due to park. If it is less than 24 hours before your meet is due, you should call the chauffeurs using the number on your confirmation voucher.

Vehicle Details We can update vehicle details at any point. There is no charge for amending vehicle details.

Dates & Times Most bookings can be changed up to 24 hours before the booked arrival date. However, if you have booked an option marked as Non-refundable or Saver then the dates and times on these options cannot be amended and the booking cannot be cancelled. We are unable to amend details with 24 hours of your booked arrival date.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund on bookings that aren’t used due to a vehicle breaking down.

It's not a problem if your flight back to Birmingham Airport is delayed. Your car will be kept safe and you can pay for any additional parking at the car park when you return to collect your vehicle.
