I have used this car park many times and never had a problem. However this time the barrier didn’t open on arrival and inadvertently we pressed the ticket button since the help button was not very clear (a small white phone picture on a black background is not easy to see in the dark!) I was advised by the helper on the assistance call button to call them if the carrier didn’t open on exit . On exiting at 3am there seemed to be huge issues at the barrier and queues forming. The barrier didn’t open for us either but this was thankfully resolved quickly with the helper on assistance call button checking our booking.. A clearer assistance button would be helpful and it’s difficult to read everything on entering when other cars are behind you.

No problem’s with the parking at all, it was easy to get in with number Recognition and find a parking space and great to find the car exactly where you left it. It was good not to be charged extra because are flight was 2 hours late and most of all it was a good price. Excellent

Barrier didn’t open on arrival. Had to contact controller over very poor connection. Barrier lifted when I gave reg no. Same thing on departure, a pain at 2 am.

The parking itself was very good, however when I tried to leave it told me I at to pay for my parking. I rang for assistance. when I eventually got to speak with someone, they said they would open the barrier for me and yet I was kept waiting for another few minutes and had to ring again.

Excellent parking within confines of the airport and only 150m from Departures. But the cost - £200 for a week was extortionate. We only booked because we were under time pressure as the flight was imminent and we hadn't remembered to book parking sooner. We'll book much earlier next time to allow ourselves to review much cheaper parking options to make sure they're legit and safe. I believe that the price we paid was artificially high because the system recognised that the flight was so soon (we tried entering some other dates further in the future and the price was much lower). We left ourselves too short of time on this occasion to shop around - lesson learned!

When we arrived at the car park they had no information or acceptance of my booking and I had to fill forms in again which was a pain because all in all it took 20 minutes to sort it out.They claim they had not received my booking from FHR.Who knows,but on my return I had no problems picking my keys and car up.

FHR Meet and Greet - Non refundable

All relatively smooth although drop off point was very confusing and congested. Small carpark with nowhere to pull in (recommended/dedicated car park slots all taken ) Car was there waiting when i returned all in all Minor issues good customer service from the guys checking and returning cars on site. would use again

Perfect parking for me being disabled, as the multi storey car park is next to the terminal. My only issue is that I cannot use a disabled parking space because I take my blue badge with me to use abroad.

Getting into the carpark took a short while as people were struggling to get their tickets, when we were leaving the carpark we inserted our ticket and it came up that we had to pay £140 for our parking which caused a bit of anxiety, after pressing the help button we had to cancel our ticket and we were able to leave the carpark, this was happening to quite a few cars hence it caused a queue.

This car park is a short 5 minute walk to terminal which is great however on arrival ANPR was down therefore unable to get access to car park and no signs or anything to state it was down. Had to sit for 10 mins waiting for someone to answer the intercom.

Frequently Asked Questions

Cancelling a booking is dependent on the type of product booked and the car park type as Non-flexible bookings cannot be cancelled at any time.

Flexible bookings can be cancelled any time after the booking is made, up to 24 hours before your booking arrival date.

There is a £10 cancellation fee, with the balance refunded. unless you took out the waiver fee when booking.

You can make the cancellation yourself by going to the help page and clicking on Cancel Booking

Holders of the Park Mark® award have been risk assessed by a crime prevention officer from the local police. The Safer Parking Scheme is an initiative of the Association of Chief Police Officers and is managed by the British Parking Association.

We'll send you an email confirmation following your booking. This will confirm all the details of your booking, including a booking reference, so you can check that everything is ok.

If you didn't receive a booking confirmation email from us, please check your email provider spam/junk folder.

To re-send your booking confirmation, find your booking and select the 'Re-send booking confirmation' option.

It is important to have access to your Booking Confirmation, but you don’t have to print it. You must however ensure it is fully visible on your phone or device, so you can see all the information, directions and procedures you need to follow.

Booking Confirmations are sent upon completion of your booking, so if you don’t see it in your inbox please check your Junk/Spam folder in case it is there. 

You can view or print or resend your confirmation voucher yourself by going to our help section and clicking on  View Booking or Resend Confirmation Email.

If you do not have the booking reference number, you can email us, or call us.

There is no charge to amend your car details.

You can make the change yourself by going to our help section and clicking on Amend Booking.

An invoice showing payment made will be sent to you by separate email from either Worldpay or from PayPal. 

We don't use the parking confirmation as a payment receipt, as they sometimes need to be handed over to the car park.  

You can get a VAT invoice by going to our Help page and clicking on Request VAT Invoice

Most car parks charge per day or part thereof, i.e. they count the day you enter the car park and the day you leave. That means a 7 night trip is 8 calculated as days parking and a 14 night trip will be 15 days parking.

This will depend on the car park you book, but we recommend that you arrive to drop the car off at least minutes 30 minutes prior to your earliest check-in/bag drop time. 

The 'parking from' time on your confirmation is the time slot the car park has allocated you, so it’s important to let us know if you need to change the time, if its more than 24 hours before you are due to park. If it is less than 24 hours before your meet is due, you should call the chauffeurs using the number on your confirmation voucher.

Vehicle Details We can update vehicle details at any point. There is no charge for amending vehicle details.

Dates & Times Most bookings can be changed up to 24 hours before the booked arrival date. However, if you have booked an option marked as Non-refundable or Saver then the dates and times on these options cannot be amended and the booking cannot be cancelled. We are unable to amend details with 24 hours of your booked arrival date.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund on bookings that aren’t used due to a vehicle breaking down.

It's not a problem if your flight back to Birmingham Airport is delayed. Your car will be kept safe and you can pay for any additional parking at the car park when you return to collect your vehicle.
